What do we make of the fact the many celebrities have doppelgangers both in and outside the entertainment industry?

My husband sent me a picture from a party shot he found in a magazine once years ago and had I not known better I would have thought it was myself. Except I hadn’t gone to any clubs so it couldn’t be me. It was weird. I’m pretty sure I wasn’t cloned.

Yeah I actually was at the tattoo parlor last week and the artist said I looked just like a friend of his. He pulled up a picture of a girl who looked literally the same as me just with darker hair. If you’ve ever been on thispersondoesnotexist youd probably find a doppelgänger of yourself.

It was the weirdest thing ever and me and my husband actually got in a fight about it because he 100% did not believe that it wasn’t me. The girl was even holding her hand like I do (I have weak wrists). It entirely bugged me out.

I've been told of four dopplegangers of myself and even been mistaken by others for three of them by those who personally knew them. That said, I've also been able to deduce someones astrological sign by their appearance.

Once I saw the movie The Island I thought of the actual possibilities of cloning. This was a game changer. Clones of real people being developed in underground cities, where the clones live and are completely unaware they are clones. They are told the earth is uninhabitable due to radiation on the surface until two clones escape and find out the truth. This blew my mind.

No, I haven't met any. One of them is a famous musician, which caused me to be asked for my autograph several times by complete strangers. Also, one of his girlfriends' friends caught me (him) out on a date and confronted her while I was in the bathroom. If I ever meet him I'll be sure to tell him why he got into trouble that night!
