Companies and manufacturers often put a lot of toxic ingredients and chemicals under the label "fragrance" so they don't have to disclose what's in it.

1. Fragrances are linked to a staggering number of health risks. Across multiple research studies, chemicals used to make fragrances are classified as allergens, hormone disruptors, asthma triggers, neurotoxins & carcinogens. The punchline: fragrances are highly toxic.
2. Fragrances commonly contain phthalates, which are chemicals that help the scents last longer. Ahh IFRA. They pick a 'natural' ingredient and claim it causes 'allergies' which then allows frag makers to substitute the 'natural' for the unnatural such as aroma chemicals/molecules which cost far less and therefore the profit margin becomes larger and it's all win...except for the folk who get cancer.

I use vinegar and lemon to clean my home as opposed to the cleaning products you find on the market. There are tons of alternatives that you can find with natural ingredients that won't harm your health in the long run.
