NFTs are BS, absolutely true, but the crypto and altcoins are not a scam, especially when (1) they have a finite quantity and (2) theyre open source. the tech involved with replace a lot of outdated stuff like the banking SWIFT system, and the blockchain ecosystems will be used to store vast quantities of data."Crypto: The World's Greatest Scam..."
Be careful...they are very "skillful..." lolI was very nearly scammed a few years ago when I got a phone call apparently from my internet provider AOL, they said they'd accidentally credited me with a refund, so could I let them have it back, and like an idiot I believed them and started clicking buttons that they were telling me to click, but eventually decided to play it safe and hung up on them.
I also changed the password to my bank account and it seems to have worked..
PS- What made me believe them in the first place was that their phone call sounded exactly like the AOL office; the guy had an Indian accent and there was the usual background office noise of other voices, clacking computers, beeps and things, and like a mug I swallowed it, duh...
Oh yes, RFID wallets are good especially when travelling...considering all those airport scans...lol!Another trick of conmen is to stand near us in public spaces and somehow use a device to scan our debit and credit cards for bank details etc, even if they're in a wallet in our pocket., so I recently bought myself this wallet to thwart them because it blocks their spy devices..-
