The Lord of the Rings:

THE TRUTH FOR TODAY

LORD OF THE RINGS EXPOSED ─ GANDALF THE WIZARD AND OCCULT SYMBOLISM EXPOSED

Lord of the Rings Exposed ─ Gandalf the Wizard and Occult Symbolism Exposed

In this article, we will look at some of the symbols and messages
in some of Tolkien's LOTR books and writings. We will see if they are occultic, or not.
We'll look at the "Doors of Durin", the White Tree of Gondor, Gandalf's true identity as
one of the Istari, and more.

Many have researched into occult aspects of various books and movies. Some have pointed out actual witchcraft portrayed for entertainment in fictional books and movies, such as Star Wars and Harry Potter. The occult world is very active in these days in which we live. But, are J.R.R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings novels free of anything occultic? Or, do they include occult themes and symbols?

To answer those questions, we’ll start with an important character in The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. Gandalf is a wizard who demonstrates magical power through spells and by use of his staff. But, according to J.R.R. Tolkien, Gandalf is not a human being. Tolkien described Gandalf in this way:

“But G. [sic] is not, of course, a human being (Man or Hobbit). There are naturally no precise modern terms to say what he was. I wd. [sic] venture to say that he was an incarnate 'angel'... that is, with the other Istari, wizards, 'those who know', an emissary from the Lords of the West, sent to Middle-earth, as the great crisis of Sauron loomed on the horizon. By 'incarnate' I mean they [the Istari / wizards] were embodied in physical bodies capable of pain, and weariness, and of afflicting the spirit with physical fear, and of being 'killed', though supported by the angelic spirit they might endure long, and only show slowly the wearing of care and labour. ...” [A.] [End quote] (underline added)

Tolkien described Gandalf (and the other the Istari wizards) as having a physical body that suffers from weariness and pain, but that is controlled by an angelic spirit. Thus, Gandalf was an “incarnate angel”. Half man, half angel creatures are found in Genesis chapter 6.

Genesis 6 and the Fallen Angels

Genesis 6:1-5
"[1] And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, [2] That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. [3] And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. [4] There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

[5] And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” [End quote]

The phrase “sons of God” was used in the book of Job to refer to angelic beings in Job 1:6. Some of the angels that joined Satan, and rebelled against God, desired to pollute the human race with angel blood to prevent the coming of Jesus Christ, the Messiah. That is why these fallen angels took human women to be their wives.

Before we look more into what Gandalf really is, we need to define what the Bible says a man’s spirit is. God breathed into Adam and Adam became a living soul. Genesis 2:7 ─ “And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”

We are living beings because of God breathing us into existence, but a hybrid (man-angel) cannot be given a spirit because it would not be human. God did not create hybrid giants. He created people in His own image. The devil interfered with God’s plan, and that is one of the reasons that God had to destroy the world with a flood (Genesis 6:9-15). But, in addition to the giant hybrids, the wickedness of the pre-flood world was very great.

Again, according to Tolkien, Gandalf was an “incarnate angel”. Referring back to what Tolkien wrote ─ “I wd. [sic] venture to say that he was an incarnate 'angel'. … By 'incarnate' I mean they [the Istari / wizards] were embodied in physical bodies capable of pain…”

Since God does not put a newly created spirit into the body of a hybrid, the devil would have to put the spirits of fallen angels into the bodies of the giants. During the days of Joshua, the son of Nun, ancient Israelites had to fight against giants, such as Og, the king of Bashan. Og’s enormous height is found here:

Deuteronomy 3:11
“For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of giants; behold, his bedstead was a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbath of the children of Ammon? nine cubits was the length thereof, and four cubits the breadth of it, after the cubit of a man.”

Having a bed 9 cubits in length, this giant, Og, was about 15 feet tall, if we go according to the royal Egyptian cubit (See Endnote 1.). The reason we are looking at Og is to point out that he was not a man with a pituitary disease, which keeps people suffering from Gigantism from living long (See Endnote 2). And, it is almost certain that Og was a hybrid (See Endnote 3).

Gandalf was not a giant, but he was what Tolkien would describe as an angel spirit in a human-like body (incarnate angel). This is very similar to the condition of the Genesis 6 giants, which God had to destroy. Gandalf should, therefore, not be someone you would want your children to read about.

Occult Symbolism in The Lord of the Rings

In The Fellowship of the Ring, the door of Durin can magically open into the underground world of Moria by speaking a magic word (a.k.a. a spell). It has a special design that J.R.R. Tolkien made for this novel. The design depicts two trees (that slightly resemble vines) wrapped around two pillars. Above the pillars is an arch with elvish writing (a language J.R.R. Tolkien came up with) within. Between the pillars are a large star; a hammer and anvil; a crown; and seven stars. Let’s keep in mind the crown and seven stars as we continue, for they will be significant.

Others have noted the similarity between this Tolkien drawing and a masonic diagram (The Royal Arch tracing board), representing the Royal Arch degree, which also displays seven stars under the signs of the zodiac (occult symbols). In the alchemical version of the “tracing board,” there are two vines wrapped around candlesticks, like the two trees of Tolkien’s diagram. Again, seven stars appear above. Underneath them is an eagle with a crown, which resembles the position of the crown in Tolkien’s illustration.

