Russia through the hidden eye

In general, so as not to repeat the same annoying thing again, the meaning of the topic is such as I have already written here.:

But since the subject requires a description, let me summarize it once more:D:

This tendency to ignore, silence or distort large parts of what is happening in Russia existed before the plandemia (perhaps there was no need to talk about it outside Russia), but it intensified under the plandemia, and exploded very much during the "war". All the world powers were together and doing the same thing in plandemia, they were walking, through agreements at the highest level, on the road to the realization of the most sinister world order in history-with the help of the most advanced technologies - from which there is no turning back, suddenly... Russia and the United States (and the entire so-called "collective West") began to fight. The totalitarian authorities and the mass media of the" collective West "launched sanctions and the narrative of" dictator Putin "committing an" invasion of sovereign Ukraine"; describing Russia as a modern totalitarian hell, at the expense of.. the collective West, which is the heart of democratic paradise and positive development. To call this story absurdly and mockery is an understatement. But the people who fell for covid's bait (and many of them - for the Climate Hoax) also fell for this narrative.

So, at the same moment, the alt-media broke out, which for years revealed to us in detail all the dirt of the Western elites (part of which was the ridiculous excuse of these elites that all the revelations about their dirt that the alt-media presented were "Russian propaganda", and the alt-media themselves were also "paid Kremlin propagandists"). Since the start of the" special operation", these media outlets have exploded into a fierce defense and consistent spread of the idea that Russia is in an existential war with the west to protect traditional values and the world as a whole; that Russia is the complete opposite of the West and that nothing is happening in Russia that is happening in the West under the new world order. Which is supported by the words of important Russian figures, including many wonderful speeches by Putin, accurately describing all the misdeeds of the Western elites.

If so, then all important and responsible state authorities and busines in Russia should not be doing and planning in Russia, the same thing that Western elites are doing and planning in the West. If so, all new world order developments taking place in Russia must be the work of the so-called "fifth (pro-Western) column", but Putin and his loyal circle are against them, doing and signing various things, and fighting to eliminate the fifth column. The question is whether it is. (And how high is this fifth column?) What is happening and planned in Russia, which is not reported and is not put in picture the alt-media account about Russia, on the basis of which to derive an accurate picture. And if this is happening, why is the alternative public being misled; why is the alt-media outside Russia doing it? Is it about the minds of the alternative audience?

That's what this topic is about: a lot of things from Russia, about the various "pro-Western" "globalist" developments and trends, which are summed up by the phrase "New World Order": "combating climate change", sustainable development goals (and measures for businesses and residents, ESG etc.), digitalization, digital ID, biometrics, artificial intelligence, etc. (including, later, "my favorite " fantastic strategy for the development of Russia from the presidential project decree in June). In principle, it is ideal for every post to post a link in which Western alt-media describe the same thing when it happens in the West.; but these things are already known, they have been written about, in total, all over the world, maybe trillions of articles in total for all years. Little or nothing about Russia.

Also, I will not arrange chronologically or in any sequence (my files are shuffled).

(Including through the eyes of Russian, patriotic alternative (not liberal and junk NGOs) media. I don't agree with them on everything. For example, they either 1) believe that there is a "Putin and his circle" and a "fifth column" and a real war against the Western elite that they hope to win, or 2) they have to say this because otherwise they will be stopped; in Russia there is a tradition of censorship of certain things, and especially now. I don't think like them. But that is why they are so interesting, because both they support Putin and the real war, and they constantly have to make frustrated articles about how "nothing has changed since the war".)

So much for the talk, now for the facts.

Here, for example, because I have already published this about bugs in Russia:
This is from a reputable Russian press, mass media. And here's what the same thing looks like in the eyes of some of Russia's conservative patriotic media. (Whoever wants to compare this with the well-known "pro-Russian" Western alternative media; and make the difference.)

21 September 2022
Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov confirmed the worst expectations of patriots who feared that instead of real import substitution, he was called upon to move the global agenda of “sustainable development”, “zero emissions”, “eco-friendly food” in the Government of the Russian Federation, etc. The day before, he said that Russian citizens will have to get used to eating meat… from fly larvae. And the argument was simply ironclad – “this is a global trend in which Russia keeps up with the times.” And the fact that it may not be so tasty and not so useful is nonsense, because the main thing is to “work with the mentality and try.” And naturally, retailers like magnit, who are tightly sitting on the “green agenda”, have already stated that they are ready to increase capacity for vegetable “meat”. And it is in this direction that the Government intends to allocate cheap R&D loans. Alas, with such import substitution, we will soon slide to complete Schwbianism, and the real sector will be finally multiplied by zero.
According to him, Manturov tried vegetable meat twice – it was about the products of the Efko company, which began the production of vegetable meat back in 2020 (meat is made from vegetable proteins: soy, pea and rice).
“Indeed, it is very difficult to distinguish from natural meat — you have to be such a great gourmet to do it. I honestly couldn’t tell the difference”, said the head of the Ministry of industry:
“Manturov called to change the mentality and appreciate the place from maggot flies”
rbc.ru/business/19/09/2022/632869779a7947552e45e2b4?utm_source=amp_full-link
He says it is ready to adapt to manufacturers proposals on the use of plant protein as an alternative to animal – e.g. larvae. At the exhibition, such products-burgers with a cutlet, which consists of plant proteins with the addition of concentrate from larvae of Black Lion fly, vegetables and aquafaba (vegetable substitute for eggs), were presented by Modern Food Technology.
“It’s really amazing when the world uses protein from the larva of the black lion, and we, as I said, are keeping up with the times here. Probably, we need to work a little bit with the mentality of all of us present here, and the black lion can “come in”. But we need to try. Although, probably, a person adapts to everything, and to this too”, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade noted.
It should be noted that Manturov has not yet decided to taste meat from larvae, but he noted that it is necessary to support the cultivation of raw materials alternative to meat, including engineering, with preferential loans, R&D benefits (research and development work), “to provide support jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture and other federal executive authorities in terms of regulation”.

And where in reality this breeze blows from, we think many have already understood… As recently as mid-August 2022, the European Commission invited EU residents to eat insects, which caused a violent outrage among Europeans. Well, what to do, cows and pigs fart a lot, emit a lot of methane, carbon dioxide … and this makes us all very bad, so it’s time to close the shop – the globalist gentlemen thought.
And of course, the WEF, headed by Klaus Schwab and Co., does not pass by – back in May 2021, humanity was called upon to eat worms there. WEF program article titled “Worms for Dinner”. …And London promptly joined the topic, starting to grow insects specifically to feed Africans.

In general, Mr. Manturov, you have already earned a medal from Schwab, Gutierrez, Bill Gates, who of course is at the forefront in the field of investments and promotion of artificial meat. Maybe it’s time to move to the same Davos for permanent residence in order to be very close to the your owners? And we will somehow be here without you, we will cultivate our vast arable land, and raise chickens with cows.
And:

22 Sept. 2022
“On the key day for the Special Military Operation – September 21 – when the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Federation made an appeal for partial mobilization, ending the practice of “contractual arrangements” and solving tasks against all odds, the head of the United States Joe Biden Jr. also said his word. He did this at the 77th session of the UN General Assembly. As promised by Secretary Blinken, his main words concerned the accusation of Russia of all sins and the need, in this regard, to reform the UN Security Council. The American president put the climate agenda in second place in importance, followed by modern healthcare. Those are the most important benchmarks that Klaus Schwab’s Davos World Economic Forum, together with global corporations, places for humanity. This is no coincidence, because in parallel with the General Assembly in New York from September 19 to 21, the WEF Conference on the climate crisis was held, organized with the money of the French insect protein company Ynsect, which is backed by the Rothschild clan. Isn’t this the reason for the unexpected revelations of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Government Denis Manturov, who a couple of days before Putin’s speech said that Russians need to change their mentality and prepare to eat fly larvae instead of meat?

