Final polls were really close, and if you take into account that HRC won by 3million votes, they weren’t wrong to give her a slim lead. They just didn’t see 3 states flipping red.
I looked into the three and polling was only off in WI where HRC had 6% polling leading. PA and MI were both within margins of error, that’s how close it was.

latest rumors on the net is that there was a submarine skirmish between the US and russia off the coast of alaska. a few russians were supposedly killed. could be totally fabricated.

It's very unlikely that Trump would cause Pence to cancel an event and bring him back to the White House just to fire him as his running mate, especially when he has already publicly confirmed that he thinks Pence is doing a great job, and that he will "100%" be his running mate for 2020.
Also, things like this tend to suggest that Pence is going nowhere. It's Trump asking Pence to be his running mate for 2020.
