Someone asked me in another thread..."Why don't you criticize governments..why just islam."

We will always have governments. Whether they are good or bad or even evil, whether I personally like them or not...we will always have them. In fact the Bible tells us at the very end we will only have one government..and it says "Who is like the beast, and who is able to wage war with him?" This tells me that there will be a beast system and we will not be able to fight against it...so then why waste energy on something that can't be fixed or stopped?

False religions are another story though....this is about souls. And maybe people don't really understand about losing your soul. Maybe they think its a kiddie story to scare people? Maybe they have their lives to lead and a long time before they die and they don't really care..whatever the reason, the Bible tells us that there is a lake of fire and people are going to be thrown into it for eternity. That's a long time to weep and gnash teeth.

The false religion is the real battleground where souls are either won or lost.

Christianity is different from all the other religions in that it talks about the problem-sin and the solution-Jesus. All the other religions may have Jesus as their gospel, but if they don't teach Him as God and the only way to salvation, then its false, which is why Christians try very hard to let people know that religions such as catholocism, JW, mormonism and the like are false. They may have Jesus in their teachings but they aren't teaching Jesus. Some argue that Catholicism is Christianity but its not a small thing for them to teach Mary as co-redemptrix or the eucharist, implying that Jesus needs the help of man to save...that goes against the gospel that says that Jesus is the way the truth and the life and no one comes to the Father except through Him.

Other religions such as islam who also uses the name of Jesus get Jesus wrong by demoting Him to a prophet and by also saying they are part of the Abrahamic faiths. So, again we Christian's who are told to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all handed down to the saints (and not said by Paul...for some of you, though if it was Paul that said this, it would be equally as valid since all scripture is inspired by God) are merely trying to contend for the truth of the gospel of Christ.

Because it is a soul thing and what a person believes is important, its the matter of your soul and where you spend eternity.
