All of the dead will be raised. The word of Truth teaches in the clearest and most positive terms that all of the dead will be raised. No Doctrine of the faith rest upon a more literal and emphatic body of Scripture authority than this; nor is any more vital to Chrisitianity (1 Cor. 15:12-23) But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: yes, and we are found to be false witnesses of God that He raised up Christ, Whom He raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain, ye are yet in your sins. If it is only in this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.
But it is important to observe that the Scriptures do not teach that all the dead are not raised at one time. A partial resurrection of the OT saints has already occurred (Matt. 27:52-53)

The first and second resurrections differ in time and the subjects of the resurrection, and the eternal destiny of those to be raised from the dead. The two resurrections are distinguished as "The Resurrection of Life" and "The Resurrection of Judgment (John 5:28-29) A resurrection both of the Just and unjust (Acts 24:15).
The Scripture passages bearing on this important subject are :(Luke 14:13-14) But when thou givest a feast, call the poor , the maimed the, the lame and the blind. And thou shall be blessed, for they can not pay you back and you will be, rewarded at the Resurrection of the Just.
1 Cor. 15:22-23> So, as in Adam, all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order. Christ the first fruits, afterwards, they that are Christ at His own coming. 1 Thess. 4:13-16 > ……..At the calling of The Lord Himself with a shout, the dead in Christ will rise first, Then those alive in Christ will meet Christ together with them...meet Him in the clouds. Phil. 3:11> That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His suffering, being made conformable to His death. That I may attain to the resurrection of the dead. Rev. 20:4-6 > We reign with Christ for 1000 years and then at the end (This is the first resurrection) The Second death ( second resurrection) has no power.

Philip. 1:23 > Having a desire to leave the flesh and be with the Lord. 2 Cor. 5:8....Study these verses. It is clear that we go instantly to be with the Lord in Spirit and wait for the resurrection of our bodies. The first resurrection last until the end of the tribulation, The first fruits of Christ being first at his coming, then the martyred saints at the end of the tribulation. Do not reply unless you study the Scriptures in full.

Was that a rapture though? The dead didn’t go to heaven with Jesus, they were just alive again...unless you know of any other verses that talk about what happened to those people?

Matthew‬ ‭27:52-53‬ ‭
The tombs were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the tombs after His resurrection they entered the holy city and appeared to many.

I would call it a partial rapture...There is no other explanation for it?
