Kid's Can't Consent- Invalid Argument

I have heard about how they are trying to create a distinction between a p***phile and a p***phile who acts on these impulses.

I just question whether there is really a difference. There is the National Association for Man/Boy Love (NAMBLA) who try to convince people that it is okay for them to have a sexual attraction to young boys because they don't act on them, but who are the people who are looking at all the child porn that is circulating on the internet.

I just find it really hard to believe that these people are not using child porn as an alternative means of engaging in their disgusting fetish if they decide to participate in groups like NAMBLA instead of find a young child to manipulate.

If a grown adult is aware of child porn, they should report it and I just don't believe these people who are claiming they don't act on their pedophilic tendencies aren't still guilty of illegal activity and perpetuating harm against children.

That's what i was trying to say. The reality is that people exists with this predilection, it sucks but its part of life. There are things that can be done to help ensure that pedophiles don't become child molesters, but you cant do that if you view people with those attractions as less than human.

For me personally I feel less like "helping" those people and more like eliminating them or locking them up permanently. This is the ONLY crime I would believe in that for.

That's a fact though. It doesn't mean their thoughts aren't wrong or shouldn't be fixed, they're just not illegal. Looking at child porn is illegal and whoever does it should be in prison.

I think any p***phile who doesn't act on it should be rehabilitated and fixed, not murdered.

These people are so sick. It doesn't matter if the child understands what's going on(they don't) because the adult does and there is nothing that will ever be morally correct about having a sexual relationship with a child.

In the US you can get more prison time for watching child porn, than for the actual r*pe itself.
Also FBI and law enforcement circulate a lot of it.
Of course it shouldn't be legal either, but it's something to think about,
