It's not some angry nonsense, Vytas, but was actually quoting from Christ Himself as it is written in The Way home or face The Fire. Perhaps, this statement will change your mind from being not interested, to interested to investigate further. I agree with what you said though about that it should be Christ's day 365 days a year. The teaching that Xmas is Christ's supposed birthday and them having turned it into the single largest commercial retail event of the entire year just to have an excuse to make money, has made a complete mockery of Christ's teachings ("you cannot serve God and mammon/materialism" - Matt. 6:24).

How could we do that to Him?

Christmas day should now be abolished, and we should all do what Christ said, and love each other, and make it like Christ’s Day, every day, by becoming more like Christ, every day.
Song of fire and ice  ? In that link it's claimed that it's the most important book on earth, i know other book which rightfully claims that title, and without boasting about it, are you that easily swayed ? Every cheap marketing trick works on you ? Where wind blows there you go ?. Do you know Jesus enough to recognize when He is speaking ? Pray for discernment and stop reading dumb shit. So if family peacefully celebrate Christmas day with all Christmas attributes and worship Jesus together they are sining ?

I see same pattern everywhere KJV only, hebrew root's movement, people obsessed with Jesus birthday, where love for truth is perverse by clever tricks to become something negative... People convinced of importance the truth they found, and put that truth together with themselves above everything else...

A true Christian would be one who follows Christ's Way, does what He did, loves what He loved and hates what he hates.

Perhaps try this one. Introduction and note (about all the printed copies being gone now) here.

It's a pagan festival. That is known now. So knowing that, why would people want to keep on doing it?

I love the simplicity here...

If you accept the Gospel, you are saved. God hasn't made salvation complicated but he has made it humbling. Accept Jesus with open arms as a little child in need of a saviour or approach God in your own works and go away sad.

I see your points about end times and Christmas. I can agree with those, even though I know that Hebrew Roots and my own research influenced me about Christmas. I still celebrate Christmas with my parents and if it was celebrated more in the Mr. Penge style (BBC's Victoria) with no trees brought into the house, I'd prefer it. I see the commercialism and the Hallmark holiday of it all. It's more cutesy animals and snowmen and nutcrackers than Jesus. Jesus gets maybe a nativity scene or a few ornaments on the tree. I get your frustration with this and even share it.

However, there is a warning at the end of Revelation 22 about adding to and taking away from the Word of God, the Bible. Please take that seriously.

Also, I don't want to give fellow Christians any grief for having trees in their house once a year just because I personally don't. I got rid of mine and probably $1000 worth of ornaments. It's like getting so hung up on church steeples that you won't go in a church because there's a phallic symbol on top of it. A friend of mine is like this and I totally laughed for 30 seconds when a mutual friend said "Sheila (not her name) won't come to church here on Sunday because of the phallic symbol on top of the church."

Etagloc is right.... Christianity as a religion/in practice has gotten complacent, and let's face it..... Nowhere is this more evident than in England and America.

America is probably the worst.

It is because we do not speak out against sin. We need to get angry about all the sin. Yes, our first work is to preach the Gospel in love to the lost, but we need to spend an equal amount of time calling out sin.

And we know that not all sin is equal, and there are worse sins....abominations..... that we need to extinguish from among us, lest we bring the wrath of God upon us.

Honestly, what I believe we should start with is homosexuality. Why? Because of the example of Sodom and Gomorrah.

People don't seem to want to bring it up because the world is being actively conditioned to accept it, but we as Christians know that God will NEVER accept it. Neither should we, and I don't care if you have a loved one who is homo...... you ought to sever your ties with them.

One of the reasons I love my church is because the Pastor does not allow homosexuality in the church. He has physically thrown them out. He has shouted from the pulpit that homosexuality will never be allowed in the church while he is Pastor. People have gotten angry about it and walked out, and he yells after them: "Good riddance! "

More pastors need to step up and show some reverence for the house of God and separate the Holy from the profane.

I didn't ask you for a thread to be started on the topic, but you are of course welcome to have the desired discussion there. So thank-you for the invitation, but I'm going to have to decline it at this point, and say no thank-you, as I'm pressed for time and have some other things I need to tend to. Please see http://jahtruth.net/xmas
Peace be upon you, bible student.
I can't resist this snippet of Monty Python humour to communicate my response:

America is probably the worst.
And America as a Nation has also become the fattest too, by far. We are warned against this. The Bible shows that fatness is satanic.

Deuteronomy 32:15 But the Beloved waxed fat, and rebelled: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered [with fatness]; then he forsook God [which] made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation. 32:16 They provoked Him to jealousy with strange [gods], with abominations provoked they Him to anger.

The warning is given earlier on:

Deuteronomy
8:10 When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the "I AM" thy God for the good land which He hath given thee.
8:11 Beware that thou forget not the "I AM" thy God, in not keeping His Commandments, and His Judgments, and His Statutes, which I command thee this day:
8:12 Lest [when] thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt [therein];
8:13 And [when] thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;
8:14 Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the "I AM" thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of slavery [under the rule and laws of man];

Agreed. Over in the UK, it is hard to believe what they are teaching people in the churches now. I don't personally go to any of the services but I recently happened to be in one looking for possible clues about a certain Stone, and that is when I saw all the pamphlets, etc. being displayed. It was all about the new push towards being tolerant towards perversion (LGBT, etc). I found this to be truly shameful and sad, because we know that God will NOT accept it. His Word is crystal clear on the issue and the people who like to think otherwise are making a big mistake.

Thank you. The Bible is a compilation of Books all combined into a single bundle. The quote in Revelation makes sense as it refers to the prophecy that is given "in this Book" (Christ's Prophecy, in Revelation - see 1:3) and it also makes sense that it refers to all of the prophecies that came before it, through all of the previous prophets that have been sent by God.

