Wow I haven't heard anything about this. That's so shocking they would intentionally flood the other cities to "save Beijing". The one clip of the town under water and all those people screaming for help... I could barely stand to listen to it. So upsetting.

The Chinese gov't does not really care for its people...as a whole... I really feel sorry for these people "being sacrificed..." I pray they get the help they need now...
