Lol do they? I like a good rant lol
I mean, what youre saying makes sense and al
Aw that's awesome. And thanks for saying that again, I sound like a broken record :D

. I mean who would think that clouds naturally exist in lines crisscrossing and making x shapes?
That's very true!! It seems very obvious to us when we see these crazy patterns in the sky that they are doing something wrong. It's not necessarily for decoration lol.

Its been there at least 5-6 years since ive noticed.
Oh wow you're so lucky that doesn't hurt. I hope that you don't have to do anything for it. Only time will tell.
EVERY SINGLE DAY i eat a fist sized portion of cooked dark leafy greens. I do chard, spinach and kale.
I can agree with what you say about the taste lol it's good you can do that! It leaves room to eat other things that are more enjoyable and not as healthy cause you're getting your nutrients lol!!
I sadly don't eat the salads and smoothies every single day cause I can't afford it, but I try to be healthy with them and herbal teas lol then I will eat a crap ton of chocolate :p

It's images like this that are always seen on every platform and even app games and such is why I'm so against the so called "fitness" industry. This becomes more about looks than health, and if it's seen everywhere, then obviously the MSM is using this to brainwash people. I have no issue with trying to be at a healthy weight and eating as well as I can, but, let's be honest, stuff like this is nothing to do with our health. It's all superficial mind control at this point.

Wow there's some labelling going on there! Yikes. Such extremes!!
Yeah, leftist publication says gym people are right wing "assholes", right wing publication calls physically weak men socialists.

I read the article tho, the guys DID have a super low testosterone count. Of course, i dont think the gym is necessary, probably can get the same effect by going outside and chopping some wood or moving heavy machinery or something else physical but functional.

The beta male is real — and he has low testosterone and votes Democrat.

In 2017 the Buzzfeed crew famously got their testosterone levels checked as part of an investigation into male attractiveness.
The man-boys at Buzzfeed scored extremely low when compared to a normal male.

In fact their testosterone levels closely matched those of a 12 year-old boy.

A 2011 study and scientific research confirms a transformation in left-wing males when they were given increased doses of testosterone.

They become more conservative.

Oh my...this is frightening for the males of buzzfeed!
I agree with your comment also about going to the gym, there are other ways to stay active which is nice. I think at one point people didn't even go to the gym, and this was when men's testosterone was a natural amount and female estrogen was, too.
It is interesting how those articles contradict each other so much. They want to keep people confused!
It would be nice to go back to a time when men were more... Men lol.

Yeah and more functional and productive too.

when men's testosterone was a natural amount and female estrogen was, too.
I think all the plastics and other hormone disrupters are really doing a number on people's hormones too.

Yeah, its that right vs left binary all over the place. Divide and conquer.

Exactly. People don't really achieve something properly just being in one building lookin at themselves in the mirror lol!! No disrespect to anyone who goes :D

Oh those are so terrible! And the funny thing is, the same thing that these people put in everything to screw up our hormones are the same people that tell us we shouldn't pollute the oceans and such with plastics lol hypocritical much?
I found out about parabens being bad for too much estrogen back in about 2012, had to stop using anything with that lol.

Yeah, its that right vs left binary all over the place. Divide and conquer.
This. It's interesting when we find out this is their agenda..it makes more sense. We know who the real enemies are.

Ok, this is sort of related to this topic, but not exactly.
I just found out that women are supposedly getting plastic surgery so they can be more comfortable or look "better" in tight fitting yoga pants! This is so ridiculous, i didnt even know this was a thing. Something about it is so transhumanism, like everyone is supposed to look like a mannequin or something.

Apparently has to do with the stupid kardahsians or something, it figures.

