The X-Files episode "Detour" always gave me the ultimate creeps!!!!!! Love the X-Files!View attachment 78286
Been watching The X-Files again for the first time since its original airings. I was a bit surprised at how many episodes I remembered so clearly which to my mind tells me how important and indelible the series really was. (I still won’t watch that episode “Home” though. I remember watching it when it first came on and how grossed out me and my friends were!) S1 through S4 and parts of S5 are so great. S2 maybe my favorite. S6 and S7 start to get really wobbly but still have some good episodes in them.

Also watching Hunter the cop show for the first time (after Vega$ got canceled I pretty much gave up on cop shows well I guess until The X Files even though it’s not a full on cop show, it feels like one to me) Great team up and Dee Dee McCall is awesome and amazing in it. The two part and three part episodes are the best.
I usually don't remember the episode titles except for "Toombs". That's the guy who can move through vents. The two episodes he was in from S1 were creepy as heck. The X-Files episode "Detour" always gave me the ultimate creeps!!!!!! Love the X-Files!
Ughhhh. I remember this weirdo on TV when I was a kid. Can't even recall anything he was in except he seemed to pop up on almost every other TV show.

That "weirdo" is none other than Jack Elam, a beloved character actor most notable for his supporting roles in Western movies, youngun.Ughhhh. I remember this weirdo on TV when I was a kid. Can't even recall anything he was in except he seemed to pop up on almost every other TV show.
