Things like a UBI would go a long way to end desperation sex work. It comes down to economics. I also agree that many who do it have those problems, but it doesn’t make them bad people.

Then you have the high end ones who do it because it’s lucrative. ( Google Elliot Spitzer and the ones he hired )Everyone sells their bodies. Is doing manual labor for 13 dollars an hour worse than having sex ( which most of us enjoy ) with someone for a couple hundred an hour?
Yes to UBI

Fair enough, manual labor give you a hernia instead of an anal prolapse.
But much the same in the end, I suppose.

i think its swung to far to the other side.

The old ways of treating sex like taboo, women's sex needs are bad and homosexuality as evil is bad in my eyes and we should be open and honest about sex.
Abstinence only education is dangerous and teaches children to feel shame about their bodies and natural urges. It does not teach healthy sexual thoughts, healthy sexual practices and has been proven to cause teenage pregnancies and an increase in abortions and STD's as people are not equipped to understand sex and natural needs.

However we have swung to far, its not about sexual health but perversion, children talking about sexual acts they like that would make a prostitute blush, people treating sexuality like a personality, being straight is seen as boring or wrong. straight [eople pretending to be queer ( their words not mine), transgenderism which is encouraging children to be over sexualised. just look at drag queen story time. Having a normal sex life is seen as dull, boring and not cool.

although I do think abstinence only education and religious dogma has fed sexual deviancies, just look at the epidemic of pedo priests in the catholic church, a religion that teaches people that sexual desire is sinful and wrong, that anything that isnt male sexual desire related to procreation is evil, shameful and sinful. How many young girls were mentally and physically tortured in the name of virtue in mother and baby homes. We are only just finding out the full scale of the problem.

so i do believe sex should be taught, it should be discussed openly and honestly, but what we are seeing is not natural sexual urges, but an encouragement of pornographic sex which is not real sex, its perverted and dangerous. But going back to sex being treated as taboo, the problem is parents are not teaching children healthy sex education, showing them bodies arent shameful, masturbation is not shameful and sex is not shameful, so instead children are learning from the internet, which has unlimited free porn some of which has women being murdered for sexual kicks. I thin it also highlights the underlying issue of the contempt men have for women that lies not so hidden, the types of porn we see is often geared towards harming women, r*pe, lesbian porn, women with unnatural bodies, ive even seen porn where women are hung or impaled, even cooked, its sick and shows how society has taught boys and men to truely dispise women.

Liberal feminists pushing sex positivity is reactionnary to all the years of women being told to preserve their bodies and be non-sexual beings, all this madonna vs whore dichotomy. But it ignores the very real risks that women face just for being women (sexual violence, r*pe).
I'm not for promoting either extreme.
The contempt that men have for women has always been in plain sight. Andrea Dworkin has written books abt sexual violence and pornography that are brilliant.
And yes, the most watched categories of porn watched by men are generally of women being abused. Ranging from slapping, choking, to the more extreme forms of porn that you mentionned above (snuff).
Idk if the contempt that men have for women is taught. I honestly don't make a delineation btw the average joe who watches porn from time to time and the male incel who has r*pe and pedo fantasies. There is a very popular internet personality called Belle Delphine, she was trending on twitter last week because she made a video of her getting abducted and raped in the woods. Everyone was horrified bc she has such a large following. The number of creepy men who follow her is disgusting. And those are normal men, not just incels.

If rapists and pedos were so far removed from the average men, they would get ostracized, but they're not. The fact that porn is so normalized and that porn categories that show abuse of women are the most watched is just an indication that men as a whole are...well men and their attack dogs are gonna come at me now if I finish this sentences. I'll let you in your fantasy world where rapists aren't your brothers and your uncles but just the stranger who hides in the bushes.

The sad thing is that prostitutes end up hating all men, because they have turned themselves into the victims of the predators.

Its sad. They cant make relationships, eventually they resent women who have good relationships and try to turn them into victim too. Even saying ridiculous BS like all men are rapists, and making up lies to attempt to belittle anyone who disagrees with them
Like they have syph in their minds and want to give it everyone.

Poisionous people who will be alone and unhappy all their lives.

I'm not for promoting either extreme, but I don't think promiscuity should become the norm, not in a society where women face constant risk of sexual violence.

