Why this QR code? Bc they want you to get used to holding your hand up to a reader for the coming chip!

Several hundreds of thousands are now chipped in Sweden btw. Dont know who far mexico has gotten but they were the furthest 10 years ago so can only imagine how theyre doing today. Didnt find anything on it though.
