RAISE your hand if you were definitely aware of the extremely intense, constantly shifting energies we were all immersed in this past weekend!

It has since calmed down and stabilized, but still very intense. At the very least everyone should have felt what seemed like a low-current electrical voltage coursing through every single cell in your body. If you did not notice this, perhaps you perceived it as a side effect of an overall sense of fervent excitement, or manic feeling, or a low-level anxiety attack, etc. These little boosts can cause discomfort for some but also help our bodies adjust to the new energies that are available. Prepare yourself now for yet another round of epic boost-mode which should begin ramping up in a couple days. (If you're having persistent bodily symptoms, commonly sinus related issues, drainage, headaches, pressure, earache, equilibrium/balance etc, don't worry your body will adjust eventually and these symptoms will pass.)



I've been waiting for the right time to begin this topic. Everything that is happening is not exactly what it seems, and I want to share ideas that people might find helpful at this time. Please keep it light-hearted and fun in here, it's meant to be a doom and gloom free zone. As long as you are a sentient, independently-thinking human still capable of imagining your own future, YOU are in charge and will be invisibly protected at all times no matter what, how cool is that?

We will need to practice remaining calm and centered at this point. Stay positive, and remember that we have really come a long way and should be appreciative of this. We were supposed to be much more aware collectively by now, meaning that the state of things would have been looking quite different right now... BUT it doesn't matter because here we are, the entire planet just casually sliding through a cosmic portal like it's no big deal, while everything seems to be in place to ease us through the process as smoothly as possible in a quantized manner to avoid too much chaos and cognitive dissonance among the sleeping public.

If you're not into meditating, now would be a good time to start, because things are gonna get even more weird. No worries, though. Falling into the fear trap won't help anyone, but many will succumb to their fears, so remember to stay on your toes and stay safe, cautious, and close to home for now. Some people might seem to lose their minds completely to the point it may seem like mass hysteria is taking over. Pay no attention to this, focus instead on spending time with your families and friends while this all shakes out. The intense energies we're receiving are also an opportunity to bond with others on a deeper level, and if you take advantage of this opportunity you may notice the energies of rapport & selflessness intensifying from within yourself. Things are going to be fine eventually, but it is definitely a bumpy road ahead!

I have literally not been able to sleep or stop tapping my foot or think straight for weeks but incredibly increased from Thursday - Sunday. My husband said he could feel it radiating off of me.. I don’t know what it is, my house is stocked with food and all sorts of supplies, I have stacks of cash in a safe, home defense, literally everything I need. The anxiety was disproportionate to the moment to say the least and I don’t even know if I’d call it anxiety.. it felt different.

A psychic hex referred me to many years ago told me I’ve lived numerous incarnations and that it is very strange but each one seemed to be during a time of that society collapsing - to bear witness. Which is something I literally haven’t even thought about or remembered in years. The lady wasn’t even really a psychic it was an Australian Aboriginal woman who did some sort of soul tapping or something. I don’t remember exactly.. I should find the recording tbh.

I told my husband I had a bad feeling about this one about a month ago. Started encouraging my loved ones to leave the city a couple days later.. and this is when we had single digit cases in USA.

Funny that you should say this. I felt a weird kind-of-very tired on Saturday. I couldn't understand why i was tired and i almost gave up on posting anything.

I wonder if there is a spiritual war going on that we don't understand? Revelation 12 describes a war in Heaven before Satan and his angels are cast down to earth.

Now might be a good time to take stock in all kinds of ways. For those who have heard and perhaps rejected the Gospel, it might be a good moment to reconsider.

The coming Age of Aquarius may not be all it's advertised to be, and may actually turn out to be something worse that our current international crisis.

What the world may one day face during the tribulation will make this virus look like a sniffle. I am having to be so direct because I would not want my worst enemy to face these times without the Lord with them.

Listen to your body. Along with exhaustion you might also notice you are feeling extra thirsty, so be sure to drink lots of water, even more than usual, and make sure to allow yourself time for plenty of rest when you're feeling exhausted.

I wonder if there is a spiritual war going on that we don't understand?
I tend to feel an exhaustion when i neglect to pray or read scripture. A tiredness that can only go away by doing those two, i mean i can't cure spiritual hunger with "physical food". What i felt saturday was different as i couldn't attribute it to spiritual neglect or diet. But yes, TPTB aren't just messing with the physical...

Hey - despite everything I'm really happy, and will certainly be spending more time with my family!

