Swing states North Carolina and Colorado would also be a win for the democratic party if you combined the democratic vote count and put it towards one candidate competing against the vote Trump received. Colorado was blue in 2016, but North Carolina was red, which means that there is the possibility that the swing states could be Trump's downfall this year.

Minnesota and Virginia do not have a vote count for Trump, but they were blue in 2016 already, so we will have to see how some of the other swing states compare in the next several weeks.
I have heard from people on the ground that they feel Minn. will vote Red, especially w/o Sanders on the ticket.

I saw the video on twitter, but I can't seem to find it now. It was a CNN reporter directly quoting the warren campaign as saying the South Carolina primary was "all about blunting Sanders' momentum".

...Oops, I don't think they meant for that to slip out. I mean, yeah, it's political and competitive, but when you're struggling to even get 15%, to refrain from dropping out and say something like this is just suspicious af. It's become very clear that knee-capping the front-runner doesn't bother her at all, and all of the recent back-pedaling to make her seem like a team-player was insincere BS.

That's interesting because Biden received more votes than Sanders did in the primary. Politico says he got 33 percent of the vote, so I guess we will see. It is going to be interesting.

Im at a loss to explain how this "primary" is even functioning..... there are SO MANY instances of scamming and voter fraud that I just dont see how the process can be taken seriously at this point. The Republicans tried what they could to derail Trump but when they realized what they had on their hands, they didnt destroy their own party in denying him their nomination (that was saved for his time in office lol) and the same with their concessions to the Tea Party movement. The Dem leadership seems more than ready to destroy their own party in order to stop a Sanders nomination.

Hard to take a claim without proof seriously... I follow her on all social media, get her emails, texts etc. have seen nothing saying that even remotely.

She does need to drop out at this point and endorse sanders. That needs to happen.. if it doesn’t soon I will substantially change my opinion of her.

Also.. why is tulsi still running?

Jess, at this point I have little faith that Warren ever planned on winning and was not talked into running to act as their complicit linchpin in the stop Bernie strategy from the start. I hate to be so jaded, but here we are.

After Tulsi took down the establishment favorite Harris, she treated then "frontrunner and heir apparent" Warren with kid gloves and next thing you know, Lyin Liz slipped to where she is now.... same w/Bootygig. I think Harris, Warren and Bootygig each thought that by becoming the latest chosen-one, flavor of the week by the DNC elites that their candidacy was assured. Tulsi took care of that for us.

Tulsi is still running..... first and foremost.... because she is the best candidate of either party. Period. And she still has plenty of die-hard support as well.

Also, if Sanders gets the nod, hes going to need her as his VP if he wants to survive.

I was angry when they both decided to run because it conflicted me. But I got it. Sanders is awesome but he also has the socialist/communist boogie man attached to him despite how inaccurate it is. Warren literally proposes the same thing but is a pronounced capitalist so the thought was she might be more acceptable.

I will admit bias and possibly a blind spot for her.. we went to the same college and I’ve liked her for a long time - even before she was in government. I’m also a highly educated upper middle class raised white woman - which is exactly the demographic she was geared towards. In my little bubble of highly educated white women raised in an affluent part of the country there was no debating who was best for the job, it was her. But I do realize we are far from representative of the vast majority of the country.

At this point I’m 100% sanders. No confliction. She needs to drop out. But I’m not going to fault her for not having done so yet. If she doesn’t in the next few days that’s a different story

I have accepted I have a blind spot for warren. Have you considered you may have one for tulsi? She is polling at literally nothing, she isn’t getting votes, and I haven’t even seen her do anything in months. I don’t understand the continued candidacy if she wants sanders VP then maybe she should drop out and endorse him as well? Considering the rest of the party is doing everything in their power right now to stop him?

Its not a blind spot because I see where I disagree with her on issues. But shes the best candidate by far, that does not change with my agree/disagree percentage of her policies and stances. Since shes the best and she has faced this unprecedented attempt to silence and smear her as a leader and a citizen, why wouldn't she stay in and fight? Shes proving that you cant keep a good person down and to be honest, if she can survive the attrition that has halted her opponents advancements, theres no telling where she will be standing when the smoke all clears. Either way, cant keep fighting and have a chance to make a difference from the sidelines.

T was also paying for his own campaign back then - anyone know how much he spent? and he wasn't taking donations - but he sure is now...

She has no path. That’s the blind spot.