Biden also developed this thesis in his UN speech on September 21: “The United States was among the initiators of making changes when creating a fundamentally new fund at the World Bank to prevent pandemics, ensure preparedness and take measures. As for global health, we have sent more than 620 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine to 116 countries around the world, and we have an additional amount to meet the needs of different countries — and all this is free, free of charge.” Free cheese is only in a mousetrap, but now it has become known exactly how many “mice” got into it.
An interesting connection was drawn between the climate and the newfangled Web3 on Wednesday, September 21. A meeting “The impact of Web3 on climate” was held at the conference. Web3 is a term coined by one of the co—founders of the Ethereum cryptocurrency, a digital asset that is preparing to become the basis for a potential global digital currency on the initiative of the same WEF. In addition, the topic for discussion was the replacement of pet meat with “protein food” from insects. The fact is that one of the general sponsors of the conference was Ynsect, a bright representative of FoodTech. This is a new group of global corporations that share a “starving” world, which, however, still needs to be “starved”.

At the same time, Russian globalists, held an Innofood Forum in Sochi from September 19 to 20 – its extremely patriotic name pleases. Directly or indirectly, the “Center of the Fourth Industrial Revolution”, created on the basis of an agreement with the WEF in the person of its President Borge Brende and Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko in October 2021, took part in the organization of the event. There was also talk about eating “worms and spiders”. The forum was held within the framework of the implementation of the second UN Sustainable Development Goal “Eliminating hunger, ensuring food security and improving nutrition and promoting sustainable agricultural development” – one of the basic goals of the “Great Reset” according to Schwab. It was there that Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov told how great it is to eat maggots. Konstantin Ivanov, the head of the Foodnet-2035 working group of the National Technology Initiative, and Andrey Sharonov, the director of the National ESG Alliance, were among the iconic persons present. The list of participants indicates that the transition to the “insect protein” is part of the government strategy, probably designed as an experimental solution. The main question to the organizers and performers of the main roles: “What did you eat in Sochi?” – it was hardly a cockroach kebab.

The very synchronicity of the topic and time of the “foodological” forums under the auspices of globalists is alarming. For most of the Russian government, there is no military operation or a war with NATO on the territory of Ukraine. These people continue to bend the WEF and UN line of sustainable development, which is killing our country’s economy.

They don’t realize that Russian people of any nationality will never eat maggots. People are creatures of the Almighty, he endowed us with freedom of will, we are what we eat thanks to His plan, and to correct it, well, for sure, not to young swabbers like Manturov. It is unlikely that he understands that infernal food dehumanizes “consumers”.
Our sislibs in schools were three-year students and, apparently, did not study history. The Sepoy uprising in India began with the fact that the British supplied the local troops loyal to them with cartridges filled with fat from cows – animals sacred to Hindus. In Russia, do they want to try feeding maggots to veterans of their military? Well, well. As in the classic film “Baron Munchausen”, our homegrown globalists hear only “an invitation to the table” from “senior comrades” eating the Earth: “Join us, gentlemen, join us…”, which is what they are trying to do with all their might.
The Neocon globalists want to cause a “new flood” so that their “technological ark” is washed away and it begins to float. However, an attempt to climb it from our pseudo-elite is doomed to failure. The “tickets” they bought for money, services or betrayal of the Motherland will still be invalid.”

Fly larvae meat yuck. They really are pushing that insect diet on us.

Its the illusion of different sides. They are all part of the same thing. They are all related.

One is the sign of the freemasons. One is on the coat of arms of Russia.

From smart cameras to traffic cops: how to track down fugitives from the army
The call for partial mobilization has not yet been completed, and the system for identifying fugitives has already been reconfigured. Why running from subpoenas now doesn’t make sense.
..
Law enforcement agencies have indeed overhauled their methods of tracking down those who have received subpoenas as part of the partial mobilization. Now they are using the license plates of the fugitives ‘ cars in the special program “stream” and using the facial recognition system in public transport.” (more - in the link)

Strategically the most valuable “human resource” for Russia in a “wartime” situation? (In relation to the”beautiful new future”?)
(To remind again: This russian alt-media, for example, on the one hand, is firmly against digitalization, biosecurity, etc., and on the other, believes that they are imposed by the “pro-Western column in Russia”, believe that there is a real war, so they support Putin, too. Well, that is.:)Even better; imagine, since they say so…)

27 September
The Ministry of digital transformation, predictably, turned out to be the only agency that fully incorporated the administrative resource to free the “serving people” of the brave new world, who are approaching the digital transformation from globalists, from military duty and obligations to protect the national interests of the country.

Minister Maksut Shadayev even promised to personally deal with the cases of mobilization of IT specialists and specialists from related fields (with one of the 195 specialties listed in the order of the Ministry of digital development), so that his children-“witnesses of digitalization” – will never know what the battle for the Russians is on the front line.

In fact, any employee of an officially accredited IT company with a special Higher Education (this includes employees from the banking sector, mobile and internet operators) will avoid being called to the front, where our country is currently fighting an existential battle. At the same time, many teachers, doctors and representatives of other – much more significant, in our opinion, social professions, receive summonses regularly. Thus, the pro-schwaabs Government clearly shows us which “contingent” of the population is most valuable to it.

“There is its own mechanics of bringing the decision of the General Staff not to involve an IT company in the draft to the military enlistment offices. It is clear that the military enlistment offices themselves are now overloaded and in full steam. What can we do for those who fall under the postponement, but have already received subpoenas. There is an urgent notification format — government telegrams. I can sign these. Therefore, if employees of some IT companies have already received subpoenas, you can not wait for anything – I can send a telegram to a specific military enlistment office with reference to the decision of the chief of the General Staff and a request not to call SPECIFIC people from specific IT companies that fall under the reservation,” Shadaev wrote on the morning of September 24 in one of the Telegram channels, related to the Ministry of Finance.
-> https://www.cnews.ru/news/top/2022-09-24_glava_mintsifry_vzyal_na_lichnyj?ysclid=l8ka0yzjx1496549414 ; t.me/s/mintsifry

Thus, by order of the Ministry of digital development and the corresponding decision of the Ministry of Defense , a significant part of IT specialists and workers in some other industries are not subject to the partial mobilization announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on September 21, 2022. . This applies to all who have higher education in the relevant specialties and fields of study, currently working full-time (verbatim quote from the Ministry of Defense ):

– in accredited IT organizations operating in the field of information technology and involved in the development, development, implementation, maintenance and operation of solutions in the field of information technology, software development and maintenance of information infrastructure

– in Russian telecommunication operators and those involved in ensuring the stability, security and integrity of the functioning of communication facilities, data processing centers, as well as means and public communication lines of the Russian Federation

– in system-forming organizations in the field of information and communications, as well as their interdependent persons who are the founder and (or) editorial office and (or) publisher of a registered mass media and (or) broadcaster of a TV channel, radio channel and involved in the production and (or) distribution of mass media products

– in organizations that ensure the stability of the national payment system and financial market infrastructure, bank liquidity management, cash circulation.

On September 26, the Ministry of Finance, by its order, clarified the list of specialties that fit the criteria for exemption from mobilization for IT and communications specialists, taking into account their education. The list includes 195 areas of specialist training.

