No one believed them back then and the BBC covered it up. That's my point.
The point should be that they have been disclosing for years. People did believe them Epstein was found guilty. With a clause that his co conspirators couldn’t be pursued. I’m assuming upon his death that clause became null and void.

Good point.
@Lisa The Cigar thing had to do with the Clinton case. Apparently Monica claims Bill stuck a Cigar up her vajayjay in the Oval Office. Which now that I've typed that out, is hilarious but let's just say during the trial several senators were visibly "shook". Clinton also redefined Sexual Intercourse for the nation because apparently giving a BJ does not count now. Gotta love the 90s.

Sorry, I meant to say Clinton not Cosby..I know it was Clinton with the cigar..and I know what went on..which is why I just mentioned the cigar and not the whole degrading mess.

Edit: This is what I meant to say..
Clinton didn’t get all that busted..or at least didn’t have anyone who would go the distance and bust him up on that..but then he wasn‘t the only one doing those things...well the sexual things..idk about the cigar thing.

I have to say "degrading" with a bit of tongue in cheek. First, consent runs two ways. Was Clinton abusing his power, of course! No argument there. Was Monica put in a place where she felt unable to leave without consequence? Possibly. That is degrading. Honestly, we don't know what went on (conversations, private meetings, throw away comments, flirting even) that went on between her and the President prior to things actually happening. I don't think Monica was a dumb bitch. I think she was a very ambitious bitch who later realized she was over her head in deep water. If anything this does show a bias the courts have, but it also shows how the courts can be pushed with the right spin the public opinion can be spun around to overlook sexual assault. All it took was a televised apology. LMAO For now, Monica is safe, and in this stage of their lives, I highly doubt the Clintons will be doing too much beyond what they already are doing.

She consented..but it was degrading what he did to her...she was too young to tell the man she had a crush on, no! For her I think he was a celebrity...and we know how people lose their minds over celebrities.

If she were that ambitious..she would have turned it all into something that profited her..but she fell away from the limelight..and struggled.

I think he got away with it because the republicans didn’t have the guts to go after him harder..and like I said..Clinton isn’t the only one doing those things...people don’t want to be exposed and that’s enough motivation to put on a show trial and not a real one.

Your president cheated on his pregnant wife with a porn star and paid her money to keep her mouth shut.

He’s our president..and that story is suspect...like all stories about him. However, we do know that Bill Clinton was a womanizer and partied on the island.

I would disagree, Monica did use this to profit herself. She got a book deal out of this whole thing.
12 million is not struggling. I would say that's a pretty sweet deal for semen on a dress.

Also she got a movie deal too:
and a docuseries:

Also Republicans have skeletons in their closets too.

Larry Flynt ... the publisher of Hustler magazine, offered a $1 million reward ... Flynt was a sworn enemy of the Republican party [and] sought to dig up dirt on the Republican members of Congress who were leading the impeachment campaign against President Clinton. [... Although] Flynt claimed at the time to have the goods on up to a dozen prominent Republicans, the ad campaign helped to bring down only one. Robert Livingston—a congressman from Louisiana ... abruptly retired after learning that Mr. Flynt was about to reveal that he had also had an affair.[49]
Henry Hyde, Republican Chair of the House Judiciary Committee and lead House manager, also had an affair while in office as a state legislator. Hyde, aged 70 during the Lewinsky hearings, dismissed it as a "youthful indiscretion" (he had been 41).[50]

Bob Livingston Republican congressman had been widely expected to become Speaker of the United States House of Representatives in the next Congressional session.[51] Then just weeks away after Flynt revealed the affair, Livingston resigned and challenged Clinton to do the same.

