Dresses can be designed in such a way to give curvy hip look,for chest they'd cups. Female celebs use these kinda dresses to exhibit their feminine features. Wearing curvy clothes(hips) for a long period of time will eventually make hips more curvy.
I read it somewhere that many transwomen celebs(ppl too) used to wear tight curvy clothes nd in result of that their male hips turn into curvy. They also do take estrogen pills to become more feminine nd testosterone blockers to minimize their male features.