The Coronated Eagle Explained

This “crowned” eagle is another version of the double-headed eagle or the phoenix. Masonic authors sometimes refer to this symbol as an eagle. Manly P. Hall, a 33rd degree Freemason, wrote that the phoenix was also called an eagle. I took this quote from a website:

‘Manly P. Hall, in his book, The Lost Keys of Freemasonry , states, "These were the immortals to whom the term 'phoenix' was applied, and their symbol was the mysterious two-headed bird, now called an eagle , a familiar and little understood Masonic emblem ."’ [B.] [End quote]

Albert Pike, a 33rd degree Freemason, wrote in his book Morals and Dogma:

"The Eagle was the living Symbol of Egyptian God Mendes or Menthra, whom Sesostris-Ramses made one with Amun-Re, [sic] the God of Thebes and Upper Egypt, and the representative of the Sun, the word RE meaning Sun or King." [C.] (emphasis added)

Going back to the masonic diagram, we have an eagle with a crown, underneath seven stars. According to 33rd degree masons, the eagle is a symbol of the sun god, Ra (or Re). On Tolkien’s “Doors of Durin” diagram, we see a crown beneath the seven stars. Some may argue that that the seven stars are seven dwarven kings. But, in the Royal Arch tracing board, they have significance to the summer solstice. Listen to what a Freemason writes concerning the Royal Arch “tracing board”:

"Below the keystone we see the 7 stars that represent the Pleiades. The arch expresses the importance of the summer solstice near the Pleiades!" [sic] [D.] [End quote]

The summer solstice (indicated by those 7 stars) is an important event for witches. The late David J. Meyer, a former witch, who became a Bible-believing Christian, wrote an article exposing a scene from Prince Caspian (The Chronicles of Narnia) as a “...witches’ sabat of Midsummer or the Summer Solstice...” [E.] [End quote]. The scene in C.S. Lewis’ book had Bacchus (a pagan god of wine and lust) and Maenads (frenzied women) dancing wildly around a bonfire, with Aslan present.

The Occult Meaning of the “Doors of Durin”

Now, let’s return to Tolkien’s illustration of the “Doors of Durin.” It has a crown with seven stars, like the alchemical design has seven stars over a coronated eagle. As we saw, the eagle, according to Albert Pike, is a symbol of a sun god. Is is possible that J.R.R. Tolkien was familiar with occult symbols and beliefs? And, did he adapted some of these to his Lord of the Rings novels? Is it possible that Tolkien was promoting the occult through his books?

The symbol for the white tree of Gondor, in Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings movies, has seven stars, which are supposed to represent the seven stars of the royal House of Elendil (from wikipedia). Why would Tolkien have 7 stars and a crown for the dwarves and 7 stars and a crown for Gondor (humans)? Were they actually representing something with a deeper meaning?

An Explanation for the Symbolism in the Door of Durin

Let’s sum up what we know. We know from Albert Pike that the eagle represents the sun god to higher masons. We know that the seven stars are connected to the summer solstice (which is related to or part of sun worship), which is also important to witchcraft. We know that the seven stars are above a coronated eagle in an occult, alchemical design. Could this eagle (sun god) represent Lucifer? Could the crown in The Lord of the Rings symbols (“Gondor” and “Durin”) represent Lucifer or the Antichrist returning to the earth? Satanists and occultists believe that a powerful leader is coming to bring in a new age of esoteric (or occult) “enlightenment.”

Some may object that J.R.R. Tolkien was a “Christian.” But, many professing Christians have joined masonic lodges. Also, Tolkien was actually a Roman Catholic. Catholics hold unbiblical teachings that require trusting in Mary to assist them through a process of performing good works to be completely saved from sin. But, the Bible teaches that Jesus Christ alone is He Who saved the believer in Jesus from his (or her) sin. Romans 4 says...

Romans 4:4-7
4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

Ephesians 2:8-9 says: “[8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

Therefore, being Catholic, Tolkien was not a true, Bible-believing Christian. We know that he was fascinated with the occult and pagan mythology.

“The Inklings”

Tolkien was part of a group of writers called “The Inklings.” Charles Williams, a prominent member of this small group, was fascinated with the occult and wrote occult themes into his books. In Williams’ The Greater Trumps (novel), supernatural, occult powers are released by way of tarot cards. According a Wikipedia article that refers to the book:

“The original Tarot deck is used to unlock enormous metaphysical powers by allowing the possessors to see across space and time, create matter, and raise powerful natural storms.” [F.]

Other stories Charles Williams wrote include necromancy (supposedly speaking to spirits of the dead); black magic to contact spirits; occult powers; ghosts; and other occult topics. All of this God forbids in Deuteronomy 18:9-14 and throughout the Bible.

According to researcher Grevel Lindrop, Charles Williams was a close friend of Tolkien. Lindrop writes:

"...Williams, a devout Anglican as well as a former member of the Fellowship of the Rosy Cross and a specialist in Tarot and Kabbala, was a close friend of Tolkien during the years of the Second World War, and an even closer friend - almost, indeed, a spiritual adviser - to C. S. Lewis....” [G.] [End quote] (underlining added)

Last Words (or Final Thoughts)

Could J.R.R. Tolkien, who had friendships with occultists, who was a devout Catholic, who was fascinated with the occult and paganism, produce novels that are spiritually edifying and godly? Should a Christian read such novels? By looking at Tolkien’s fruit, we can see that he did not bear the fruit of a true Christian or of a godly man.