I understand that this thread won't be for everyone, and you don't have to agree, that's fine, I just want to point out the hypocrisy I have noticed with the fitness and health regimes that seem to get shoved down our throats these days.
People may argue, that from this title, I'm against being healthy and somewhat fit, which isn't true, so I just want to explain that I'm pointing out what the media has been portraying to the masses.
I often wonder why the society and media keep telling us day in and day out that we have to be this fit and try this diet. We pretty well have to strive for two percent body fat, be very cut and slender, and have to eat only certain foods. This annoys me to no end.
Sure, I agree it's good to try to be healthy and not become obese, I'm with all of you, there. But, I think many miss the point of the middle ground in this situation.
Okay, so we very well know that anything that is advertised and portrayed in main stream media is brainwashing, right? Well, I have noticed the fitness thing taking over along with the rest of the Marxism and propaganda. When I see anything about fitness be advertised on tv, they always show these men and women who practically look perfect, without an ounce of fat. And for some reason, I notice that most of the women are wearing those workout outfits where they are practically wearing bras. If this is supposed to be about our health, why does she feel the need to show her body off? Why do we have to look perfect? One may argue it's cause they are just trying to sell the product, which yes, they are, but they are also trying to mind control people to think about how much of a narcissist they can be, how they have to be vain and beautiful. This isn't about health, anymore. This is all out conceit.
Also, I have a friend who told me that women didn't even go to the gym until the 80s. So why do we have to, now? As much as I notice that men will also get this pressure, women are shown way more now doing yoga and going to the gym. This is all meant to be a distraction from reality. Yoga is not even that great for the psyche. I heard it causes dissociation, and is part of the new age health regimes, and I see so many that are into it, it's just become a trend and people only do it to be thin, cause who cares about the health.
I also see so many advertisements for just app games and such, and it's always an image of perfect looking people. It seems like it's mostly women being portrayed because of the feminism agenda, and most of the time they are shown as having tiny waists and showing their stomachs. Okay, this has become way too subliminal. If this is supposed to be "healthy" then why has it been in many types of media for decades? Seems more like sex slave grooming, than health.
I do apologize for this being long, and if you don't agree that's fine, I just find so many people think in black and white and don't realize that it's alright to have a bit of fat on your body, that you don't have to eat 100 percent fruits and veggies that are organic (cause let's be honest, sometimes they lie about them being fully organic in the first place) organic food can be expensive, and some of us don't have the money to buy it all the time, or don't have the money and space to grow our own food, or get a personal trainer and gym and yoga memberships.
It's sad cause most people I know say they go to the gym like it's some trend, and I just refuse to go. I feel like a fish out of water. And before anyone assumes, I'm not an obese whale or anything, I am of half decent healthy weight. I walk a fair amount, and that's my exercise. I eat within moderation of the types of food I eat.
Unfortunately this isn't good enough for the society and media, though. And it's sad, cause I've even seen Christians post pictures of themselves at the gym like they have to prove something.
The top elite want to have people kept distracted and busy so they don't fight back. They say this is what people have to do to stay healthy so they do it. People have to work, go to the gym, do yoga, run their errands and still have to get sleep, too. Seems a bit excessive.
Please tell me if I'm crazy for seeing this or do others see this hypocrisy, as well?
The Romans promoted “bread and circus” to distract the populace from problems in the empire.

The mental image of our ideal selves can become an idol we increasingly fail to satisfy. I think it’s often an image of ourselves at a particular age that we see as our”true selves” that can so easily become a thing we spend our lives trying to recapture.

C.S. Lewis hit on the issue very well when discussing people who endlessly seek thrill…

“It is simply no good trying to keep any thrill: that is the very worst thing you can do. Let the thrill go—let it die away—go on through that period of death into the quieter interest and happiness that follow—and you will find you are living in a world of new thrills all the time. But if you decide to make thrills your regular diet and try to prolong them artificially, they will all get weaker and weaker, and fewer and fewer, and you will be a bored, disillusioned old man for the rest of your life. It is because so few people understand this that you find many middle-aged men and women maundering about their lost youth, at the very age when new horizons ought to be appearing and new doors opening all round them. It is much better fun to learn to swim than to go on endlessly (and hopelessly) trying to get back the feeling you had when you first went paddling as a small boy.“ —

