good article, but the author (snyder) is a big time alarmist. hes got dozens of articles on activist post talking about how the financial collapse is imminent dating back to 2009 or so. its been imminent for a good 10 years.

I'm not sure where to put this so I'll leave it here. It's a good essay about the public health crisis and the food industry. Junk food, fast food and processed food is cheaper and more readily available than healthy food. This shouldn't be, but it is. :-(