As we can see, the most cosmopolitan-minded digitalists are freed from the protection of the Motherland and the Russian people, for most of whom the homeland is where the owner of the IT project pays more. Now they have become the most valuable personnel for the state. Will the remaining digitalists in the rear be able to build a truly sovereign country with independent public administration, will national security, cultural characteristics and traditional values of Russia be their main priority? This is a rhetorical question. Shadaev and Mishustin told us everything about their human choice. We once again testify that patriotism and the global “digital transformation” of all countries of the world according to the patterns of the UN, the World Bank, the World Economic Forum, etc. are incompatible. They do not need defenders of the Fatherland, they will protect only their consumables – the builders of their worldwide electronic concentration camp.”

A new threat to Multipolarity – urgent wartime discussion of extremely important issues for the future of the conservative tradition, Christian culture and values of Russia threatened by unipolars globalists!

“The Federation Council is the “upper” chamber of the Federal Assembly, the Parliament of the Russian Federation.”

19 September 2022
The Federation Council discussed the legal aspects of the regulation of metaverses

The opinion of ordinary citizens from an alt-media about the event.

“Surprisingly, Moderator Sinitsyn started with the problems of “life” in virtual reality, which the media and experts are crying out about:

“The environment of the metaverse prototypes is based on exploitation, aggression, destruction, disregard for the norms and rules accepted in society. And this is the basis to talk about what ethics and morality should be in these metaverses, how and by what it should be regulated. Experts believe that digital payments, education, art and much more will all become part of our everyday life. Enterprises of various industries are engaged in creating digital doubles, we even know one global company that is recognized as extremist (we are talking about Meta, ex-Facebook, banned in the Russian Federation), it changed its name to show a new direction of its activities.

It is very important here who will set the rules of the game and on what basis he will give himself such a right. In Russia, which aspires to become a leader in technological development, this topic cannot be avoided. We understand that our society and legislation are very conservative, but nevertheless, we need to move forward, we need legislative consolidation of a technological breakthrough,” Sinitsyn said.

Andrey Neznamov, Managing Director of the AI Regulatory Center of Sberbank PJSC, did next:

“In Russia, this is one of the first discussions on the topic. And now I will tell you about the trends that exist in the world today. The main legal problems of metaverses are digital assets, protection of PD, cross–border transfer of PD. There are new crimes, and transactions at the civil level, extremism, antitrust regulation… The most tectonic level is the clash of jurisdictions of different states in the metaverses.

We can highlight the examples of China and Japan, where associations of companies operating in metaverses have been established, they already publish their own rules, they have a separate committee on metaverses. There is no uniform regulation of the topic in the USA, judicial precedents decide everything there. The European Parliament recently released a document on the risks of meta, in Europe they are generally cautious about the topic. An important role here is played by the global initiative of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers on the ethics of augmented reality “Metaverse and its management” (2022)”

It is no coincidence that the Sberbank expert mentioned the IEEE organization, which is actively moving the “digital transformation” of humanity together with the UN, the WEF, the World Bank, etc., entangling the planet with 5G/6G communication standards. And of course they propose to open everywhere “regulatory sandboxes” for experiments on disenfranchised citizens, as mentioned by Neznamov.

“We need to form relationships in the metaverses…,” Neznamov stressed. Why is it necessary, who is “us”? Obviously, rhetorical questions.

Vice-President of Rostelecom (actively lobbying collecting biometrics of Russian citizens) Boris Glazkov, also the head of the Smart City direction of the Interdepartmental Working Group under the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation on the preparation of the draft federal program “Digital Economy”, began to lament that we still do not have a domestic alternative metaverse.

“It’s bad if someone offers our citizens an alternative version of reality, and this is not our alternative. We must develop an alternative version of reality for our citizens …”, – said Glazkov. And here again the question is – why should we introduce everyone into the virtual, like drug addicts, people have no more cases in real life?

“There is a risk of monopolization of metaverses – they all seek to lock themselves in and stop the free flow of users. And with regard to PD, of course – the digital footprint that a person will leave with the operator of the metaverse is a huge array of PD, incomparable with the information left on digital platforms. The task of the metaverse is to devour the user’s time as much as possible, not to let him go, and also to get him hooked on his digital financial products. In China, there is a precedent for strict regulation of the time spent by children and teenagers in games. This is an adequate reaction to the trend, but at the same time we are seeing a sharp decline in the Chinese gaming industry market. There is no alternative product from the metaverse series in our country yet. I think we need financial support, the creation of subsidies for our players who are developing our own product. And foreign metaverses will have to be strictly regulated,” Glazkov said.

Senator Sinitsyn here inserted his five kopecks, and of course he could not help but refer to the author of a completely non-conspiracy plan for reformatting people, set out in the treatise “Covid-19: The Great Zeroing”:

“The notorious Klaus Schwab has an opinion that there are two approaches: to ban everything that is not officially allowed or to allow everything that is not prohibited. I hope we will be able to find a third way – not total bans.”

Of course, why ban it if you’re going to legalize everything here? Vladimir Statut, head of innovative projects at ISG Neuro, a member of the NTI working group (office of transhumanists under the leadership of the chief foresight officer of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov), went especially far in voicing the plans of technocrats. Actually, all this was also described back in 2014 by Messrs. Peskov and Luksha in Education-2035, as well as by the authors of the Neuronet roadmap:

“Already in the coming years, a new challenge awaits us – a person interacts with the metaverse using an avatar, but the emergence of new brain-computer interfaces is gaining such momentum that a person’s avatar begins to be subjectivized. And we need to understand what is the level of automation of your avatar, how much it is a part of you. We must introduce new standards – how to determine the level of subjectivization of a person’s “digital avatar”.

And we will soon be talking not only about the cross-border data transfer, but about the cross-border transfer of citizens. And a person can say – “and I am not a citizen of Russia, I only eat here, but I live in completely different worlds.” You have to understand that metaverses give you dopamine and serotonin – so it’s very difficult to resist their effects.

I would recommend that the working group think about how we will move away from an AI-based avatar to a person who, in general, is merged with the metaverse.”

That is, Mr. Statut proposes to formalize at the legislative level the COMPLETE departure of a person into the virtual world, with a brain connected to a computer, so that for sure. Will it be wildly good and fun for such “gone over the edge” from this? The Statut and the transhumanist clique are convinced that yes. For them, this is technical progress.

Deputy Director of MD Information Systems, MIPT lecturer Konstantin Shurunov [obviously – in the role of the good boy, the “opposition”, bringing the discussion back within the boundaries of “reason and morality”,imo]:

“I would start with the question – what is property? The real owner of the value (or your information) is the one who can destroy it. The one with the switch in his hands. Now our businessmen understand that they did not have any property outside the Russian Federation. And now TNK monopolies are ruling in this area, they really want to get state power. They have scattered their data centers all over the world and consider themselves a source of property and a source of new laws being adopted.

Now megacorporations want to get a place in the UN, they intend to become new states. And we do not need to bend under this, we must remember that the state is the only protection of Russian citizens against the interests of corporations and other states. And we should take any innovation with great caution, especially not to adopt laws under it.

Actually, laws have always been a codification of moral principles. Morality is an important mechanism of evolution. And megacorporations and the United States together with them want to abolish the centuries-old order based on laws, introduce their own rules instead, separate morality and laws, create their own closed spheres and replace the state. We should not let them do it,” Shurunov said.

The moderator Sinitsyn emphasized towards the end of the round table: “We are not here to ban (all metaverses)…” So their message is quite clear – they have issued a start, and now they are preparing to meet again. Note that the lion’s share of speakers are the very lobbyists of meta– and other AI and neuro-products, who need to implement everything as soon as possible.

It remains for us to recall once again the main slogan of the authors of the metaverse “Clouds” from the short film of Sberbank where everything is told honestly and frankly. The monotonous voice of a human robot broadcasts: “Our planet is howling in pain: environmental disasters, global warming, all this is suffocating, it is dying, save the Earth, save the Earth … Clouds – cleanse the Earth of yourself, cleanse the Earth of yourself.”

