its abolutely horrific seeing these poor people jumping but I still think at that segment its people standing up on the windowledges, possibly trying to get air and trying to alert to people below that there were people there trapped. Cant imagine the sheer terror and panic you could feel in that situation, during the segment you mentioned it does look like the guy is moving his arm, possibly waving or just trying to move out more, maybe they needed help inside climbing up and out the windows because the window ledge was too high up and there may have not been furniture or anything inside to climb or stand on, maybe where it looks like arms its somebody holding on to them to help support them, being that high up, trapped in a burning building which at that stage they probably never knew it was going to fall the way it did.
Regardless the actual act that led to it and the fact that those building freefell the way they did I still believe it was not the terrorists they said it was and then theres all the other "coincidences" with insurance and wtc3 which wasnt even hit but still fell demolition style much like the twin towers.
