It just goes to show how badly up in arms republicans and democrats are at with each other. The people truly do watch some dangerous propoganda I had no idea it was so bad on FOX and MSNBC
It’s bad. It’s nice to have news at our fingertips. But don’t focus on it where you start feeling tension.

Go out in your local community. There is probably more positive than bad. Crime and such will always exist, but people just want to live and let be.

The nazi's used an effective propoganda campain to stir up fear of the jews and we know how that ended.
I’m not anti Christian. I’m not confused that the vast majority of Christians aren’t bad people, just like I don’t think Muslim terrorists mean all Muslims are bad people. It’s a perversion of faith, it’s a dangerous perversion of faith. It’s just scary seeing so many being pulled toward such a dangerous perversion. Even if it is only on the margins.

I hope your right, but to me it feels like that pots about to boil over. Soon.
Eh I’ve been optimistic of late. But I’m also too tired and bored to keep up with politics and the bad stories of covid, government regulations etc.

I’m feeling the vibe, people are ready for normalcy or at least close to it

Which is why I always have an opinion towards something like racism, sexism, etc. It makes us stereotype and brings out the worst.

But when I go out away from my phone, the forum, the news, people are not all that bad

No one likes Biden either. This isn’t an either/or and no one should be forced to choose between two horrible people. That’s a false choice. And you don’t even live here so what is your deal?

Steady on, Trump is half-British so of course I'm rooting for him.
As for Biden, he's against the Wall, so if you and him don't mind mexican bad hombres coming over the border to pump your kids full of drugs, vote for sleepy Joe.. :p

I have really failed to keep in touch with current events for a while. I am currently unemployed, but prior to that averaged 120 to 140 hours every 2 weeks working and dont have basic cable at my house or a computer until recently. It was covid that had me checking the news again regularly.

I stopped watching the news, because I could see how it was manipulating people and creating perceptions in accordance with an agenda. There is just so much contradictory information out there that unless one has time to go through it all its a vain endeavor and even then it seems vain. We are basically fish swimming through an ocean of propaganda and fake news and perception management.

Antifa doesn’t push for violence it responds to it. They will do what is necessary but they are not the instigators. You have an obligation to defend yourself and those “weaker” than you but they are not the ones raising the temperature. They respond to it and let the other side know that they can come and take it.

They are still partaking in it. The media uses it to create division.

Im not sure if you read my comment before that one, but can you see how it can be dangerous?

"I have no doubt there are militia groups, but the danger lies in tying those militia groups in with christianity as if to give the distinct impression that a christian jihad will take effect or the source of the conviction behind the militia is based on christianity.

I asked a simple question and first response I got was homegrown christian terrorism and it makes one wonder where this idea comes from and why it was at the forefront of someones fears for the future. Its very telling...

I would also like to point out that it would not be hard for the powers that be to stage a false flag with their own patsies and claim it was any sort of terror group when it was themselves all along. I almost wonder if they arent conditioning the masses to accept this once again by creating a culture of fear of christian militias."

if they are going to stage something they’ll use a Muslim or a leftist as a patsy

hell why not both?
Thats why the news is dangerous. The left is so convinced in its mind of the dangers of the right and vice versa

Yeah. I was keeping up regularly. I stopped. People have gotten so caught up in trying to make a difference it consumes them at times.

The wall fell down in a wind storm. The wall can be climbed with a homemade ladder that costs $2 in materials. The wall can be cut through with a bargain bin sawzall. The wall might have to be painted black to deter climbers as per the presidents own proposal which is an admission that it can be climbed. And most drugs don’t come over the border like that to begin with.

I just told you I don’t like Biden either. Did you miss that?

I just feel that if people dont wise up to the agenda behind the news or social engineering they watch they will end up being used as a tool for the furtherance of their own loss of freedoms. These news stations are far more dangerous than a christian militia.

I do not have cable so I can not watch the news. I’m watching the comments on Facebook and listening to the words coming out of people’s mouths.

everything is dangerous in a pressure chamber.. Promoting the idea that liberals are framing the president for crimes he didn’t commit so they can sit on their ass all day in a socialist utopia not working is dangerous, that the pandemic is a hoax because impeachment failed, that liberals want to force vaccinate people.. all these things are dangerous.

Someone wants us to all kill each other. So yeah, I have to worry about The side that is going to try to shoot me. That’s just what it is.

If you really think about it watching the news has the same potential of danger as someone reading their Bible. Much like the Bible the news has the ability to shape ones thought of certain groups and individuals, to even create within someone feelings of hate in which they may act on. We blame the Bible for certain incidents, but nobody hardly ever blames the news for creating these narratives. The mainstream media has probably generated more hate this past year than any sort of religion has...

Our minds are only as open as our perceived reality.
I acknowledge coming onto a conspiracy forum, a lot of people are going to be against being connected, etc. So that info trickled in feels like all is at war.

Don’t let the comments, the stories deter from any outside interaction. I wouldn’t write off the news as fake, I am a bit suspicious on baiting people for a civil war.

For the most part though, my reality is people are not bat shit insane ready to kill each other over politics and skin color

We all have influences. Scary thing is some people start becoming martyr like.
It gives them purpose, an almost virtuous journey. My thoughts on all that is they get so invested in their attempts for seeking truths that it creates a sense of paranoia

I’ve been living in my home for two years, in this state for four. My work truck has ny plates because we didn’t get the title transferred over yet (long story and bad timing with the pandemic). People have literally yelled at us to go back where we came from when we drive to the gas station. They damn well know we’ve been here for years. This is one “with my own five senses” example - the tension and hatred is rising everywhere. I don’t need the news, Facebook, or this forum to tell me that but it definately does drive home what I’m seeing myself.