Christ Jesus said, in Matthew 5, that He did not come to destroy The Law or the Prophets but to fulfill them. And that nothing in The Law will pass away until all (including ALL of the Prophecies) have been fulfilled. So, adding the Koran to the Bible is NOT a case of adding anything to the prophecy of the Bible (inc. the Revelation Christ gave to John) because The Koran given to Muhammed is just reconfirming what came before it (the Bible) and it doesn't add anything new (when correctly interpreted - which JAH has done) i.e. there is no new prophecy after Revelation.

There is no "new" prophecy after that. The Koran that was given to Muhammed is not new prophecy, because it only reconfirms the Gospel (Injeel) and Torah (The Law) which is what it says in many places. That's why it calls Mohammed the "seal of the prophets" because what he was given only reconfirms what came before it (the Bible) and there is no new prophecy (after the prophecy of Jesus Christ that was given in Revelation). The Koran, if you have read it, you will see also says this to be the case, and it says it over and over and over again.

It of course, also only makes sense (perfectly) that it would be Christ Himself (God's Son), Who would be The One chosen by God to bring the final Prophecy (Revelation) from God to us.

P.S. @Dalit If you've never read the Koran and have a Christian background, then I would strongly urge that you consider reading it in the King of kings' Bible by JAH (correctly translated and interpreted). Reading JAH's version will save you a lot of trouble.

(@Claire Rousseau - not sure, but thought perhaps you may also find JAH's interpretation of the Koran to be useful and of help, in your contacts with Muslims and to be able to help explain some of these things to them - to help lead them back to accepting and reading the Bible.)

Also, I don't want to give fellow Christians any grief for having trees in their house once a year just because I personally don't. I got rid of mine and probably $1000 worth of ornaments. Good for her. Jesus said don't. It's what the hypocrites do to be seen by and receive honour from men. Anyone can own their own Bible today and be able to get to know and follow Jesus's Teachings, by reading it on their own, without the distractions of so-called "pastors" (pastor means shepherd - Matt. 10:8-13).

Matthew
6:5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt NOT be as the hypocrites [ARE]: for they love to pray standing in the churches and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and WHEN THOU HAST SHUT THY DOOR, pray to thy Father in private (Enoch 56:5; Sura 7:55); and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
6:7 But when ye pray, use NOT vain repetitions, as the heathen [DO]: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
6:8 Be NOT ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, BEFORE ye ask Him.

You made a thread because YOU wanted to do it, so that is therefore your thread, and not mine.
You had to a chance to openly defend your master's teachings on Christmas and you declined.
That is quite amusing in fact. Why are you so coy, hiding in a unrelated thread? Why won't you let Jahtruth's teachings be dissected?

Next time don't be like a cockroach running for darkness when the light is turned on. If Jahtruth is a ""Christ" being of whatever variety you sure ain't making him look good.
I will stop digging you in the ribs .... for now. ;)

You have it exactly backwards. I don't need "a chance to defend my Master's Teachings" as the teachings speak for themselves.
It is you, on the other hand, that is in a position now that requires you to have to defend your beliefs, after being shown the truth. Or, you can accept the truth and change your beliefs to line up with the truth that you have been shown.

You speak nonsense. I haven't gone anywhere. JAH is not a "Christ being of whatever variety" as you say, JAH is the Second Coming of Christ and it cannot be made more plain than that. You have been given the link to the Book, more than once. What you now choose to do with that information, is up to you.

The Choice (as always) is yours.

I'm pretty sure, that I have posted it in the past, already. People did what they always do, when faced with uncomfortable truth. You may not see it, but I really do want only the best for you. What is your test, in all of this? I don't know. That is between you and Father. We are all tried and tested on our individual merits. You must do what you feel is right.

Oh brother.
How can another **person** come as Jesus Christ?
Does Jahtruth believe in reincarnation as well? Both Islam and Christianity reject that false teachings.
You can start a thread on that topic.

I can also tell you that absolutely NOT ONE roman catholic will survive The Reaping, but every one of them will be bound and cast into The Fire.

That is coming straight from Christ.

http://jahtalk.thefarrellreport.net/earth-wind-fire/

So if you still are one, or know any people that are, it would be best to tell them this without delay. The only chance they have is to repent and come out of Roman Catholicism and start to follow Christ.

The best way would be to give them a link to The Way home or face The Fire and get them to read it, asap. - http://thewayhomeorfacethefire.net

Christ told you, that when He comes again He will not be called Jesus but will have a NEW name.

Rev.
2:16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.
2:17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a NEW name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth [it].

3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the Temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, [which is] New Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and [I will write upon him] my NEW name.
3:13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Same SPIRIT (God is SPIRIT not human and so is His Son) TWO bodies. Then, and now. :- http://jahtruth.net/emmau2.htm

I wish you would start your own thread, but it looks like you are going to refuse to budge.

Those passages are referring to CHURCHES who persevere, not JESUS getting a new name.

In the above Revelation 2:17 you quoted

17 [Jesus says] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches [not Jesus] ; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

Jesus said He had already overcome the world - do you remember that?

John 16:33 [JESUS SAID] These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome [PRESENT TENSE] the world.

Revelation 3:12-13 is from a passage to the church of Philadelphia https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Revelation+3:7-13&version=KJV.

Again it has FUTURE tense, Jesus is referring to the church, NOT Himself.

Jesus never misquoted scripture to suit Himself and mislead his followers.

Cult leaders ALWAYS do. http://www.apologeticsindex.org/5849-scripture-twisting
