Did you know there's basically a 99% chance you are vitamin d deficient? Vitamin d does so much for the body, it can be classed as a hormone, not a vitamin. Every cell in the body has vitamin d receptors and needs vitamin d. Most illnesses people suffer have a component of vitamin d deficiency, from cognitive illnesses like dementia, to skin diseases, auto immune diseases, common colds and even cancer. One thing many health conscious people realized with "covid" was taking sufficient vitamin d cures the symptoms, as it is essential to the immune system. Vitamin d deficiency is a real worldwide epidemic.

You need 10,000IUs of vitamin D daily to maintain health, and people with chronic illnesses need more. It takes a long time of supplementation to cure a deficiency, so taking it on and off isn't enough, the body needs it constantly.

Vitamin d is classed as a hormone because it makes changes in the bodies chemistry. When the body has ample vitamin d, it takes it as a signal that it is summer time and you are basking in the sun - it stops storing fat for winter, being in a state of survival and base line maintenance to get through winter without ample nutrition. It signals to the body that you have ample needs met, are ready to reproduce hence it improves sexual health, that the body can thrive and not just survive.

It needs to be properly understood that what are sold today as "vitamins" are NOT natural.

Vitamin D is available naturally through sunshine and through a variety of foods and, in nature, vitamin D is combined in the correct proportions with other vitamins that the body likewise needs.

No one should ever take synthetic D3 (or other forms of vitamin D, or ANY vitamin of any kind), because it can actually poison the human body, and its effects can last for months, even after stopping its use. Please, for those who haven't looked into this, do a search for "vitamin D toxicity" BEFORE taking vitamin D tablets or pills.

While vitamin D toxicity is said to be rare, its frequency is increased through vitamin usage, because batches can vary by factors of thousands or even tens of thousands of times the recommended levels that would be considered to be "normal".

Look for vitamins in their natural form: in healthy foods. Synthetic vitamins, often made by pharmaceutical companies, should be avoided.

I agree synthetic vitamins are harmful because they are made from petrolium, even if scientists say “a molecule is a molecule”, however, if you live above Southern California anywhere in the world, the sun isn’t potent enough to provide adequate vitamin d these days. Most likely from a few decades of spraying, sunlight isn’t what it used to be. It’s also difficult to get sufficient vitamin d from diet alone, although eating vitamin d rich foods like cod liver oil are great. A vitamin d supplement concentrated from a natural source such as lichen or lanolin is best imo

Do you have any information on whether an increased vitamin D intake makes the skin less prone to sunburn and/or accelerates tanning when sunbathing? For example, my skin is Northern European pale (pinkish undertone and FAIR) and even though I can tan, I’ll always get a good sunburn, and don’t tan that quickly and much, but ever since I started taking in more vitamin D (through supplements too) it seems that my sunburns are less severe and I need a smaller amount of sun to get the same tanning effect…
I wonder if that is generally true…

I believe Peoples vitamin D/vitamin efficiency
is lower these days as We're taught the sun is
bad for Us so a lot of so called protection
against it is used now a days

think of the past Peoples
living in dessert/always sunny places
stayed Out all day every day in that sun
they had not a worry about that sunlight
nor did they seem to have the cancers/illnesses
We See today

think of how Good it feels when Ya step
outside into that sunlight and then think
of why tptb may want to take that away
from Us as it all comes down to them
controlling and killing Us easier

I would recommend getting more sun
without the sunscreen and don't use their vitamins
if possible try finding natural Plants that give the vitamins
naturally

as I am looking into it at the moment still
but I really believe it's not the sun causing these
so called cancers from the sun but it's the so called
protection We get for the sun

there are a lot of Food that contain,
vitamin D link to a few examples

most the diseases We have today
are made by the genetically engineered foods
the synthetic medications/that are actually poisons
to kill Us slowly

Look and do some research if Ya can
find older books/medias to look to for
the information the better but some are
available online still not sure how long
that will last though
a lot of the disease started around the times

We got electricity which is not done within
the natural forms of that technology as it should
be example tesla which was using the natural
abilities Our World has instead We are using a different
form that fights against that natural available
electricty

We got man made medication
That tptb derived from the natural
Plants that they then called them drugs and
made illegal for Us to grow or use naturally
gave Us more disease and sicknesses and
amplified those they had already created

We got their modified Foods which
now they are trying to take full control of
that area and We will never See Food growing
outside a lab environment soon
when We grew and harvested, raised and butchered
Our own most the diseases and sicknesses again
Did NOT exist