This makes me so sick!! So because of the society making clothes for women that are uncomfortable, which they brainwash us to wear (won't be wearing yoga pants ever again after this! Haven't in a while thank God) we have to get these horrible surgeries? Funny enough I haven't even heard of this until now!! Lol!! What a bunch of crock. This is why it would of been slightly better to be born a man. We have so much pressure, this is getting out of hand. It's never good enough anymore! Nothing ever is. Next, they will force ALL women to wear crop tops and they will have to get bone reconstruction surgery to have a smaller ribcage/waist to wear them. That will be the only shirts they make and there will be no choice. Sorry if this is exaggerated, but this has me fuming!
And the pictures in the article of these women's bodies is like a nightmare to me :p so unrealistic ! This is how they want us to look? Some of us kill ourselves to get this way lol.
This is the kind of stuff I was also talking about when it comes to the hypocrisy of fitness. It's not about our health, it's how good we look in yoga pants, including our foo foos now LOL

This. Thanks so much for your contribution to this thread! Means so much. This is the problem. It really seems like an unrealistic goal.

We gotta start making our own clothes!

Seriously tho, the majority of the clothes that are in style right now are SO UGLY that id rather shop yard sales or thrift stores or something.

Or layering. If somethign is a crop top I'll wear it over something that's long enough but supposed to be low cut, that way everythings covered lol

Funny enough I haven't even heard of this until now!!
Now im wondering if the article itself was the programming/propaganda. To see if any young, suggestible women can be tricked into it.
bone reconstruction surgery
I remember years ago, like 15 years or so, there was this lady on some forum that was talking about this procedure where they break the bones repeatedly to make them grow longer. Back then everyone was telling her she was crazy, but now theyd probably be encouraging her!

I agree! Most of it is hideous and directed towards only a certain type. The clothes for little girls are atrocious! If we can make our own clothes it's a good idea lol!! It just takes alot of effort and patience.
I also have a shirt that has a knot in the front and I wear a tank top underneath, works perfect!!

Very possible !! This seems to happen so much it's frightening. And we know some women will fall for it!

Oh my! That's just....painful. beauty is pain, afterall. This is ridiculous! It's sad how many will want this, too. Wish people wouldn't encourage stupidity for appearances. It's just like the whole tape worm thing..girls probably purposely get those to lose weight!

As a Christian, me at my best in this life will just be an echo of what I will be. We are Eternals, and our time here is short. I was very vain in my youth and I could do easily become drawn in to the culture described in this thread, but I have to make a conscious effort to take my eyes off me and on to more important things.

To be “selfless” is to think of self less.

It's good that some of us overcome this from our youth and see the truth behind it all. It's so tough as a kid and teen due to so much pressure from so many different angles, it's a miracle they can eventually see through it so I'm glad you have, that's awesome.

The thing is, I’m nearly 50 now, but I don’t feel any older. When I go on Facebook, there are so many ads telling me what I should do, eat, not eat or pay monthly for. It takes something significant in life to knock us off the throne of our own little worlds, and I had that a few years ago now. Moses encountered the Lord at the burning bush and he had to get over his own inadequacy to move into what God had for him. I think there comes a time when you need to accept yourself as good enough and get on with doing what the Lord has called you for. That’s when the real adventure begins!!!

Yes!! I love this and it's very true!! We put behind us alot of the negative and dark temptations, open our eyes to the truth and accept our roles in this world! God gives us this opportunity. It's a very beautiful one!!

I think these are good examples of the point of this thread. I am not hating on these women, I'm just saying are they saying "health" or something suggestive? I get they had to expose their legs to show the muscles on those thighs that they worked so hard on, but the main reasons why I don't use Instagram anymore was because my homepage was littered with these type of images when I followed health related users. It became a point where I felt like this was not far from being labelled soft porn and more disgusted that children were able to access these images freely.

Some people may argue that "you're just jealous" etc but no. It can work the other way too. Some women can act intentionally to provoke jealousy because it's all attention seeking whether to attract compliments or envoke envy in others.

Back to the main point, health is not just about the body in fact it has more to do with what you put in that body. So showing off your tight ass on social media isn't encouraging others to get on the path to becoming healthy. It's just a toxic narcissistic way of flaunting onself.

You can see how happy she is with her new self and she didn't have to show you her thighs. These kind of posts are encouraging compared to the previous ones.

That's such an issue these days with how it does seem like what they are posting is not very encouraging and helpful. It just seems like those girls aren't in it for the health aspect..it does seem like soft core p*rn. Thanks for posting !