“Clouds”

That is for now (so as not to do too many posts on a bunch). A very small number of things, there are and much more interesting.

I didn't watch that video but I couldn't help notice a black person in the link. My question is how many black people are in Russia and how long would Putin tolerate Black Lies Matter if at all? Also do blacks in Russia have a form of Russian ebonics because I know Russian is a difficult language to learn and am curious if ebonics is even possible in Russian?

Lol any kind of protest would be broken apart rather quickly. Also i dont think there are many black people in russia.Russia hasnt historicly been "importing" them.Dozens of cultures and religions exist in russia and from ther governments view everybody are equal so nobody should have nothing to b*tch about/no reason to protest.Reality ofc could be something else ..
Poet Alexander Pushkin was partly black..
Henry Ford sent his workers from Detroit to help Stalin build factories so thats when some black folks ended up in soviet union.

In 1960 soviets made the multicultural university where they brought in people from all kinds of places to mold them into future commie leaders of their countries.I would guess thats when black people started to appear more in russia since many africans studied in that university.

FilthPig pretty much summed it up. Most remained to live in Russia after the International University Exchange in communist times, and their descendants (including some mulatto children of brotherly love between Africans and Russians). How many... a thousand, or ten thousand? (I did not check.) The question here is: why, since they are an absolutely insignificant number of the population, probably less than everyone else, do they occupy a place in the film of top globalist, digitizer and bancker Herman Gref? Here is an example of the artificial imposition of global trends that are foreign to Russia?

(But they have very strict laws against reptilians, so don't go to Russia. But there may be exceptions for royalty.;))

Regarding the film itself, I do not have subtitles, but I will take the opportunity to post a review, again from the Russian alternative. (I know you won't read it, because you don't read long, but I'll get revenge on you by using your question on the case.:p)

German Gref's insane misanthropy: in a short film from "Sber", people are invited to "cleanse the earth of themselves"

What is in the head of the main bankster of our country, who looks after the Russian Federation from global capital? This question would not concern us seriously if it were not for the enormous influence of Herman Gref on all spheres of life in our country. He has repeatedly said that he owns "more than a bank", and seriously intends to reach out with the tentacles of his octopus named "Sber" to everyone. The Kabbalah lover and sectarian yogis' hobbies of transhumanism and artificial intelligence, his view of the future of humanity were framed in the short film "Cloud". Despite the absence of outright dirt, it's high time to classify this small video as extremist – and now we'll figure out why.

In August 2019 Sberbank, together with Mastercard, financed the creation of a youth platform for vertical short films "cinema - #this one". The plots for each of the works were determined on the basis of more than a thousand detailed scenarios sent by the owners of Sberbank's Mastercard youth cards. The authors of the project state that they are considering "alternative scenarios for the development of technological progress, for which, if you do not need to be prepared, it is worth bearing in mind."

Last year, the movement "Forty Magpies" drew attention to the brainchild of this project – the short film "Superman", which is declared as an autobiographical monologue. Fyodor Bondarchuk starred in the main role, and he plays ... of course, the devil. Gref's alter ego throughout the film is outraged by how low a person is, how he likes to fight and kill, and of course is outraged by how Dante and the Bible slandered the image of the devil in history. The essence of the reflections of the horned Bondarchuk boils down to the fact that the main law of human life is allegedly not love, but death, he even indirectly goes through the liberals' favorite theme of "victory" (the film was released shortly before the 75th anniversary of the victory of the USSR in the Great Patriotic War), condemning those running down the street and celebrating "before they also killed."

What the "wrong" humanity will eventually come to with the "misunderstood" devil, tells us another mini-movie funded by the Sber called clouds . The action of the film takes place in the near future, in which the latest achievement of scientific and technical progress is actively promoted and advertised-the Virtual Service "Cloud", immersing every person in a fictional world that is indistinguishable from real life. The main character, Julia, lost her young man Andrey, after which she completely went to virtual reality, where her digital twin spends time with the digital twin of her deceased friend. At the beginning of the film, we see an artificial scene constructed from Julia's mind, in which the characters argue about the pros and cons of virtual reality.

The whole action begins with an ad on the cloud: "infinite variety, new worlds you can afford, the absolute reality of life, the absolute reality...” The droning voice of the human robot continues: "our planet screams in pain: environmental disasters, global warming, everything is suffocating, dying, save the Earth, save the Earth ... "the completion of this thought - how the Earth should be saved-will be shown at the end of the film.

Virtual Andrey teaches the main character to simulate a virtual world. The phrase he keeps repeating: "too many people ..."Then there's an interesting dialogue between the characters:

Yulia: "You wanted children ..."
Andrey: "I wanted and I want, and I will have children by you, you will give them to me..."
Yulia: "Who am I giving birth to? Any numbers? A set of zeros and ones?
Andrey: "By the way, you are also a set of zeros and ones drawn in your genome. Only your genome is biological, and our children's genome will be digital. But it doesn't matter to anyone, and it won't matter in this world. Do you understand the difference here?
Yulia: "I understand that I am a living person."
Andrey: let go of your brain, it is much stronger and better than you, believe me."

Then the heroine simulates in her mind a picture of slow, blissful swimming in the sea with her boyfriend ... Soon, the plan changes and the characters find themselves in the middle of a noisy street demonstration with slogans: "the brain is not God", "I won't leave", "we want to walk the Earth", "we are human, we are alive!"The cloud is death." Andrey once again remarked to Julia that " there are too many people here, do you want to make a revolution?“

And then comes the metallic voice of the cloud service ad: "no wars, no diseases and no pain, unless, of course, you yourself want to. From now on, everything will be as you wish."

Yulia changes the situation with another effort of consciousness and she and Andrei find themselves at a party among friends and acquaintances. Everything is "too sweet", which quickly worries the main character. She changes events again - the police appear and break up the party, and her kisses with Andrei are interrupted - the young man literally begins to melt, turning into a set of pixels.

Then Yulia finally leaves the program with a "full immersion" and contacts her mother, they have an emotional dialogue:
Yulia's mother: "you're there again. He died, he died. And we are alive, I am alive, your father is alive. I'll do anything to make sure you don't go there again. You're not going to live there, you hear? you're never going to live there!“
Yulia: "but I don't live here anymore."

Against the background of the complete departure of the girl in virtual reality as the only means of consolation after the murder of the beloved, again sounds the mechanical voice of the advertisement of the Service "Cloud". The film ends with these words: "the cloud - cleanse the Earth from itself, cleanse the Earth from itself."
-
No negative assessment is given to such a development of events – the final credits go on, so the conclusion suggests itself: in the short film from the Sber, there is a direct inclination to commit suicide against an unspecified group of people (i.e. all people who will watch this film). This is the same, well-known logic of the Club of Rome, the foundations of the "sustainable development" of the UN, transhumanist Ray Kurzweill and like-minded, degenerate adherents of the philosophy of anti-natalism, and so on. It is for this purpose that the World Economic Forum is actively promoting elements of "virtual, augmented reality", it is for this purpose that foresight specialists are trying to get children hooked in schools on neural interfaces, VR helmets, and in the future – to build "forests of consciousness" and conduct collective "neural games".

Once again, let's pay attention to the fair slogans of the demonstrators in the film: "We are people, we are alive", "Oblaka is death", "We want to walk on Earth". That's what it's come to – today, the struggle for everyone's right to remain human and live as a human being is really in full swing, while the architects of the brave new world (whose will is fulfilled by Herman Gref and other similar) dream of sending us to virtual reality – with a one-way ticket. To digitize our consciousness and send us to live in a computer with the same digital counterparts. And the real, real, natural life on planet Earth will be destroyed at the same time. This is the worst embodiment of the "Matrix", in which freedom fighters had the opportunity to wake up, get out of virtual captivity.