Then they gave Us little gadgets
using their unnatural electrics
that We could carry around and wear on Us
that cause Us even more damage

I believe this is why so many Peoples
have vitamin deficiencies now
because We need them to Live happy healthy
Lives it's just another tool tptb use to control/kill
Us

As I said a little research can prove
all the above

Thats interesting, I’d never heard of that but I’ve been looking around on a search engine, and there’s a lot of research that says vitamin d both heals sunburns more quickly as well as prevents them, so your observations have been shared by others. Haven’t seen anything about tanning though. Sunlight converts cholesterol under your skin into vitamin d so having adequate vitamin d already in your system must help your body absorb sunlight and not burn in some way

i agree with you, but people in the north will never get the quantity they need in the fall and winter (and early spring). people have to supplement. same with vitamin C in the north-- naturally speaking, you wont find any good source unless people are going to make pine needle tea on a regular basis. taking liposomal C or buffered C is a good option.

are you talking about D2 or D3? or both? do you feel one brand is safer than another or NO brands are safe?

i heard a podcast awhile ago about how vit. D was given to US schoolchildren in the early or mid 1930s. it was very cheap to make and shown to be very beneficial. most health problems became non-existent. after a few years, not surprisingly, big pharma lobbied to have the vitamins taken away.

Thank-you and @lightseeker for your replies. Please see more in response below.

Thank-you. Having spent years at higher latitudes (>50), the same thought came to mind a few years back during another long, dark winter: better take some vitamin D, to make up for the lack of sunshine. So a few of bottles of D3 were purchased and the experiment began, taking the recommended minimum daily dosage (25mcg, or 1000 IU). Having never been one to take vitamins prior to that period, and (wrongly) thinking they were "natural", what could go wrong?

Long story (somewhat) short, it only took two months to completely poison an otherwise fit and healthy body. By completely poisoned, what is meant is it (the vitamin D) affected every single muscle group in the body, where it was painful to stand, move, sit or lay down. It started (after two months) with what felt like a rotator cuff injury, where the left arm couldn't be lifted above shoulder height one morning. Remaining physically active (and thus continuing to work) throughout this, it then spread to the other arm within a day or two, and within another day or so it was already into lower body, resulting in a hyper-extended knee over a small step-down that would have otherwise never have been an issue.

When the second arm started showing signs of the same issue, Father (God) was asked about it, at which time He bluntly let me know I had allowed this body to poison itself. The intake of vitamin D ceased immediately, but the effects continued to worsen before leveling off for the next couple of months, taking at least 6 months or so to regain roughly 75% of the original strength. By 8 months or so after stopping the Vitamin D, the body had finally recovered fully.

From what's been read, the reason vitamin D toxicity is so painful is because it allows calcium to unnaturally build up in the bloodstream, which then reportedly lodges in the muscles, where it stays until it gradually dissipates. So what's being shared isn't some hypothetical situation; it's actual confirmation of what others have experienced. And this happened long after knowing with absolute certainty that all pharmaceutical drugs are actually poisonous to the human body, which means it was a very thoughtless and stupid thing to do to trust that vitamins were not likewise being made by the very same pharmaceutical companies that profit from human suffering.

are you talking about D2 or D3? or both? do you feel one brand is safer than another or NO brands are safe?
What was taken at the time (over 5 years ago) was D3. Since then, more has been read on both D2 and D3, as well as other vitamins, and the reality of the situation is this: most vitamins are produced by the pharmaceutical companies, and NONE of them can be trusted.

This vitamin D toxicity incident happened several years prior to the magic virus scam, making it crystal clear that any so-called alternate solutions involving whatever chemicals someone may deem to be "safe and effective" -- e.g. hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin (sold by Pfizer under the trade name "Zithromax"), much less known killer drugs like remdesivir, lopinavir, ritonavir, etc. -- were nothing more than scams to get people to poison themselves any way possible. Before or after the killer vaccine was released.

Apologies for that brief aside, but it seems relevant with everything that's going on in the world right now, particularly to protect others who might otherwise be conned into injuring themselves.

That's usually how anything natural and wholesome seems to work out in a money-driven society.

Something to bear in mind is that all of the vitamins and minerals the body needs can be found in naturally occurring forms (food, crops, livestock, etc.). The two primary causes of virtually every health-related crisis is either a lack of nutrition, or lack of sanitation or both.
