Our current president cheated on his pregnant wife with a porn star. He’s had three wives and has cheated repeatedly on every one of them. He is guilty of infidelity, premarital sex etc.. probably prostitution.

Yet you listen to him.

And somehow the person in a monogamous marriage is the problem? The pervert?
Your current president also has a lifetime of experience dealing with buisnesses, economy and conversing with top leaders. He has built himself an empire and raised the dollars value and gets threatened and trampled on on a daily basis so yeah, we listen to him, he's the best damn president that country's ever had. And sure, hes not perfect as no man is but he is a believer and for someone to come out syaing theyre gay and even showing off their "husband" to the world when it's an abomination for out lord..Thats too much. Trump may not be perfect but he's trying. We all get tempted and fail on a daily basis.

The bible clearly states homosexuality is an abomination to yor body AND to him, fornication and adultery is a sin against our bodies but can be forgiven if we decide to not do it again. If a homosexual turns from his sin and asks for forgiveness, he too will be forgiven but to flaunt it in suh an arrogant way is unacceptable as many others feel also.

Was directed at Vixy, not you.

@Colonel Valerio some people propose reinstating the draft would actually decrease our military involvement

I understand the thought but not sure I buy it. Vietnam went on a long time with the draft, while it may make more people oppose an interventionist foreign policy it doesn’t mean our leaders will care and once you give that power they won’t give it up. As always it won’t be applied fairly on a class or race basis and it will only enforce bullshit Nationalism. Conscription is the height of an authoritarianism.

I’m not in favor of it personally but I did think it was an interesting theory with atleast some truth.. we are so far removed from the consequences of war I think many have gone numb to it, everyone there volunteered so it makes it even less “real” in a way and the military itself is like its own class of citizens within our population (bases with housing average people can’t access, their own court system and prisons etc)

Every sin is equally a sin vixy. They are all sins. You find one more forgivable then the next but that doesn’t mean it is. You also have to assume he has repented and changed his ways but there’s literally no indication of that.

Failed businesses, bankruptcies and a trust fund kid to boot, tax evasion and fraud etc.

Yet this is who you hold up as a Christian role model?

I don’t like buttigieg as a candidate but it has zero to do with who he sleeps with.

Maybe by having consequences people will care about foreign policy, I agree with you. I think if people had a personal stake in it they might not be so eager to support the next war. Thing is the next war could happen quick, if there’s this national program and another 9/11 happens people will be happy to serve.

And this is how it starts, it goes hey kids you want that college and healthcare? Do your national year of service! Then it morphs into do you want to vote? Make sure you do your national year of service! And pretty soon you’re shipped off in “Space Force” fighting alien insectoids.

Every time I see the military recruiters targeting high school kids I get raging mad. I agree with you. I just don’t know what’s best, all I know is the current state can’t continue.