Everyone will decide for himself how to treat this artistic message from Gref and his comrades, but we ask that this material be considered as an appeal to the general prosecutor's office in connection with the presence in the film "Clouds" of crime under Art. 110.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "inciting suicide or assisting in the execution of suicide". If transhumanist gentlemen, adherents of the new normal, are so intolerant of themselves, they can always follow their own advice. But please leave us alone."

What to do about security issues?

Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation

Ministry of education and science in 2023 to establish coordination centers on any subject of the Russian Federation

10 November

The members of the Coordination Council of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation on the formation of active citizenship among young people, Prevention of interethnic and interreligious conflicts, countering the ideology of terrorism and Prevention of extremism summarized the work in 2022.they discussed plans for 2023.

The meeting was chaired by the head of the Ministry of education and science of Russia Valery Falkov. Among the participants are representatives of the staff of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, the presidential administration of the Russian Federation, the staff of the National Anti–Terrorist Committee and the deputy heads of the federal executive bodies.

"Today, more than ever, it is important to assess the risks of destructive manifestations in a timely manner and develop effective preventive measures on this basis. Special attention should be paid to countering destructive and criminal manifestations among young people, which pose a real danger to Russian society," Valery Falkov, head of the Russian Ministry of education and science, said.

One of the measures to counter the ideology of terrorism and prevent extremism was the creation of Coordination Centers for the formation of active citizenship among young people, Prevention of interethnic and interreligious conflicts, counteraction of the ideology of terrorism and Prevention of extremism.

In 2022, 43 centers are already operating in different regions of the country. Including in the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. During the meeting, the head of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia instructed to create such centers in all regions of the country. One of the areas of work of these centers will be the monitoring of information "stuffing" and the spread of disinformation.

Another important function
, which is performed on the basis of the Coordination Centers, is the training of state and municipal officials, teaching staff, as well as specialists responsible for preventive work with young people. This year more than 6 thousand students have already been trained, and by the end of the year it is planned to train 10 thousand. In 2021.more than 3.6 thousand people have been trained. Within the framework of the developed courses, students study interethnic and interreligious relations in modern Russia, learn to diagnose and prevent destructive behavior of young people, etc.

The participants of the meeting also noted the demand among young people for discussion platforms "Open Dialogue", created on the basis of coordination centers. Within the framework of the platforms, regular meetings are held on topical issues of interest to students.

During the meeting of the Coordinating Council, the participants discussed a number of other issues. This is the development of a single information portal "Interactive map of anti–terrorist activities in educational organizations and scientific institutions of the Russian Federation", whose tasks include the exchange of best practices, compilation of a database of methodological materials, dissemination of positive useful content and relevant news on the Council's activities, as well as work on the formation of an all-Russian civic identity.

"The events that are taking place now, as well as everything that accompanies them both in the external sphere and in the sphere of internal public relations, have largely formed a new reality. With this reality came new challenges, tasks that need to be solved by our society, respectively, and by us, too," Anatoly Vylegzhanin, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation for Internal Policy, summed up the meeting."

In addition to ensuring security by preventing the spread of disinformation and nip in the bud the destructive behaviour of young people, it is also necessary to ensure health security. A little about that:

https://rg.ru/2022/11/02/diagnoz-po-kaple.html
The neural network detects covid by only two blood indicators
"This work can be a breakthrough in the diagnosis of a dangerous disease. After all, the main method of detection – polymerase chain reaction (PCR), despite its high accuracy, has serious disadvantages – a high price and a long time of research.

Scientists from Petrozavodsk State University together with foreign colleagues have developed an algorithm based on artificial intelligence, which makes a diagnosis in just a few minutes.

Out of 51 biomarkers in people tested for covid, the neural network revealed 11 signs that clearly differed in sick and healthy people. It turned out that these biomarkers are enough for the neural network to tell with 100 percent accuracy whether there is a covid or not. If we limit ourselves to any two biomarkers, say, cholesterol and hemoglobin levels, then the accuracy will be 99.8%.

According to the authors, the indicator is a certain combination of them. This algorithm will allow rapid testing outside of medical institutions.”

“Moscow. September 9th. INTERFAX.EN – The combined vaccine against influenza and coronavirus of the Human Stem Cell Institute (HSCI) and Rostec during preclinical trials showed a sufficient level of safety and immunogenicity and is ready to apply for the start of clinical trials, the press service of the state corporation reported on Friday.”

I will not hide that I expected some, albeit modest, interest in the subject, but these two thumbs total exceeded my wildest dreams.:) Thank you @Sibi and @DavidSon! Your thumbs stimulated me immensely to continue and expand the topic with more and more things about Russia from Russia.

I continue to admire how, cornered by enemies from the West through Ukraine, sanctioned, pipeline sabotaged, etc., in response to this, the Russian authorities continue to respond excellent and register benefit after benefit, updating and upgrading their structures and implementing innovation after innovation.

Wartime Council: what is the uniqueness of the new body headed by Mishustin

Its decisions are now binding on all organizations and authorities at any level

On October 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the establishment of a Coordinating Council under the government to meet the needs of law enforcement agencies. Putin announced the creation of this special body when declaring martial law in the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions on October 19. At a meeting of the Security Council, the head of state instructed the White House to prepare a draft presidential decree on the creation of a council that will have broad coordinating powers.

Then the adoption of this decision was justified by the de facto need to help the front "from the rear". "Not only the relevant law enforcement agencies are engaged in solving the tasks of ensuring a special military operation, but also the entire system of state administration," Putin said on October 19, explaining that it is necessary to "ensure close interaction [of the government and the power bloc] with all regions of the country." Now the decision has been put "on paper": The council is organized for the purpose of interaction between the federal executive power and the regions in solving issues related to ensuring the needs of law enforcement agencies during their work, the decree says.

The council will be headed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Mikhail Mishustin. It consisted of six deputy prime ministers out of ten (Dmitry Grigorenko, Denis Manturov, Tatiana Golikova, Marat Khusnullin, Alexander Novak and Dmitry Chernyshenko), FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov, head of the Federal Tax Service Daniil Egorov, head of Rosgvardiya Viktor Zolotov. In addition, the council included Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Alexander Kurenkov, head of the GUSPA Alexander Linets, Director of the SVR Sergei Naryshkin, Presidential Aide Maxim Oreshkin, Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. The latest in the decree is Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.

The Council will determine the target task and the deadlines for its implementation — it includes the repair of weapons, equipment, medical and sanitary services, repair and construction, engineering and installation works, etc. [...] the formation of prices for goods and services necessary for the needs of a special operation[...] identify suppliers, contractors and performers for the supply and provision of necessary services[...]assistance in the creation of military infrastructure, such as barracks, troop deployment sites, training grounds, training centers.

Another point of the tasks sounds like "coordination of digitalization, automation and information and analytical support in the field of defense, including the creation of databases of mobilization resources." To solve these tasks, the council is given the right to request materials from authorities at various levels, invite their representatives (and other specialists) to council meetings, give them instructions, as well as create committees to address individual issues and propose solutions to the president.

The frequency of meetings of the new body is not determined by the decree, while it is emphasized that members of the council participate in events "without the right of replacement" (that is, the transfer of powers to deputies). In case of absence, it is necessary to notify the head of the council — Mishustin — and express an opinion on the issue under discussion in writing. The Prime Minister will report daily to the Head of State on the progress of the Council's work. The Council's decisions are binding on federal, regional and municipal authorities, "other bodies and organizations". The government apparatus takes over the organizational and technical work.

