It wouldn't make sense to have Steve Aoki in one version (I thought the effect of him in the background looked cooler since he is a DJ/producer) and not include him in the Japanese version. :-/ (Now that I think about it, the JP version isn't even the remix.)
I just thought he matched with the other hooded crew in the video but he was the one in control of the music. Nah, I knew immediately when I saw it it had a sinister feel.

I think fans are excited about a dark concept because they want BTS to address these issues youths have. I personally struggled with depression, so I used to feel really encouraged listening to people who have gone through the same things.

That's a main reason I got really attached to them. It's cringy now remembering myself listening to First alive and The Last over and over again and crying, but it was really uplifting back then.
I understand it's important to feel conection to the lyrics but I also believe the company is using the mental health of the fans to make profit
If the fans feel BTS are having the same problems as them they will feel a closer bond and will try extra hard to give their idols everything so they can be happy

i still consider myself a fan, but i don't feel that closeness anymore, idk why. and yoongi used to be my favorite and now i'm turned off by him and think he's a jerk, maybe fame got to his head, or I'm just not buying the image they sell anymore. I'm not anti now, but that "bond" isn't there anymore.
I understand how it is like , they were a big part of us , so we still have a soft spot for them , I check their news every once in a while but not listen to their songs , I still get curious to see how big they will become and how far will they go( also how strong is their link with the elite Which can only be seen through their content and exposure in media that's why I still check it ) I sometimes just sit and think about the youngest members who probably had no clue what they got themselves into and are trapped now , I pray for them but some turned off completely.
Also about yoongi I think his attitude is very similar to Katy Perry and the weeknd , they wanted fame/money and they had previously nothing to lose so they gave away all what to had to offer

Wait so its not just V attending this church/cult?

...
no wonder I suddenly started getting weird vibes from bts
no no , nothing is said about V joining I officially, maybe B is still trying to convince ? idk bcus th i so called church is against LGBTQ so hard and dislike them and BTS are open about supporting it so idk ... but I he ever gets caught it's gonna a problem bcuz the GP dislike radical groups even more since the sewol ferry ( and no I read that only V is close to B apparently the other members aren't )

I personally didn't notice anything strange about Hope World besides perhaps "Alice in Wonderland" eluding to mind control, but I think that's a stretch.

A lot of people talked about Supreme Boi featuring it earlier and all the shady things he's associated with.
I didn't notice much a part from the bisexual flag that's all , but we know they support the movement already

maybe its just certain members who are in this group? Because I know RM and a few other members support it openly
idk about the other members though

I'm older, so I'm not easily persuaded into believing public personas like typical fans do. Suga is my bias and JHope is too.

I quoted you to say I have a sinking gut feeling that something bad is going to happen as well. Whether that means a scandal, a member leaving, etc. I just don't know. :-(

I care about them as a whole. All the boys are my favorite tbqh; they're likeable. And I enjoy watching them on Run and Burn the Stage. I guess I'm attached to them in that sense, but it is hard to watch them because I think to myself, "What have these boys gotten themselves into?!" You really can't deny that they're into some satanic stuff (maybe they are aware, maybe not). I strongly believe a lot of these celebs hate the binding contracts and blood oaths they have to keep. But they're trapped and are either too afraid to break it or think they can endure it until a time ends it.

Let me say I hate Pied Piper. When I first heard the lyrics I immediately thought "these boys really put here blatantly casting spells on their listeners!" We know music artists cast spells in their music but they so brazenly did so. And ARMYs eat it up!!

I also didn't like the dark, hooded male figure with red glowing eyes in the Japanese version of Mic Drop. Gave me the creeps with an eerie vibe!
same same ,I also feel they will get into something or some kind of misfortune will happen .. I hope if a member leaves the company won't hurt him in anyway like they do to western celeb who wants to quit and just leave him to heal and work on himself

What do you guys think will happen if bts become mainstream in the us? I've heard about people being obsessed with 1D but this is a whole other level.. especially if they enjoy their music

They're like 10x more addicting than regular artist songs.. which makes me worried for humanity if a lot more people start discovering them and become zombies

firstly I'm sorry for typos, and about the LGBTQ the ones I'm sure they support it are : RM , Suga, Jimin and jhope (judging from his mv ) V comes from a Christian family and they are a bit conservative and just an extra info that Daegu is the city that considered religious the most a lot of households there are really devoted , Suga comes from a religious household himself but he was not into that that's why he didn't have a good relationship with his dad and he even called himself a mutation , back to V, the boy is Christian and so his family he even listens to Christian songs ( if he just stays away from hillsong songs that will be good bcuz that church is the damned of all cults )
kook was so young when they met him so u probably just gonna take whatever they give him so I assume he is with them , also he listens and likes troy so idk
Jin comes from a traditional Korean family so I think he can be neutral about it

I feel bad to them , bcuz the more you are famous means the more you are into it and the more controlling and shady it will get , it's already crazy :s

there was no reason for them to hide Steve Aoki in the japanese version. Why would they replace Seve with a hooded figure? everybody knows they had a collab and Steve appeared in one of their MVs

I believe that dark figure was something completely different
the way I see it was : something bigger than them controlling them but we don't see it but in the same time we feel the presence because it's big and dark that it cannot be just ignored ? excuse my poor interpretations

jimin has talked about the LGBT community? this is the first time I hear that
When I watch BTS interviews he looks like the most robotic or the one who has a harder time giving an opinion

Not long ago I read an interview and he had trouble answering the most basic questions like "Do you like cats or dogs?"
I also watched some clips from his latest vlog and he gives me an empty feeling, dont know how to explain but it looks like he has no subjects to talk about. i'm not saying he is dumb, just extremely careful about the things he says
That's why I can't see him supporting any type of momevent or giving a controversial opnion but my observations could be wrong

I recently discovered about Hillsong, which was an eye opener. Sad cos I really like a lot of their p&w music. I need to find the one video laden with occultic symbolism.
same ,I liked it and knew about it through the media but lately that peace mv was so creepy it gave me chills , and why did they have to disable the comment ? I looked the church up and found that it's really a satanic cult and now I'm still looking for more info and stuff about it

he didn't talk about it but posted sth in the fan cafe that was linked to what RM posted about the soundtrack of a movie abt gays
