I hate to bother... but I've sent multiple password reset requests, via the Lost Password? link, to no avail.

I even sent a PM.

Rather than set up a 3rd account for the new phone, like... VC♡Elsbet4ever

Yeah I quit even reading VC because as soon as I go there it asks for password which for some reason never works but I can stay in the forum with no problem.

Elsbet is still listed as a superstar. You joined 2017 ? Doesn't seem fair you have to go back to being a newbie when you were once a Superstar .