Formally, the decree on the creation of the Coordinating Council has nothing to do with the introduction of martial law in certain regions, in any case, it is never mentioned in the text, said lawyer Anton Timchenko. At the same time, for example, it is the law on the EAP that relates to the powers of the government the organization and provision of measures aimed at the production of products for the state, the population, as well as support for law enforcement agencies. However, the decree also does not contain references to this normative act, as the law on the EAP itself does not mention the possibility of creating a Coordinating Council for such a time. That is, it is a completely new organ.
...
Coordination councils at the White House are created on the basis of the law on the government of the Russian Federation, Alexander Malakhov, the lawyer of the ICA Klishin and Partners, recalled: for example, such a council was created to address issues related to the fight against the pandemic in March 2020. However, there is some difference: that council was created by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers itself - according to the law on the government (Article 12), the government really has the right to establish coordinating bodies.

According to Rudakov, this is a "supranational" body with fairly broad powers, budgetary capabilities and a serious composition. In fact, political scientist Alexander Nemtsev notes, the council allows you to call the minister and the governor to the carpet, setting him any tasks."
--
Of course, this may be a move by Vladimir Vladimirovich to combat the tentacles that the Deep State has unleashed on Russia through the "fifth column." ?

By the way, while searching through websites, I came across the curious fact that The Russian Academy of Sciences has forgotten to update, in view of the new hostile geopolitical circumstances, the section “international activity” on its website. (And here, again, on another Russian site, the English translation button hides parts of the Russian version.)

International activity

“The Russian Academy of Sciences, in accordance with the Concept of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation, cooperates with various foreign partners from among international organizations and other institutions of global governance, including:

academies of sciences of foreign states and international non-governmental scientific organizations;

specialized agencies of the UN system, such as UNIDO, WIPO, IAEA, the ECOSOC Forum on Science, Technology and Innovation within the framework of the UN Economic and Social Council, the UN Commission on Science and Technology for Development, which has the status of a functional ECOSOC commission, the UN regional commissions, in particular, ESCAP, in the structure of which the Asian-Pacific Center for Technology Transfer and the UN Asia-Pacific Training Center on Information and Communication Technologies for Development;

The WTO, the IMF, the World Bank Group, the New Development Bank, the UN Conference on Trade and Development and other international financial institutions in terms of the development of financial and credit resources and trade and investment norms related to ensuring global technological and innovative development, taking into account the global scientific and technological agenda and priorities of International scientific and technical cooperation (ISTC);

The Group of 20, the Group of 7, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and other international non-regional formats, as well as non-governmental organizations of global importance (DAVOS FORUM, GSO, Carnegie Group, etc.), in order to concretize and promote the global agenda of scientific and technological development related to overcoming “Big Challenges”, as well as other goals, tasks and priorities of the ISTC;”

Of course, I would not suspect them of a secret conspiracy with Davos Forum, most likely the academics are too old, forgetful, and have become distracted by unraveling Scientific Secrets and attending important conferences like this one:

“The International conference “Principles of Development of Bioethics and Evidence-based Medicine: organizational and Legal mechanisms” was held at the site of the Russian Academy of Sciences /July 07, 2022

During the meeting, mechanisms of international cooperation in the field of bioethics and evidence-based medicine were discussed, including at the site of the global medical scientific, educational and research platform (GM SERP) being created.”

Or important discoveries for the preservation of national identity and traditional values, such as this (article in english):

Indextron vs. neural networks: instant learning for pattern recognition was created in Russia
09 June 2022

"The Indextron algorithm learns object images at a first glance, which is quite unlike artificial neural nets that may need many iterations of proper training. Computational experiments at the V. A. Trapeznikov Institute of Control Problems (IPU RAS) confirmed that such a short “instruction” is sufficient for Indextron to successfully recognize objects regardless of a view angle and even certain deformations.

Alexei Mikhailov, PhD, principal researcher, laboratory of "Technical Diagnostics and Fault Tolerance" published his seminal paper back in 1998. Indextron is a Russian invention that is gradually gaining attention in machine learning community.
...
“The proposed algorithm is an indexing classifier, called indextron for short,” says the scientist. - It uses similar principles of operation as the Google search engine. Beside, its simplicity makes it feasible to implement the algorithm on FPGA-chip.”[...]“Indextron works similarly, but, unlike search engines that take in textual data, indextron works with noisy numerical data,” explains Alexei Mikhailov.[...]The Google search engine does not think about the meaning of the word "cat", it simply indexes the documents containing it. But the indextron does not index images, it indexes objects found in images. Then, it does not matter what photograph will be shown to it. If the image contains a cat, this object will be recognized. In this way the search engine becomes a pattern recognition engine
...
Another advantage of the indextron is the simplicity of its practical application. The time and energy costs required to train recognition systems based on neural networks in solving large problems result in the need of cloud technologies and high-performance machine stations. In the case of indextron, its simplicity allows algorithm to be implemented on a laptop or on a programmable chip (FPGA). The hardware implementation of the indextron makes it possible to use it for various autonomous devices where instant response is required, including instant learning when new situations arise."

But what useful uses in this complex wartime environment, which creates a "new reality", in the words of Anatoly Villegzhanin, deputy head of the Office of the president of the Russian Federation of domestic policy, could this indexron have? How can this patriotic Indextron be used to protect and develop the country? Maybe we'll find out soon enough.

I assumed you hadn't read it, but it's not necessary; and thank you for the honesty. And th interesting and the most interesting is yet to come, it is not impossible for you to have a desire to read something in the future, who knows:)
And, otherwise, I'm just having fun; I don't think I'll enlighten and save the world (although who knowso_O)

While I'm on the vast topic of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which I think will celebrate its 300th anniversary in 2024, I'm seeing a recent piece of news:

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Head of the Russian Academy of Sciences Gennady Krasnikov discussed the role of the Academy of Sciences in the development of the country
November 11, 2022

Vladimir Putin met with the President-elect of the Russian Academy of Sciences Gennady Krasnikov. Further directions of the RAS work, including the development of applied science in the country, were discussed.

G. Krasnikov won the election of the President of the Academy of Sciences on September 20, 2022. The corresponding decree ( http://kremlin.ru/acts/news/69437 ) on his approval as head of the Russian Academy of Sciences for a period of five years was signed by the President on September 26, 2022.

(selected by me, moments)
Vladimir Putin: Gennady Yakovlevich, first of all, I congratulate you on your election as President of the Academy of Sciences. This is the most important and oldest association of our leading institutes and scientists.

Under your leadership, I would very much like the Academy to play an increasingly important role in the development of the national economy, in improving the state's defense system, in general, in all areas – both in the humanities and natural sciences, of course.

Besides the fact that you now hold such a high position – the president of the Russian Academy of Sciences, you are also a leading specialist in the most important area of microelectronics for us. We all know this well. I hope that your new position will also allow you to develop the direction to which you have devoted many, many years of your life and have achieved outstanding results.

Gennady Yakovlevich, how do you see the priorities of the Academy of Sciences?

G. Krasnikov: Thank you very much, Vladimir Vladimirovich. More than a month has passed since we elected the new leadership of the Academy of Sciences, and today I wanted to report on our views and what plans we have for the further development of the Academy of Sciences. If possible, there is a presentation here.
...
I'll give you an example. I also head the Quantum technology council. The government, represented by Dmitry Nikolaevich Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister, has instructed us to monitor and expert the "roadmaps" on quantum technologies. This is Rosatom – quantum computing and quantum simulators, this is Russian Railways – for quantum data transfers and quantum cryptography, this is Rostec, where the quantum sensor is. We carefully consider and adjust the "road maps", tasks, reports and believe that it is effective.