Bob Barr (R-GA) another Republican House manager, had an affair while married. Barr had been the first lawmaker in either chamber to call for Clinton's resignation due to the Lewinsky affair. Barr lost a primary challenge less than three years after the impeachment proceedings.[52]

Dan Burton (R-IN) said, "No one, regardless of what party they serve, no one, regardless of what branch of government they serve, should be allowed to get away with these alleged sexual improprieties ..."[53] In 1998, Burton admitted that he himself had had an affair in 1983 which produced a child.[54]

Newt Gingrich (R-GA) US Representative, Speaker of the House and leader of the Republican Revolution of 1994,[55] admitted in 1998 to having had an affair with then House Agriculture Committee staffer Callista Bisek while he was still married to his second wife,[56] at the same time as he was leading the impeachment of Bill Clinton for perjury regarding an affair with intern Monica Lewinsky.[57][58]

Steven C. LaTourette (R-OH) US Representative, voted to impeach Bill Clinton for the Lewinsky scandal while he himself, was having a long-term affair with his Chief of Staff, Jennifer Laptook. (2003) [59]

Republican Helen Chenoweth-Hage from Idaho aggressively called for the resignation of President Clinton and then admitted to her own six-year affair with a married rancher during the 1980s.[60]

Clinton didn't "get away" with it. Everyone knew the truth when it happened, that's what made it a joke. Rather, it was when people associated with the case started dying was when things changed and the American public began to feel uncomfortable with the other side of the Clintons. We started hearing more about Clinton's Arkansas dealings and the silencing of other people associated with Bill Clinton. It was the beginning of the term Arkencide.

LMAO it's no wonder with all the affairs going on in the 90's American Government got anything of use done.

What is suspect about it? He is a known cheater. With a long record. Does adultery only bother you when committed by a democrat?

Yes..she is beginning to try to profit from it..but in the beginning she ran away out of shame and it took her a long time to come to grips with it.

That’s what I meant they didn’t want their dirty laundry to come out either...so they probably didn’t do as much as they could have.

Too true about Arkencide and Hillary going after her husbands me too women. I forget what that was called though. She was pretty ruthless.

The government is not here to get things done..but to make things worse and stay in power..so in that they are doing wonderfully.

These stories were around for decades before he was in politics Lisa. It’s proven fact and more then stories. He cheated on Ivan’s with Marla and Marla with Melania. Then melania with the porn stars. And god knows who else throughout this whole thing. It’s in his divorce proceedings for chrissakes.

Was? The Clinton camp IS ruthless. LMAO. That's what makes this story with Maxwell and Epstein such a big deal. It's exposing some very serious laundry that in spite of Trumps cheating, is placing Clinton in a very bad spot. Ah well, truth always comes to light eventually.

But did he cheat on anyone in the White House with an intern? I’m not saying what he did was right..but it was his private life and he wasn’t a politician in that time. Hopefully...he’s got it together and won’t do it again. Idk about the porn star thing...it wasn’t proven between him and stormy Daniels...so. It’s like what I said about half truths..

So far he is still married and it doesn’t seem...we’d surely hear about it..that he’s cheating on Melania with anyone..or we’d surely hear about it.

Does it matter? Both sides are bad. Don't die on this hill Lisa, it's a dead argument.
Trump is not a saint, he's on tape and yes you can argue that well the tape was edited but his twitter account backs it up. But of the two options he's still the lesser of the two evils.
Likewise, I stand that the Clinton camp IS ruthless and if Maxwell survives to her trial that will be a miracle.

You may have a point..but I think its pretty awful that a sitting president cigared an intern in the Oval Office. That’s the boss doing it..demeaning all the way around...so it is considered worse than what trump did isn’t it?

I’m not sure he’s evil in the way the clintons are..but ok.

We all think that Maxwell is dead.

Both are bad.
End of discussion.

We do? I don't think Maxwell is dead. I think she's very much alive.

One is better though...I still remember the lowest unemployment in 50 years..and that new trade agreement with china..and recently he lowered prescription drugs..seems like he really wants to help the American people.

How about this..we all think Maxwell will be dead.

Matt Groening... And I used to get laughed at for accusing him of being an 'insider'. All the foreshadowing and sumbliminals in his shows... I'm glad he is going to get what's coming to him. Hopefully.

None of the names surprise me... People like us have known this was an issue, me? Since I was like 14. I gotta thank whoever it was that opened my eyes to this crap all those years ago. Maybe it was my interest in MPD at a young age led me to all this crap. I dunno. But I'm thankful to have lived my adult life being vigilant.