I encourage you to seek God about Tolkien and about other authors you may like. God will show you the answers to your questions. In Jeremiah 33:3, God says to you and me: “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”

Getting to Know God as Our Best Friend Is the Answer to the World’s Ways and Temptation.

God calls us Christians to come out of the world, and be separate from its ungodly ways (2 Corinthians 6:14-18). 2 Corinthians 6:17-18 — "[17] Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, [18] And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty."

Getting to know God as our best Friend is the answer to all of life's problems, and is what living is truly all about. Jesus said in John 17:3: "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent."

Psalm 16:11
[11] Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Psalm 36:7-8
[7] How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.
[8] They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.

If you are coming here as a non-Christian, I encourage you to read this. God desires to have fellowship with you, as you make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior.

____________________________________________

Endnotes:

1. Moses, the likely writer of Deuteronomy, was raised by the Pharaoh’s daughter (Exodus 2:10) and would have known the Egyptian cubit.

2. The tallest man on record is the late Robert Wadlow, who was 8 ft. 11 in. Og was almost twice Wadlow’s height. Keep in mind that God is faithful to preserve His Word, the Bible (Psalm 12). When God describes a giant that is a little less than 9 cubits (about 15 feet) tall, He means exactly that. Therefore, It is certain that unnaturally tall giants did exist.

3. Genesis 6:4 mentions how (hybrid) giants were produced after the events of Genesis 6.

Why do they do it? A Perspective

WHY DOES THE ILLUMINATI INSERT SYMBOLS IN MOVIES, TV, AND OTHER MEDIA?
Illuminati-Rex-symbols-media

Illuminati symbols are all around us.
Although significant time is dedicated to tracking down and exposing Illuminati symbolism in the media, little or no time is spent explaining why the otherwise secretive Illuminati inserts their sacred images and brands for all to see.
Thankfully, some of the most dedicated researchers such as Jordan Maxwell, Michael Tsarion, and David Icke have offered their theories on why the Illuminati is obsess with symbols. Furthermore, some Illuminati whistleblowers have also put forward their versions of why and how the Illuminati uses symbols.
Note: The purpose of this article is not to determine whether or not the Illuminati is real or not. I’ve written on the modern Illuminati and the Bavarian Illuminati. I’ve also compiled a list of top illuminati symbols from Illuminati lore and illustrated many symbols used by the Illuminati of Bavaria in their rituals.
Traditionally, symbols are used to convey complex information in a simple manner. (i.e. No smoking sign, Stop sign) However, in the case of the Illuminati and other societies, it’s not always so simple…
In occult circles, symbols have double meanings allowing them to be displayed in public with only the Initiated, the Elect, is able to decode their true meaning and significance.
Albert Pike explains:
illuminatisymbols-Albert-Pike

“Masonry, like all the Religions, all the Mysteries, Hermeticism and Alchemy, conceals its secrets from all except the Adepts and Sages, or the Elect, and uses false explanations and misinterpretations of its symbols to mislead those who deserve only to be misled; to conceal the Truth, which it calls Light, from them, and to draw them away from it.”
~ Albert Pike, Morals and Dogma

I’ve compiled a list of 16 possible reasons why the media is saturated with Illuminati signatures. What is their motivation for allegedly covering the world with symbolism.
Possible reasons are listed starting with the most conspiratorial down to the not-so-conspiratorial.
why-illuminati-symbols-programming

NO. 1 ILLUMINATI MIND CONTROL PROGRAMMING AKA PROJECT MONARCH
A number of Illuminati researchers believe in the existence of a secret government black op codenamed Project Monarch. Dealing with sophisticated mind control, victims have described the program has a flawless version of the well-known CIA MK-Ultra Project.
They claim the Illuminati has been able to achieve high-efficiency in programming mind-controlled victim via symbols inserted in movies, books, and televisions. The Illuminati uses Disney films such as Fantasia or Alice in Wonderland to program mind-controlled slaves. (I’ve touched on this a little bit here.
15% of voters say the government or the media adds mind-controlling technology to TV broadcast signals.
~ Public Policy Polling
why-illuminati-symbols-trigger

NO. 2 HYPNOTIC TRIGGERS
Specific and pre-established symbols are inserted into the media in order to trigger hidden programs in Monarch, MK-Ultra and other mind- controlled victims.
This has been popularized in films such as The Manchurian Candidate (1962, 2004) where the Queen of Diamonds triggers a sleeper agent to turn assassin. In Telefon (1977), words from a Robert Frost poem activate human time bombs. In Zoolander (2001), the song Relax is used to brainwash and trigger yet another model to assassinate the Malaysian prime minister.
Passages from The Catcher in the Rye are rumored to have triggered Mark David Chapman to murder John Lennon.
Also, Hypnotoad. ⛔ Warning: Everybody Loves Hypnotoad ⛔
why-illuminati-symbols-psychic-attack

NO. 3 PSYCHIC ATTACK
The Illuminati uses mass communication devices such as televisions, radios, and computers in order to broadcast negative energy on a massive scale.
why-illuminati-symbols-lure

NO. 4 THE LURE AKA BAIT-AND-SWITCH
Symbols are inserted in the media in order to entice often unsuspecting viewers and lure them into the occult.
A few Christian Fundamentalist researchers such as John Todd and Jack Chick believe that Rock music albums contained demons that lure listeners into the occult world.
Modern fundamentalist researchers G. Craige Lewis and Professor Griff continue in this tradition seamlessly applying the same rhetoric and scare tactics to hip-hop music.
why-illuminati-symbols-taunt

NO. 5 THE TAUNT
Some researchers believe the Illuminati uses symbols in order to taunt members of the public who have awaken to their game and make them appear crazy to non-believers, thus effectively marginalizing them.
why-illuminati-symbols-Territorial-Markings

NO. 6 TERRITORIAL MARKINGS
Like a dog urinating on its territory or a rancher branding its cattle, the Illuminati brand its property by displaying its symbols.
The Rockefeller family is known for branding their properties with the colors red and blue. It is unknown whether or not they lift their rear leg when doing so.