The second important component is, of course, the role of scientific councils. It needs to be increased, given that we have scientific councils at the presidium, at thematic departments, and these scientific councils include not only representatives of the Academy, but also representatives of industry, university science, representatives of high-tech companies, that is, they actually represent the entire landscape of such scientists in their field. Therefore, the importance of these tips and expertise should be increased.

The next task. We believe that this is the initiation of large-scale projects. As we once had very important projects in the country – nuclear, space, which were the driver and pulled out a lot of related industries. We believe that the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences can initiate such large-scale projects that are ahead of the curve in specific areas of science. Together with the Government, we would choose such important areas from them and not only present them, but also further provide scientific and methodological guidance for these projects.

The next very important issue is the introduction of scientific developments. I would like to note that at one time the famous scientist George Porter – Zhores Ivanovich [Alferov] liked to cite him as an example – he was, by the way, a foreign member of the Academy of the USSR and Russia, a Nobel laureate in 1967, always said these words: any fundamental science is applied, only sometimes it can be applied…

Vladimir Putin: We have to wait.

G. Krasnikov
: Yes, in five to ten years. For example, the same bipolar transistors were discovered in 1949, and already in the 1950s, literally five or six years later, their mass production began, and then everything into microelectronics. Or in 50-100 years.

Another vivid example, related, say, to gravity. Gravitational waves were discovered. Today, on the basis of atomic precision clocks, it is already possible to do gravimetry and in general, in the future, to do positioning, bypassing satellites, only on the map according to the gravimetry of the Earth.

I believe that only, of course, the researchers who conduct their research know the applied potential of development. One of the ways – we propose to form consortia, associations without the formation of legal entities: this is fundamental science, branch science, university, high-tech enterprises. An end-to-end chain is formed for a specific result.

Moreover, the financing of this chain can come from different sources
: this is the Ministry of Education and Science, the state task, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Agriculture, including, which is very important, industry and business. Thus, we are solving two tasks – on the one hand, increasing resources for funding, on the other hand, we show the importance of our fundamental research, that they end not only with articles, but also with real results."

There are not many specifics, especially for these applied guidelines and projects, as befits a message from a brief official meeting. Maybe there are interesting projects, some of which Putin says "We have to wait". (I can even think of one.)

This requires a more detailed review (for example, later, a brief review of the main and most interests points in the attached PDF in the section "Coordination of the program of fundamental scientific research in the Russian Federation in the long term (2021-2030)"), but, here are just some of the news on the Academy's website:
Crumpled graphene and metal particles helped create a new heavy-duty material (November 11, 2022)

Digital doubles will help to assess the profitability of oil fields (November 11)

Targeted suppression of hyperexcitation of neuronal networks can prevent the death of brain cells (November 07)

Normal scientific stuff. (And I notice that, unlike a week or two ago, for example, many sections on the site are "Page Not Found" or "page under development." New Director, new priorities, new website, stuff like that. In the new reality in the new time, and order..)

In July 2021, before the special war/operation, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko met with John Kerry.
http://government.ru/en/news/42772/ (in english version)

Dmitry Chernyshenko’s meeting with US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry
14 July 2021

"The officials discussed the efforts of the countries to reduce greenhouse emissions and create carbon capture testing grounds, as well as options for bilateral cooperation on other climate agenda issues.

The meeting was an important step in the preparations for participation in the UN Climate Change Conference in Glasgow.
...
The problem of climate change, in part, the need to reduce greenhouse emissions is one of the Russian Government’s priorities in accordance with presidential instructions. In resolving these global problems, we rely on advanced scientific research by Russian scientists and the primary data that is collected virtually round the clock here at the Government’s Coordination Centre,” emphasized Dmitry Chernyshenko, showing the US delegation around the facility.

Mr Chernyshenko spoke about Russia’s successes in reducing greenhouse emissions and improving the environment in general.

Russia is one of the few countries that has managed to cut greenhouse emissions by several times since 1990.

We are among the world leaders in this area, as well as in terms of the absorbing capacity of Russia’s forests. The carbon intensity of the Russian economy has halved since 1990; in other words, Russian companies have become twice as environmentally friendly for the people in our country and the rest of the world. Russia will soon adopt a large package of climate regulations that will allow us to measure emissions and trade in them. Sakhalin will be a trailblazer in using the new practices.

One more important area of our work is to expand the use of renewable energy sources – the nuclear and hydraulic power industries. In addition, hydrogen energy is a major element of Russia’s adaptation to the energy transition. A working group has been set up and is working on this problem,” Mr Chenyshenko said.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted that Russia and the United States are among the countries with the largest greenhouse emissions and, hence, can productively cooperate in resolving these issues. They can also cooperate in monitoring wildfires – a disaster that hits many countries. The Russian and American representatives agreed to cooperate on this issue."

But now, of course, they will not cooperate because they are at war, and, moreover, Russia has probably realized that climate change is one of the biggest globalist frauds with sinister purposes.

Later, in early December. Dmitry Chernyshenko - after signing a memorandum with the WEF on October 13th to establish a center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Russia - spoke about harmonization of international law and cooperation in it at the 16th UN forum on internet governance /7 December 2021/

http://government.ru/en/news/44028/ (in english)

"Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko spoke, via videoconference, at the high-level plenary session “Investing in digital growth and enabling capacities – transnational and transcontinental synergies” of the 16th UN Internet Governance Forum (IGF), held in Poland on 6-10 December.

The event’s main theme is Internet United: an open and free internet that unites all users in one community.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, International Telecommunication Union Secretary-General Houlin Zhao, and Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki also addressed the plenary session.

In Russia, the digital technologies sector is developing rapidly. President Vladimir Putin adopted a national goal: digital transformation. We have one of the strongest educational, scientific and engineering schools. The IT industry is represented by tens of thousands of companies and hundreds of thousands of specialists. Software exports from Russia are only growing; they have risen almost 20 percent compared with last year. In addition, Russia has built a powerful system to encourage the IT industry. Packages of gradually adopted measures aimed at developing the industry are being implemented. For example, about four billion roubles are being allocated annually as grants to support IT projects and companies introducing digital solutions,” Dmitry Chernyshenko said.

He noted that the pandemic became a driver of digital transformation and influenced the development of the digital economy. People started to use digital and online services more often.

Mr Chernyshenko also noted that the further growth and development of IT solutions and the digital economy would be impossible without global cooperation, decision synergy, and, most importantly, without the development of an international legal framework.

The Deputy Prime Minister focused on introducing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the economy. He believes that regulatory barriers preventing AI penetration should be lifted. Russia has been working towards this end for a long time.

“The issue of ethical regulation in the field of AI is relevant for the entire world. People are Russia’s main priority, and AI should work for the good of society. Russia has developed the Artificial Intelligence Code of Ethics, signed by leading companies, universities and foundations. It envisages the basic principles of AI implementation: transparency, truthfulness, responsibility, reliability, inclusivity, impartiality, security and confidentiality. I would also like to note the importance of harmonising international legislation in the field of regulating the global internet and the activities of technology companies. It is necessary to develop common approaches towards protecting personal data on a global scale in order to maintain the balance of rights and responsibilities of all parties in the digital environment. In this context, we note with interest the UN Secretary-General’s recent initiative to develop a Global Digital Agreement. Russia is open for a dialogue with all interested states, companies and expert communities,” Dmitry Chernyshenko said.

The Deputy Prime Minister also added that the 20th UN IGF in 2025 would take place in Russia. Official confirmation of the host country status has already been received from UN representatives.

