Christianity is messianic Judaism. Stories from the book of Acts makes it clear the first followers of Jesus were Jews, assembling at the Church in Jerusalem (which was a Synagogue, duh). There's a plethora of historical writings describing the earliest Judaeo-Christian sects like the Ebionites, Nazarenes, Mandaens, et al., really a fascinating period.
Knowing this it's painful to listen to a guy reaching so hard to imagine something that wasn't. I did a small search on the web and no other writing equates the community in Susya with Christianity. Above the delusional, forced visions from the Apocalypse of John, the real story here is about Byzantine Judaism- the late stages of what you've spoken about, namely the Hellenic era. Ok they called them ancient too haha. The word describes an extinct culture which actually applies to Hellenic Judaism. I'm glad I learned a tiny bit about the subject but man you've got to have pity on Christian Zionists. To lack any knowledge of history, correct interpretation of current events, and the ability to synthesize reality into a healthy vision for the future is tragic. There's 10's of millions of materialistic, indoctrinated souls chasing after mirages; this video was a perfect example. We all need to wake up to reality.