NO. 7 CONDITIONING
Symbols of the Illuminati are used to desensitize us to violence, greed and depraved sex acts.
Conditioning includes subtle forms of predictive programming to prepare the public for planned social changes. (Ex: Numerous Zombie movies and TV shows subtly getting us ready for a planned population-culling epidemic.)

NO. 8 ALLEGIANCE TO THE ILLUMINATI
Musicians prominently displaying symbols of the Illuminati are relaying their willingness to enter the Illuminati, pledging their allegiance, or tribute to their Illuminati masters.

NO. 9 CODED COMMUNICATION
The Illuminati uses the mainstream media to pass on messages to its ever watchful minions while the general public remains ignorant of what they are seeing.
why-illuminati-symbols-cues

NO. 10 CUES
Those in-the-know are able to identify in Illuminati signals foreshadowing coming events. Foreknowledge of upcoming events and crisis give insider time to make plans, investments, divestments, and other preparations for upcoming events.

why-illuminati-symbols-misrepresentation

NO. 11 MISREPRESENTATION
An especially appalling practice where Illuminati symbols or signs are deliberately taken out of their contexts in order to support a claim. This is different from a misunderstanding because it is done intentionally with the aim to deceive.
For example, after briefly demonstrating the Roc-Sign at 2:34, Jones predicts that his critics will use a still to make false claims. Sure enough, they did just that.

NO. 12 MISUNDERSTANDING AND/OR MISINTERPRETATION
A symbol‘s meaning is given as something it isn’t.
The satanic horns sign is often confused with the University of Texas’ Hook ‘em Horns sign or the American Sign Language sign for “I love you.”. Predictively, some contend that both signs were chosen because they were Satanic.
Jay-Z’s Roc-A-Fella symbol, representing a “rock” or a diamond is often thought to symbolize a pyramid.
why-illuminati-symbols-gimmick

NO. 13 MARKETING GIMMICK
The artists, writers and producers are quite aware of the popularity of Illuminati and other occult symbolism and insert them in their products in order to draw attention and sell more widgets

NO. 14 TROLLING
The artists, writers,and/or producers are aware of Illuminati symbols and insert them in media in order to troll the public. Earlier this year, an anonymous graphic artist came forward and claimed to having done just that.
“I’d find a way to incorporate something in the graphics, usually small and out of the way — maybe a reference to the Illuminati or Freemasonry — just to f*ck with anyone who noticed it. I also liked using symbols created by John Dee, who was a 16th century alchemist and occultist, like the esoteric Monas Hieroglyphica, or just simple, but well-known things like the pentagram or the eye in the pyramid.”
~ Anonymous as told to Gabriella Garcia
(uncensored in original text)
why-illuminati-symbols-muse

NO. 15 ILLUMINATED MUSE
Bill Cipher
Bill CipherThe artists and/or writers are inspired by Illuminati symbols and include them in their work. The numerous symbols attributed to the the Illuminati symbols are a source of inspiration.

The cartoon series Gravity Falls contains tons of Illuminati, Masonry, and Alchemy symbols which is consistent with the show’s supernatural/ conspiratorial theme.
Case in point, the villain is a one-eyed pyramid demon called Bill Cipher.
why-illuminati-symbols-pareidolia

NO. 16 PAREIDOLIA
pareidolia /ˌpæraɪˈdəʊlɪə/
noun
1. the imagined perception of a pattern or meaning where it does not actually exist
Whether it be elephant shapes in cloud formations or faces on the surface of Mars, the mind occasionally sees things that are simply not there.
Sometimes a triangle is just a triangle.
Perhaps Elvis isn’t really on Mars.

A Former Witch Looks At The Lord Of The Rings

[I read this and while I recommend it, I don't know the author and am not sure I agree with 100%, and still would prefer my or VC's opinion, so, as with all things, make sure you investigate this to find the truth for yourself. - mm]

"Something very strange is going on in the United States, and the spirits that are hard at work are now bringing forth a power that is designed to captivate the entire world. Shortly after the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City fell to the ground and drastically changed our nation forever, a new series of movies began to draw millions of people to the movie theaters. Standing above and apart from the many fantasy movies and books is a trilogy or series of three called The Lord Of The Rings. This series was written by the late J.R.R. Tolkien and was first published in book form in the early 1950’s. During the rock music revolution of the 1960’s, The Lord of the Rings trilogy caught on, and over 100 million of these books were sold. These books greatly fueled the spiritual revolution and opened the door for witchcraft to seize upon our world. All of this is being done to prepare the way for a new world order in a new Aquarian age.