“Choosing Russia as the venue to host the 20th forum is a great honour for us and evidence that our country’s strong positions in the field of the development of the information society and digital technologies are recognised. We intend to ensure the broad involvement of all the interested parties in the forum’s work. At the same time, we want practical solutions that ensure the openness and security of the internet, while taking into account the interests of all stakeholders in the online space, to be the practical results of the forum,” Dmitry Chernyshenko emphasised.

In conclusion, Mr Chernyshenko wished all the forum participants a constructive dialogue and fruitful work."

A little tense for me, as an "interested party in the online space", because Gutierrez is a bit of a nasty bastard with bad intentions for internet censorship with his IGF, and the former chairman of Gazprom-Media and a member of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank, Chernyshenko, I don't trust him much either. But the good thing is that all this was before the war, after which Putin repeatedly, in numerous speeches, assured us that they were breaking with the degraded Western mafia and would go a different way. He also said that he knows that many people in the West think so, and he supports them. So it should be that, once the Russian authorities were in complete agreement and in conjunction with the Western mafiosi before the war, they have now completely changed and severed relations with the mafiosi.

The Internet Governance Forum (IGF) is the global multi-stakeholder forum for dialogue on Internet governance issues which is convened by the United Nations Secretary-General

Internet Governance Forum 2022

The 17th IGF, under the overarching theme Resilient Internet for a Shared Sustainable and Common Future, will be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 28 November to 2 December 2022. The meeting programme is guided by five themes drawn from the Global Digital Compact in the UN Secretary-General’s Our Common Agenda report.
..
The IGF 2022 programme will be organized according to the following five themes:

Connecting All People and Safeguarding Human Rights
Avoiding Internet Fragmentation
Governing Data and Protecting Privacy
Enabling Safety, Security and Accountability
Addressing Advanced Technologies, including AI
..
4. Enabling Safety, Security and Accountability

The security of the Internet is under threat in a number of ways from various actors. Traditional cybersecurity deals with the protection of networks, devices and data from unauthorised access or criminal use. This encompasses the ongoing problem of cyber attacks, whether they are perpetrated by individuals or state-sanctioned, and whether the targets are civic, commercial or governmental, and which so far has been compounded by the absence of broad and binding cybersecurity agreements.
..
Our understanding ofsafety and security should be widened to include the persistent challenge of online misinformation and disinformation. In recent years, both have been factors in aggravating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and have posed significant risks to electoral processes around the world. This has made clear the need for accountability criteria for misleading content. …”

In short, all the nasty globalists-state and corporate players (check out which partners, stakeholders), using AI tools, are making progress in their solutions to the problem of how to shut up mouth us up about whatever they think is wrong: covid, vaccines, great reset, eugenics, digital ID, CBDC, social credit systems, transhumanism, climate change; and also the discussion of whether Russia is complicit or not, is there a global conspiracy of all of them against us…

What Does Russia think about this now, in view of the new geopolitical reality in which it has condemned the crimes of globalists and cut ties with them? Is they in on this?

RUSSIAN INTERNET GOVERNANCE FORUM / HISTORY
IGF Worldwide Background

The problem of Internet governance was at Tunis Agenda for the Information Society at World Summit on the Information Society held in Geneva in 2003 and in Tunis in 2005, resulting in Information Society program approved in Tunis that year. The program oversees all key issues of Internet governance, including the definition of Internet governance itself, and contains a decision to start a series of Internet Governance Forums worldwide. ( intgovforum.org/en)
The first IGF meeting held in Athens in 2006 provided a new ground for discussing the issues of Internet governance globally. IGF is a forum for multi-stakeholder policy dialogue, its establishment approved by the UN Secretary-General.
..
Paragraph 72 of the Tunis Agenda:

…72. We ask the UN Secretary-General, in an open and inclusive process, to convene, by the second quarter of 2006, a meeting of the new forum for multi-stakeholder policy dialogue—called the Internet Governance Forum (IGF). The mandate of the Forum is to:

Discuss public policy issues related to key elements of Internet governance in order to foster the sustainability, robustness, security, stability and development of the Internet;

Facilitate the exchange of information and best practices, and in this regard make full use of the expertise of the academic, scientific and technical communities;
..
Strengthen and enhance the engagement of stakeholders in existing and/or future Internet governance mechanisms, particularly those from developing countries;
Identify emerging issues, bring them to the attention of the relevant bodies and the general public, and, where appropriate, make recommendations;
..
Help to find solutions to the issues arising from the use and misuse of the Internet, of particular concern to everyday users;
..
Internet governance is based on a multi-stakeholder dialogue, which ideally includes government, society, businesses, academic circle and techology professionals.
..
Today, IGF worldwide has become a new way of addressing the problems of Internet governance as a multi- stakeholder institution created by an UN General Secretary resolution. The regional and national IGF forums held in different countries deal with technical, administrative and legal issues of governing the Internet in various countries and regions.

Speakers and participants of RIGF 2022 will discuss the development of the Internet and the formation of its management ecosystem, the problems of cybersecurity and the protection of critical infrastructure, counteracting the spread of destructive content, the introduction of a global digital tax for transnational corporations, new technologies in education, decentralized applications and Web 3.0, the use of artificial intelligence, development global IT cooperation and other topical issues.

ABOUT FORUM
Russian Internet Governance Forum to be held on September 28-29 online
Speakers and participants of RIGF 2022 will discuss the development of the Global Digital Compact proposed by UN Secretary-General António Guterres, regulation of the Internet and its ecosystems, the role of digital platforms in ensuring the right to access information, as well as censorship by these platforms, new technologies in EdTech and other topical issues.

AGENDA
28 September
..
Section 1. Global Digital Compact: a chance for fair play?

The question of the need to revise the classical approaches to global cooperation in the field of ICT and creation new international norms and “rules of the game” arises in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies and the emergence of new social and technological trends. That is why one of the most relevant initiatives on the agenda is the development of the Global Digital Compact, a document proposed personally by UN Secretary-General António Guterres in 2021 in his report “Our Common Agenda”. Will this document be the first step towards a future where technologies used for good create the conditions for a more just and equitable digital world order?

Section 3. Russian and world experience in the field of combating destructive content. The role and responsibility of digital platforms

When digital platforms work with content, risks arise for all entities involved in the relevant legal relationship, especially for users and the platforms themselves. On the one hand, platforms today as digital public spaces play an important role in ensuring freedom of speech. On the other hand, they have the power of censorship (their algorithms regulate access to information, and their filters can automatically remove content that is considered confidential, but not necessarily illegal), which causes public discontent and opposition from states.

In this context, the attention of interested players around the world is riveted to the problem of destructive content. The importance of striking a balance between ensuring equal access to information on the Internet for everyone and the need to counter the spread of destructive content is beyond doubt. But what form of regulation will be optimal for each individual country or region? Will it be up to the platforms themselves, or up to national governments, or will common global approaches be adopted? What approaches are there in the world to the definition and categorization of destructivity

Section 4. Preserving human agency in AI-enabled Internet

The large-scale use of artificial intelligence in Internet technologies creates new challenges for users and society, whether it is ensuring human rights and freedoms, protecting the privacy of citizens, the emergence of various types of discrimination, or the impact on a competitive market. The more tasks delegated to algorithms, the more acute the issues of security and responsible use of AI systems become. The challenges associated with the use of AI are being answered by various recommendations, principles, standards and technological solutions that are designed to reduce the level of existing risks and ensure the efficient, reliable and safe operation of algorithms.

At the same time, the question of the influence of the Internet and artificial intelligence technologies on civilizational development is largely unexplored; preservation of human dignity and human autonomy. The ancient Greeks believed that writing negatively affects the intellect – people do not need to remember important things. What will the digital world of the future look like, where more and more cognitive and computational tasks are at the mercy of AI, what will remain in this world for a person, and what should those who would like to keep the current state of things do?"
