The problem is complicated and can be due to many things. (In my opinion, something on the Internet - Russian or global - has changed, but it may be much simpler.) So, it's not clear. But thank you to everyone who responds (that's more important; in the end, the world won't end if I can't post on a forum, so to speak ).