I was once a witch and was very much a part of the world that J.R.R. Tolkien reveals in his Lord of the Rings trilogy. In the 1960’s, I practiced astrology, palmistry, and numerology among other devices of the craft. I was graciously and mercifully saved out of witchcraft by the Lord Jesus, and I am now spending my life in a mission of exposing occultism and its forces of darkness. I am thus writing this message with a great urgency, for I can spot witchcraft in a moment, and I recognize it well. I can see that the deceptive cloud of witchcraft has descended upon our nation. Even many Christians are being pulled into the forbidden realm of the occult, because they are so ignorant of Satan’s devices.

Before I reveal the dangers of The Lord of the Rings trilogy and expose it as real witchcraft, I will reveal some things regarding the beliefs and doctrines of witchcraft. First of all, witches and Satanists are not the same thing. Witches do not believe in Satan. The first thing a neophyte or beginner witch is taught is that there is a “force.” The “force” has two sides and can be controlled by magic spells, words, potions, incantations, rope magic, rings, amulets, and so on. Witches believe that there is good witchcraft and bad witchcraft, and the good always triumphs over evil! Witches also teach that battles are fought in the Middle Earth and in the astral plane causing upheavals both above and below. Thus, witches emphasize that good must triumph over evil, but it is all witchcraft.

I am always amazed when I hear ministries such as Chuck Colson, “Focus on the Family”, and the Assemblies of God defend such works as Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, and The Narnia Chronicles. I am amazed because they say the same things that initiated coven witches are saying, which is that good triumphs over evil! It is all witchcraft, and the good that these professing Christians are defending is witchcraft as forbidden in Deuteronomy 18:9-14. As a former witch, I was horrified and outraged to find that “Focus on the Family” was promoting a book as announced in the December 2001 issue of their magazine. The book being promoted is titled, Finding God in the Lord of the Rings. The asking price was 13 dollars. (The number “13” is the coven number in the occult.) Thus, these so-called “Christian” ministries are making witches their evangelists and using witchcraft materials in their Sunday Schools. Soon they will find their children are in the craft as “good little Christian witches.”

The Lord of the Rings trilogy was the work of John Ronald Reuel Tolkien, who did his writing during the midnight hours. He worked for 12 years and released his story in the 13th year. Tolkien became known as the “Master of the Middle Earth.” This was a land inhabited by hobbits, elves, mortal men, wizards, dwarves and orcs or grotesque goblins. The hero of the story is a hobbit or halfling only 3 ½ feet tall named Frodo Baggins. Frodo has pointed ears and furry feet and carries a cursed object with him. The cursed object is a golden ring invested with terrible powers that must be destroyed by casting it into a fiery abyss at a great distance. If Frodo would fail, the ring would fall into the hands of an evil wizard called Sauron, and the entire world would pass into eternal darkness under the dark lord. Sauron’s world is a land of shadows called Mordor. The ring has an inscription on which is written a message in the witchcraft language of runes. We must remember that these runes are real and are used in the occult. As I now reveal the meaning of the runes, please bear in mind that President George W. Bush wears an exact replica of this ring. I have an enlarged picture to prove it. The runes on the ring are interpreted as follows: “One ring to rule them all, one ring to find them, one ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.”

J.R.R. Tolkien was born in South Africa where his father, Arthur, managed a bank. When his father died, his mother, Mabel, returned with her children to Birmingham, England, where she converted to Roman Catholicism. J.R.R. Tolkien said, “I desired dragons with a profound desire.” He soon became a prodigy and was speaking German, French, Latin, and flawless classical Greek. In speech, he would sometimes break out in Gothic, an ancient form of German. He would also speak medieval Welsh and Anglo-Saxon. Tolkien even developed new languages. One of them he called Elvish. He went on to say that the entire story of The Lord of the Rings came to him as a result of the new language that he invented. He was a professor at Oxford University as all of this was happening and as the story of elves, wizards, trolls, and hobbits poured into his mind. While it became a manuscript under his pen, he said, “My work has escaped from my control, I have produced a monster.”

Tolkien, the devout Catholic and “Master of Middle Earth”, converted his colleague C.S. Lewis and spent much time with him at the Oxford pub or tavern. They claimed to have “kindred spirits.”

There is much rank blasphemy in Tolkien’s works, such as the death and resurrection of the wizard Gandalf, who falls into the pit and descends into hell but comes back transformed and stronger than ever. Deceived Christians say that this “good wizard” is a type of Christ! Tolkien even translated the Lord’s Prayer into the Elvish language.

I can say most assuredly that The Lord of the Rings trilogy comes from the pits of hell and is a clever instructional course in witchcraft disguised as fantasy and entertainment. Part one was released in movie form on December 19, 2001, shortly after the two towers of the World Trade Center came down. It was called “The Fellowship of the Ring.” Part two was called “The Two Towers” and was released December 18, 2002. Part three is named “The Return of the King” and was released December 17, 2003, and is breaking all records for ticket sales. All three movies were released at the time of the witchcraft sabat of Yule!

It is my prayer as a preacher of the true Gospel that Christians will come fully awake. We do not find the saving Gospel in the Middle Earth with wizards, hobbits, and elves. We find the Gospel only in the Bible and through the blood of our Saviour Jesus."

