You are mixing apples and oranges.sex isnt some hush hush taboo thats also treated like some magical experience, its just sex, there is no illicit sex, sex out of wedlock is just normal sex, no ones whipped in the streets for having natural urges, no ones shamed, killed or ostracized for having sex, and people have healthier attitudes towards sex.
You were discussing rights and responsibilities not attitudes for sex.
Second, as a believer I believe in rights and responsibilities in all spheres.
Humans enter contracts for all their important affairs this is to ensure that all trusts, responsibilities and rights are understood.
Having children is not less important than having a business or getting your car or body fixed. We have contracts for all these important aspects of life.
If we enter into any endeavor without recognized agreements we should not have any expectations.
You will have a difficult time getting someone to abide by any rules in this realm.
