Has it ever occurred to you that your apologists will never actually talk about Islam, but rather what things that sound appealing to your ears? has it ever occurred to you that you live in an echo chamber?

The biggest instant give away with Christianity is that their core doctrines are inconsistent with the same Pentateuch they claim to believe in (aka, Christians don't believe in an unchanging God), and the books are all anonymous biographical narratives, rather than actual direct revelation from God.
Textual variants and fabrications in your texts is just salt on the wound. So is the cognitive dissonance of a rejection of epistemology while claiming to make truth claims is just further absurdity upon absurdity.

Both are points that have created probably the majority of the world's atheist population, in all honesty. This is aside from a long list of other problems with Christianity, and it's texts.

Also, don't you just love how Christians play dumb and pretend that Biblical corruption is only a Muslim claim. It's hilarious what kinds of games they play in their heads to avoid the legitimate academic issues. This is a big of area in non-Muslim scholarship, lots of qualified people who have studied these many different manuscripts in their original languages have found an unending amount of discrepancies, alterations and even deliberate additions. Things only get worse when you deal with translations of translations of translations of translations of translations of translations.

Also it's worth noting that, considering that the Qur'an frequently refutes and corrects Jews and Christians over various topics, it does not stand to reason that the interpretation of those verses (ayah) in the OP can never hold any weight, even hypothetically.