Lord of the Rings Symbolism

[I read this and while I recommend it, I don't know the author and am not sure I agree with 100%, and still would prefer my or VC's opinion, so, as with all things, make sure you investigate this to find the truth for yourself. - mm]

The Lord of the Rings Symbolism
The first instalment of Tolkien's 'The Lord of the Rings' was released on DVD and video this week in Britain. The first instalment of Tolkien's 'The Lord of the Rings' was released on DVD and video this week in Britain. When I first saw the film 'The Fellowship of the Ring' at the cinema I noticed a very familiar set of symbols. The Symbolism in question appears on the door to the dwarven caverns of Moria, a gateway that initially blocks the progress of the beleaguered Fellowship.
A symbolic arch is supported by 2 pillars, themselves wrapped by climbing vegetation. The arch bears an inscription written in an ancient form of Elvish, saying "The Doors of Durin, Lord of Moria. Speak, friend, and enter." Drawn below the arch are seven stars and a crown, and below these can be found a much larger star (the 'Star of the House of Feanor').
This motif is very similar to the Royal Arch of the Freemasons, who also incorporate seven stars into the space below the arch. Their arch is comprised of 7 houses of the zodiac, whose position in the sky binds the Duat. As such, the seven stars cannot denote the Pleiades star cluster in Taurus, nor the Corona Borealis, or Northern Crown. They are also not suggestive of any stars present in the Duat itself, specifically around Sirius or Orion. The 'Star of the House of Feanor', however, may be analogous with Sirius if we compare the Door of Durin and the Freemasonic Royal Arch. This then gives us a very specific sky location, into which are incorporated a crown and seven stars.
For reasons which will become apparent in a moment, I proposed that this symbolism might be the same as that of Nibiru, indicating its perihelion location in the sky.
When I first suggested this 6 months or so ago, I received a very informative e-mail from Greg Frey, and I would like to share his thoughts with you here:
"The gateway to Moria in the movie is reproduced directly from Tolkien's drawing in the book "Lord of the Rings". His symbols I'm afraid have nothing to do with alchemy or anything else esoteric. They are a reference to the 7 Dwarven Kings and their rings of power.
"To understand the symbolism in Tolkien you would need to read the Silmarillion also by Tolkien. Although some parallels will be found with esoteric symbolism I think you would do well to remember that Tolkien was a devout Christian. The parallels I mentioned will be evident for two reasons, neither of them conscious on Tolkien's part: 1) His sources are pagan (The Kalevala, the Ring Cycle of the Niebulung, ancient Celtic and Germanic myth, etc.) and 2) in writing the Silmarillion he accessed the Collective Unconscious of the human race, where many of these archetypal symbols are deeply embedded."

Indeed, the seven stars may well be representative of the seven rings of the Dwarven Lords rather than anything astronomical per se, but I think that Greg's final point is very important. There is a lot of subconscious archetypal imagery at play here, in a Jungian sense, and the initial source of the symbolism may be very deep indeed. Of course, being a devout Christian need not preclude one from esoteric interests. Most Freemasons are Christian, and the new Archbishop of Canterbury is not above the donning of a Druid's mantle! Let us compare Tolkien's Door of Durin with the Royal Arch and the equivalent alchemical imagery:

The Royal Arch is fascinating because it gives us a particular sky location for this symbolism, one that should not include 7 stars. It also boasts a cometary star, highly suggestive of the rogue 10th Planet, Nibiru, in this context. Is Nibiru the crowned Eagle, the Returning King of the celestial deep? Tolkien also gives us the crown among the seven stars. This symbolism is very powerful, and the Door of Durin might therefore be seen as one of Initiation. Could the Crown be that of Christ? If we look at the same symbolism deployed on the Talisman of Orpheus then this parallel becomes very clear indeed:

I think this helps to answer Greg Frey's point about Tolkien. His mixture of Pagan sources and Christian belief is quite gnostic, in the broadest sense of the word, and is in keeping with the arcane mixture of symbols that we are comparing here. If Nibiru was the Messianic Star then its archetypal signature within the Collective Unconscious would be very strong. Tolkien's incredible imagination would be fertile ground for its re-emergence.
Even if Tolkien was unconsciously applying these symbols, apply them he did. The parallels are too striking to be entirely coincidental. But more tantalising is the possibility that he consciously applied symbols from Pagan sources that were very ancient and mysterious, ones that have been largely eradicated, or altered beyond recognition, by orthodox Christian belief.
Only through the passing down of these ancient symbols by esoteric schools such as Alchemy are we even able to make these comparisons. Was Tolkien an Initiate, then? I can't answer this question, but I'm tempted to think so. I would certainly be interested in researching this possibility.
Is the Crown and its companion Seven Stars equivalent to the Messianic Star, taking the guise of the dark star Nibiru and its moons? This is a more speculative claim, but one that may be deserving of some consideration.

I've received quite a few interesting snippets of information about this web-page. Here's something from 'c1thorkel red':
The Lord of the Rings Symbolism
"JRR Tolkien has himself supplied quite a different interpretation for the symbols he melded into the structure of Narvi's Door upon the western flank of Moria. I will restrict myself to a discussion of the seven stars alone, to make this just a brief note: they are in Tolkien's realm the seven brightest stars of the constellation Valacirca, the "Sickle of the Valar," which he identifies with Ursa Major and which his Dwarves called "Durin's Crown." (see, in the hardbound edition of the Lord of the Rings, volume III, p. 439 the index items found under "Star, as emblem:" #3 "Seven stars(above a crown and anvil), emblems of Durin I 318; ... represented the [constellation] Plough [= Ursa Major]. "

The semi-circular arrangement certainly doesn't look like Ursa Major, though...and the Plough (Big Dipper) obviously doesn't look like a crown either. Surely the 'Northern Crown' constellation would have been a better candidate? So, is this an 'occult blind' used by Tolkien to hide more esoteric knowledge?

