I know this movie came out a few years ago and was controversial at the time, but I was just thinking after doing a lot of Bible reading and chilling with a podcast.
Everyone needs to see The Witch.
Especially Christians.
You are never gonna find a more accurate take [from Hollywood] on the true nature of evil and the occult. The film itself is not explicit propaganda (yes, it is very graphic, not for small children) and does not play into the "stodgy Puritan" trope Hollywood always peddles. After watching it I felt the urge to pray and study more. I trust people on this site have the maturity to understand the nuances.
