I watched that ZZ Top documentary on Netflix the other day, and it reminded me of how dang sharp Billy Gibbons’ guitar is, how talented he is, and also what a generally filthy band they are, lyrics-wise (and video-wise.

One thing I recently learned is that Billy recorded Eliminator without Frank and Dusty, using drum and bass machines to stand in for them. They still got credits on the album, but that ain’t them.