Aragorn's Breastplate
A similar set of symbols is deployed by Tolkien for the Kingdom of Gondor. As well as the White Tree of Gondor, seven stars are also apparent on the Gondor flags (as pointed out to me by Martin Wells). In this case these cannot denote the seven rings given to the dwarves, as Gondor is a kingdom of men. But things become even more intriguing when looking at the symbols used on the breastplate of Aragorn upon his Coronation, towards the end of the movie 'Return of the King'.
This black breastplate shows the same seven stars and crown symbol that is used on the Door of Moria, that has the Masonic connotations we have looked at. Of course, Tolkien was himself Roman Catholic, and surely no Freemason (although Roman Catholics are sometimes Masons, I am given to understand), but he does seem to have dipped into the iconography of the Royal Arch degree nevertheless (see above).

It's more difficult to dismiss this 'coincidence' in the case of Aragorn's breastplate. He is, after all, the returning King, intimately connecting the meaning of the symbols with the Royal Arch. There are self-evident analogies with a Messianic return, connected with celestial imagery. It's easy to create a meaningful link to the return of an ancient 'Royal' Planet.
When I saw this symbolism in the film I couldn't help but be impressed with the Egyptian styling. The crown looks a little like a scarab, but might also represent a Winged Disc. The larger design below is presumably a stylised version of the White Tree of Gondor, and looks to have a central focus of a Cross, or Crucifix. Again, this is in keeping with the 'Talisman of Orpheus', with its Crucified figure (Bacchus/Orpheus/Christ) below the semi-circle of seven stars and the crescent.
The Cross and the Tree may be inter-changeable symbols, which creates quite a striking parallel between the imagery used by Tolkien and the ancient esoteric symbols that I associate with the Dark Star. It's a bizarre thread to develop, I know, but the symbolism speaks for itself.

Here's a image of a ship standard of Gondor. It's not clear to me whether this is actually authentic Tolkein symbolism, or post-Lord of the Rings fabrication. But the symbolism employed is further clarification of the Dark Star link.
We have the white tree of Gondor here, as before, and the seven stars. What is more surprising , perhaps, is the introduction of a Winged Crown. This clarifies the Crown symbol further, bringing it that bit closer to the Winged Disc which I believe this is akin to.

The Rosicrucian Crown and Seven Stars
Greg Jenner has kindly supplied me with some examples of Masonic Symbology that correlate well with Tolkien's own. The most striking (so far) is this one, which Greg describes as follows: "It is a certificate of membership in 'The Societas Rosicruciana' in Anglia founded in 1886 by a group of Freemasons." This is the 'Rosicrucian Society in England'. My copy of 'The Rungs of the Ladder' (1999) by Michael J. Stayt emphatically notes that this is not a Masonic order, but a Society of Freemasons.
Regarding the nature of the Masonic Rosicrucian Society, Michael Stayt goes on to write:
"The qualification for membership is to be a Master Mason and a Christian. Perhaps even more important is the need to be interested in the deeper subjects surrounding Freemasonry and a willingness to study them. The Society was formed in 1865...Each of the First Order ceremonies covers a specific aspect of esoteric study and marks a specific stage in the personal development of the Frater (Brother) involved... The Society encourages study of all arcane and esoteric subjects, but from a theoretical rather than a practical standpoint. Time is devoted to the presentation of papers and members are exhorted to write and present papers. These may be on any non-Masonic subject, but examples might include:...astrology, astronomy, alchemy, theosophy...and especially the Kabbalah."
Which is very interesting because there is an almost Gnostic flavour to this Christian Masonic area of study. It feels a lot like my Dark Star theory itself, in fact, where an unusual set of symbols can be found across a wide variety of religious, esoteric and mythological disciplines, requiring a wide net to be thrown.
Below is an image of the certificate on the left, and a detail on the right. Apparently, this certificate should not really be in circulation at all, but should have been passed back to the organisation upon the death of the member of the Order.
Greg has highlighted the fiery Crown and seven stars symbolism in colour:
I received some interesting information from a member one of the S.R.I.A.'s Freemasonic colleges. As way of explanation, "Frater X" quotes the words one of their founding Supreme Magi, William Robert Woodman, showing that the 'stars and crown' symbolism owes much to the Kabbalah of the ancient Hebrews:
"The Seven Stars represent the seven lower Sephiroth from Khesed to Malcooth inclusive, and these are also equivalent to the seven planets and seven angels governing them. Cassiel, Sachiel, Zamael, Michael, Anael, Raphael and Gabriel, representing Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Sol, Venus, Mercury and Luna."

"The Crown of Glory is emblematical of the First Sephira the Crown (Kether), which represents the highest Trinity of the Sephiroth, Macroprospus the Father. This Trinity added to the preceeding seven stars is ten, the number of the Sephiroth."

