Coconut oil for everyone :D I just love this stuff, I've been taking it for the last 10 weeks, lost 36lbs and feel healthier than I have in years, I put it on my face and in my bath too, my skin feels great.
It's also getting rid of my sons eczema and I've used it for oil pulling too, gets your teeth nice and clean.

Just a little update for anyone who doubts the wonders of coconut oil, I've lost 6 stones (84lbs) now, feeling fab. :)

Congrats.

Using coconut oil in my post workout shakes and feel a lot better.
I like to have a shake an hour before bed, and the coconut oil has made my early morning rising a lot easier.

Taking it more for the benefits too. So keep it up

I can report that my throat is getting better and the fevers have gone.
If the discomfort is deep in the throat & sinuses and especially if the illness makes its way into your chest......
Boiling water taken off the fire and then breaking up Eucalyptus leaves (while leaving a few whole), placing them into the water and then taking a towel to cover your head and the pot while you steam in the vapors is a pretty good remedy & relief.

Thanks, still going, up to 94lbs off now :)

Glad it's helping you too, I think it's worth taking anyway just for the lauric acid.

I use undiluted oregano oil instead of eucalyptus.