Perhaps I stead of telling women not to get raped, tell men not to r*pe. Stop treating men like animals who lack self awareness or restraint. Stop treating women and sex as a reward for certain deeds. Stop treating women like products or property that can be violated to teach their own men folk a lesson.

People adamantly refuse to keep The Law our Creator gave us to protect us from all of these evils, and then wonder why all of these evil things keep happening.

Natural sexual intercourse is between a natural man and a natural woman, and should be between a married couple that love each other. It naturally doesn't involve any physically abusive aspects, SBDM, "sex positivity" (which is positively demonic), etc.

Unnatural sodomy is a capital offense under The Law. Sodom was destroyed because it was a city filled with sodomites.

Unnatural sexual exhibitionism is a capital offense under The Law. Gomorrah was destroyed because it was a city filled with sexual exhibitionism.

r*pe is a capital offense under The Law. It's unnatural because sexual intercourse should be between two people who are of age and love each other, and thus want to spend their lives with one another.

Paedophilia is a capital offense under The Law. It's unnatural because sexual intercourse should be between two people who are of age and love each other, and thus want to spend their lives with one another.

Under The Law everyone should naturally be treated with love and respect, i.e. spiritually love your neighbor as much or more than yourself, putting their needs above the desires of the human body you are supposed to be learning to CONTROL.

People need to learn the difference between REAL love and animal sex or lust!

The reason, or logic, behind God designing human+beings, is that the soul has to overcome and control the animal, then use it to give love (spiritual and pure) and affection (human), and to always do for the benefit of everyone. You have to overcome both the animal and spiritual SELFishness, thereby making it twice as difficult to achieve, and so, consequently, making the end result twice as effective.

It is very sad, that people do not know the difference, between sex and love. One million tons of sex will never equal one ounce (or gram) of love. Unfortunately, millions of people spend lifetimes looking for love (in all the wrong places), and, because they don’t know the difference, they mistakenly find sex. When they don’t get the spiritual-satisfaction that they are seeking, they try harder, and mistakenly think that if they get enough sex, it will bring them spiritual (real) satisfaction, which it won't, because it can't. It is a vicious-circle!

There are 3 kinds of sex:-
1. SEX — Pure ANIMAL lust.
2. Sex with feeling.
3. LOVE.

No amount of the first two, combined, will ever equal the third.

According to Albert Einstein, doing the same things over and over, and expecting different results is the classic definition of insanity.

If you want to attract a wife or husband who treats you with love and respect, then you have to learn to change your own bad habits, to treat others with the love and respect you would like to be treated with, and spend your time with like-minded people.

As long as people continue to rebel against nature and nature's God, they will never achieve the true spiritual satisfaction they need, blaming it on everyone else but themselves.

The issue with prostitution is the majority of women who do are forced into it, drugs, hunger, homelessness, need money for food for their children, coersion by partners or family members, or good old fashioned sex trafficking.

Very few do it because they enjoy it, it's not glamourous and definitely not fun. most do it out of desperation or are forced.

You would hate men too of you were treated as a product, a living flesh light, used ups Nd thrown away.

This is exactly what needs to be done universally. Women are the overwhelming victims of violent crime.
It is on men to be held accountable and to change.

Still the vast majority of of men are not abusers and or rapists.

I think a lot still have toxic behaviors towards them though and hopefully that’ll will change. Let’s not separate nothing good will come from splitting half the population against the other off and face it, we need the numbers unless we want a government my corporate fuedal lord.
One observation I find interesting. Most women know someone who has been abused or have been abused themselves. Yet very few men know someone whose a rapist or sexual deviant. Funny that

My ex from high school (who was my first actual love) fell into prostitution when she was in college. For said reasons trying to make ends meet, she had a kid, turned out the dad bailed on them....well I find out because she was struggling she took her life.

Part of me feels guilty because I felt if I was in nm at the time I could’ve reached out to her to better herself. However keep in mind not all men disrespect women. Yes we do have those who give us a bad look. But don’t lose faith in a potential spouse/friend.

Good people still exist

I agree.
Most of the prostitute/rent boys i have known did it for drugs.
And the did the drugs so they could get out there and sell themselves.

And yes, if i was selling my body as a product I would hate myself and hate the people who bought me.

Nevertheless, the people I knew were mostly good people in a bad place. they were troubled and had issues, often they had been abused as kids and they were trying to re-empower themselves. Sadly very few managed to sustain genuine relationships with anyone who wasn't pimping them out.