Actually, this rather aids our cause, because a link with the 7 ancient planets of alchemy is established. The 8th planet is clearly the most significant, and represents a Trinity in the Kabbalah. A planetary system in its own right, perhaps? This is a remarkable find, and I'm very grateful to Greg Jenner for passing this along, and to Frater X for this fascinating information.

Jordan Rapp wrote to me (18/1/12) with this very interesting set of further speculative thoughts and ideas. I reproduce his correspondence here in full, with permission:
"So for a school project I had to find symbolism in a book and do a speech on it so I decided to take on The Lord of The Rings and I came across your webpage which helped me a ton to find the symbolism I was looking for. I already knew that The Lord of The Rings had Rosicrucian ideals, so your page just hardened my thoughts. I would like to share with you some other points I came across in my research.

1. The NINE Nazgul represent the number of immortality, being three sets of three.
2. The Elves going to the west is major idea in Rosicrucian ideals was that the New western world would bring new knowledge to the human race.
3. Middle Earth is symbolic of the Egyptian After life; in which the dead did not die, they just lived in another place and chanced hazards and problems along the way. If you made it through the end you would be immortal. A idea that the Rosicrucian’s thought as correct.
4. The Grey Havens is the place that the elves went to when they died after that they were immortal much like the Egyptian after life.
5.In Norse Mythology Gimli, is a sanctuary that is always peaceful and has a roof made of solid gold, much like the Christian idea of heaven. This place is created after the rapture and re-creation of Earth, for the remaining Gods and Goddesses to go and live.
6. Water is an important symbol in the book as it is a source of life and salvation. Twice people are saved by falling into water from deadly heights (like Gandalf and Aragorn).
The white horses that are supplied by the river, near the Elven City of Rivendell, save Frodo when he is trying to escape the Black Rider.
7.The Black Riders are cloaked in all black a symbol of evil and power
8. The Witch King’s other name used only once after his death is Dwimmerlaik, which is an actual word, etymologically meaning phantom.
9. I have found The twilight Saga uses the same imagery of the Rosicrucian's as does Harry Potter.
10. The white tree represents the end (or death of) death the, last enemy to be destroyed in Christianity was death.

There are tons more symbols if you count alchemy symbolism (the Ents, White tree, different stones) and various colors used to describe the world."

"Dune" Franchise, taken From a Reddit Thread

"Dune & the Illuminati

how many of you have read the novel Dune by Frank Herbert, or seen the movie?

i think i've read it 3 times & sure i've seen the move more than a few times. what i wasn't aware of was the various info/hints in the story there are pertaining to the Illuminati, of course i didn't know this when i first read the book, but then i read Bloodlines of the Illuminati, i think it's interesting - may not make it true, i was looking all over for my copy of the book - can't find it, oh well,

my favorite line was: "I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain ." Dune by Frank Herbert

from Bloodlines of the Illuminati by Fritz Springmeier

The Illuminati have hidden their rituals, mind-control scripts and plans under the disguise of fiction. There are a number of movies and books which also provide a description of the Illuminati. In trying to remember movies that reveal what the Illuminati is like, so their readers might have something that would quickly introduce them to what the Illuminati is like, two movies quickly pop into mind: Eyes Wide Shut, and Dune. In these movies, the Illuminati , the masters of illusion and myth, welcome viewers to a view of themselves disguised as fiction.

An Ex-Illuminati years ago (’92), went page by page in the Dune novel and highlighted for Fritz Springmeier the passages which portray the Illuminati (called Imperium in the novel). The Dune Chronicles were made into a spectacular 4 hour motion picture which reveals how the Illuminati function, their secret breeding programs & human broodmares, witchcraft, pomp & ceremony, generational power transfers, long-term plans (& as the says “plans within plans with plans within plans”-p.226), mind-control, love of hand signals, internal ceremonial gladiator duals, ritual blood drinking (disguised as a Freeman ritual) an backstabbing.

In the movie (& novel) you see the Illuminati’s various Bloodlines (the House of so and so) carry on their constant in-fighting for mastery of the worlds they control. The use of mystic schools as fronts (religious covers) is described on p.508. You will see how they create and manipulate religious beliefs among the common masses, who are simply used as workers for the elite’s power & wealth. You see how they use the spice & drug trade (which they did indeed during the 15th through 19th centuries) as a basis of their civilization.

The Mothers of Darkness and the Sisters of Light are transparently disguised as “Reverend Mothers” and “Sisters” of the Bene Gesserit (sounding Jesuit), The Guardians (fierce, cruel & powerful near-suicidal warriors) in the actual Illuminati are named the “Sardaukar” in the Dune Chronicles. The book mentions “Imperial conditioning” which in real life is better known as Monarch Mind Control.(p-526) (For more information on such Mind Control see Fritz Springmeier’s three books on Illuminati mind-control) The one Mother says, “I exist only to serve.” One of the actual mind-control programs, the creation of programmed self-induced catalepsis (my note: catalepsy defined as a trancelike state) is mentioned in the book (p-514) and film. Another aspect of the mind-control are the double-binds seen in the boo where a Sister says to the Queen Mother “I love and hate you...”(p.11.)

The neccessity for the Illuminati’s mulitiple personalities is described on page 21. “The Reverend Mother must combine the seductive wiles of a courtesan with the untouchable majesty of a virgin goddess, holding these attributes in tension so long as the powers of her youth endure.”
