I didn’t think about drones as being robotic, I was mostly thinking about terminator style..except without being able to morph into other people or things..lol! And actually when I think of them I think the droid army from Star Wars episode 1.

Just want to say that its taken 19yrs, since 9/11, to get where the country is right now. Its probably going to take the same number of years, for the projections being made for the future (or the dystopia) to be fully operational and functioning without a hitch.
"They" can't do this on a global scale. The technocratic oppressive control grid will vary from country to country. The US and places like Brussels (both NWO hqs) will see heavy handedness compared to places like Haiti. Poorer countries might be pressured to institute their own control grids at the threat of withholding aid, etc. The more integrated and/or industrialized a society is, the more control there will be.