But there were a few who were poisionous, toxic people. People who encouraged others to do what they did, who tried to validate selling themselves by getting other people to sell themselves too.
People who poisoned other peoples minds.

Saying things like 'all men are like that anyway, so you might as well get paid for it.'
'All men are rapists and this is how we get reparation.'
'Don't have a relationship, he will only cheat/abuse you. Sell your body instead because it will empower you.'

This is just people whoes lives are so bad they want to spread their misery around a bit. Because if they make other people unhappy too, it validates their own unhappiness.

My problem is not that more and more women are promiscuous but that those who aren't are labelled prudes. It again puts us in these madonna vs whore category. Women cannot be neutral, you're either one or the other. When an agenda gets pushed I always ask myself who does it benefit, and I can't help but think that this "let's sleep with all the guys" trend pushed as empowerment is benefitting men. Like it's said in a previous screenshot I posted, women's attitude towards sex evolved, men's didn't.

I never bought the argument that men need to be taught to respect women and taught not to r*pe. Raping someone is a choice and it's usually premedited (rapists ususally victimize someone they know).
When it was brought up in the news that Aziz Ansari sexually assaulted a woman, he was let off the hook and what got out of it is that he didn't understand the woman didn't consent because men cannot read non-verbal cues...it's bs they can read non verbal cues (especially a guy like Aziz who fucking wrote a book about dating and hetero relationships). And that girl he raped did say "no", several times. So what exactly is there to teach them??? That if a woman seems uncomfortable, scared or that she's full blown crying you should just leave her alone??? That raping people is bad? Do you remember having that conversation with your parents that you shouldn't violate guys you are with at school ?
How do you explain that men invented porn and prostitution in the first place if misogyny is taught and not inherent to the male sex?

porn categories that show abuse of women are the most watched
Source?

I'm sure that category is watched too much. But is it really the most watched? I have my doubts because last I heard, the most popular category was boring old lesbian porn.

Either way, if someone has a proclivity toward violence, the presence of porn isn't going to make any difference. It's just a scapegoat; it's a way to blame something that looks bad on the surface.

In other words, the underlying issue here is the perception of "worth" or value. And how unbalanced it is between the sexes. A woman's (hot) body is worth a lot. At least until it becomes a liability. For men, it's our careers and our important "friends" who determine our worth. That's all clearly skewed in favor of men.

I forget where the quote came from, but it goes something like this. "A man with friends is never a failure ."

Men don't use the word "r*pe" that's why. They benefit from the myth that r*pe is rare and that it happens in dark alleys. That way they can rationalize to themselves that if they pressure a woman into sex it wasn't really r*pe.
From king kong theory: "As long as it is not named, r*pe loses its specificity".
The fact that people had such a problem with that terminology when the Aziz Ansari case came up is also very telling, people were like "It's not r*pe, it's just a bad/akward/uncomfortable date!!! ".

Generally people who can have proper adult relationships because of their emotional issues end up hating the people who they desire.

Its resentment and toxicity.

one of the most watched I should have said *
The screenshot you posted looks like a category page of links. And it's not showing what gets watched the most, only how much content is in each category. By those measurements, "abuse" pales in comparison to "ass" or "American".

I think the presence of an abuse category says all you need to say, though. You don't need to spin it for extra effect. It's pretty sad that there is a market for that sort of thing. Like, I can't imagine the type of dude who likes that shit.

I've never had a girl ask to be slapped or spit on. The best I could muster would be pulling her hair and some light choking. But if she didn't want it, I wouldn't do it. If the sole purpose of sex were to get me off, I would watch porn and call it a day.

I agree.

In my experience, a lot of people don't communicate well in the bedroom. So it's like night and day sleeping with a good communicator vs. a bad one. My sexual career started strong; I mean, I came out of the gate swinging for the fences. But as communication with my partner broke down, I got significantly worse. I stopped caring about my own performance.

If we were all meant to have sex in silence and "read the room," we wouldn't have mouths and infinite spoken languages. Now IDK if poor communication skills can lead to extreme sexual fantasies, but the resentment factor certainly exists.

Its about trust.
Just like anything else.

You have to know and trust the person you are with.
Know when it is fun, and when it's not fun anymore.

All about trust and honesty.
