Muslim Brotherhood/mosques Encouraging Young Muslims To Join Isis

Jenan Moussa, an Arab journalist with the Al Aan network out of Dubai, posted some interesting tweets today. She's been interviewing captured ISIS fighters.

1. I asked ISIS Tunisian why he joined ISIS? He said: "When Muslim Brotherhood gov was in power, they stimulated youth to go to Syria."
   
   
2. He continued: "In Tunisia mosques said: 'Go for Jihad to Syria'. And we were told: No repercussions when u return to Tunisia. So I left"
   
   
3. ISIS Tunisian: "Me &friend flew 2Turkey. When custom officer at Istanbul airport realized we were going 2Syria he said: "yalla go fast!"
   
4. "It was just so easy to join ISIS in Syria. Now I look back &I think: Was this all a conspiracy to get us all in one place and kill us?"

If it's a conspiracy, then who is behind it?