There are more important things than material stuff and if this crisis brings people closer together as communities, and we start looking out for people more, good can come of it.

I totally understand. It's such a strange feeling, isn't it? If you can't sleep I would suggest that you stop yourself from trying to plan everything out or trying figure everything out all at once. Distracting ourselves with busy thoughts is an understandable reaction right now, and it's a negative pattern that can be difficult to break yourself away from. Whatever is on your mind, remember it's okay to set it aside completely and find some space to just breathe, relax, and re-center yourself. Meditate more often and it will become much easier to find your zero-point and stay there.

One thing i can't live without is honey. Taking a spoonful or two before bed gives you restorative sleep. You'll calm down and sleep like a baby. They say rosemary does the same but i found better results with honey. Iam not often afflicted with insomnia, so i take it mainly for beauty :cool: and good health.

I've been feeling restless and unsettled, but then there's usually a little bit of that or a nervous type A energy about me. Feel like I'm getting ready for something, but am not sure what. I keep focusing on health and eating right and it's a bit isolating. Have wondered if I was a bit orthorexic, but then I'll go eat a protein bar or something processed and realize I'm not a total clean eating freak.

Trying not to imagine worst case scenarios with my family in some sick preparation for the unknown. If something bad happens, pre-meditating on the worst isn't going to help prepare me, or is it? I almost called my mom and said "I don't care how much Dad tries to make you work for him; if you get sick, rest, and I'll feed him." I was worried he'd kill her from stress and neediness. She got really sick before because he wouldn't let her rest. He was sick, too, but he improved more rapidly than she did. They need to hire some help. Caregivers need a break, too, and, try as I might, neither one of them want to change this unhealthy dynamic. I might as well butt my head against a wall. There's always an excuse as to why things can't change. I'll just stay away until I'm needed. I do better in crisis moments with them than in the everyday.

It's about control. My dad is a jerk because he wants to be in control of everything (there's even a wrong way to put up groceries if it's not his way) and he feels out of control. I control food and exercise and feel good about it when it's perfect, whatever that is.

I've sensed angst almost everywhere I've gone this past weekend. It was nice to go into a business today and see people cutting up and laughing a little bit and joining them. They were good people. Everywhere else I've sensed tension so thick you could cut it with a knife. All I could do was pray silently and then be as genuinely kind as possible to the cashiers there because I could sense their feelings of being overwhelmed. Just going to try to smile at people, more than normal even, because it seems everyone could use a break.

I love the intent of this thread! You’re absolutely right @Faker He-Man, this entire fiasco is about control and fear, and we should be cognizant of that. I just got in from walking my dog and ran into a neighbour of mine who was doing the same. They told me along with also being off for two weeks, that they hope all this calms down by the end of March because they and their partner have some tickets to a theatre performance when the theatre is expected to reopen. While we were talking, it was nice to see traffic back to its’ normal capacity during rush hour so people are living and going about their lives.

With the extra time off, along with the head start of spring cleaning and furniture refurbishing I’ve been putting off for the longest time, I think I might visit my dad and keep him company because calling him every morning, afternoon and evening gets to be a bit much. :D This is a good time to rejuvenate and refocus on things that matter in our own lives and the lives of those around us. Much of what we’re told has nothing to do with us, yet, we allow it to enter our lives subconsciously, nonetheless. There are people who are posting positive aspects of all the fear mongering, and I think that's good thing! While I can’t take credit for it as @DesertRose posted it here, I think it deserves a second post in this thread :):

ive been having a similar problem lately, but really have been having it for several years now. I don’t know whether you’re willing to try listening some sort of music therapy? I just listen to the ones people have uploaded to YouTube by searching for emdr music or 528 music. I turn it on and in 30 minutes, I’m asleep but I take some melatonin too.

there has definitely been a lot of noise that is heard with a sixth sense lately.

I just took one one of my sons clonidine (blood pressure meds) and I am hoping it helps since they gave it to him so he can sleep when he’s manic. I might go buy some liquid melatonin.. the pills never helped me at all, but the liquid did. If this doesn’t pass in a couple days I’m going to have to.

I will try the music too. Thank you for the recommendation. I’ve never thought of that. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for your posts, everyone. Keeping our minds healthy and positive will be reflected in our body’s health. There truly is no separation of the two as we might assume.

It's awesome you wrote this. I was feeling the same with my physical body. The feeling I'm getting is very similar when you are entering deep samadhi in meditation. I'm getting downloads as well in dreams and awake. Things are shifting. We need to prepare our spirit at this moment for much greater.
