Can anybody tell me what this church teaches?
On paper their generalised religious statement is pretty respectable for Charismatic variety Christian churches. https://hillsong.com/what-we-believe/
What is said in theory is very different to what is said/ put in practice.

If anyone ever bothers to watch Hillsong peptalks on YouTube:
*Keep an open bible to check which verses are quoted - are they kept in context? Is the preacher jumping from bible version to different version? Use Biblegateway to compare https://www.biblegateway.com. If they are doing that, think carefully - WHY?

*Watch when an uncomfortable subject is spoken about - are they using humour appropriately? Are they minimising the sin, describing as "poor choices"? Are they making excuses for wrongdoing? Does the bible ever do that?

*Are they speaking more about you/ your destiny /Hillsong Church than Jesus?

Disclosure: I was never a Hillsongee but for a while I went to a Melbourne church that was a close relative. I only realised how much these churches are not real by attending other churches where the BIBLE is the tool for preaching, not music.

That video in the OP was stunning. Bieber seems high as a kite.

I don't see it as "disrespectful" or "arrogant" that he was brushing his teeth. I just think he was zooted.

As for Hillsong NYC, I don't know if I would classify them as a cult. They are a HUGE church here in the city. They are fully watered down, fake Christianity. No discussion of the Gospel, no sound doctrine and overemphasis on music/entertainment. But I've never heard stories about them cutting people off from their families, serious indoctrination, etc.

Exactly. Hillsong seems more about money and false teaching than mind control/oppression. IMO anyways.

The one thing that consistently supported some critics' claims that Hillsong is a cult were these viewpoints repeated by Hillsongees:
"You're jealous/ Pharisees/ unloving (etc)"
"Don't judge (ever)"
"Loving God and neighbour is what makes a person a Christian"
"Hillsong has to be God's church - they wouldn't be successful otherwise"
It was extremely rare to have a defender who used bible verses, and on those rare occasions they nearly always used the standard "do not judge, lest ye be judged.." verse out-of-context.
Hardly any of them showed any signs of being able to defend the CHRISTIAN faith but they knew how to defend their "church" alright!

The other ugly side to Hillsong is the founder of the Hillsong Church. Frank Houston, Bryan Houston's father is thought by many to have been the true founder of Hillsong Church.

It came out that Brian Houston covered up his father's history of p***philia when he found out in 1999. https://churchwatchcentral.com/2016/08/23/timeline-source-material-related-to-frank-houstons-p***philia-coverup/
Severe conflict of interest there.
You have to give correct spelling of asterix link to access the article.

here we have JB taking shots with a pastor from this chrurch, his name is Carl Lentz and him and Bieber are close friends
then for no apparent reason JB takes offf his shirt (???)

That story was covered by a Christian blog yesterday. The news link given shows it was in March 2017. What is a pastor doing drinking in clubs?
http://pulpitandpen.org/2017/07/28/justin-bieber-takes-shots-removes-clothing-at-nz-bar-with-hillsong-pastor-carl-lentz/

One of the photos shows "Pastor" Lentz smiling when Bieber is taking his shirt off... that says a lot about Lentz' character or lack of it).

So wait, Lentz also "counseled" Kyrie Irving regarding his decision to leave Cleveland???

http://www.tmz.com/2017/07/26/kyrie-irving-cleveland-cavaliers-hillsong-church-justin-bieber/
I was curious to see if any other well-known celebrity was being counselled by Lentz and found this recent article.

http://m.vanityfair.fr/people/hollywood/articles/la-hillsong-church-que-se-cache-t-il-derriere-cette-eglise-sulfureuse-qui-veut-faire-de-justin-bieber-son-tom-cruise/54990

Hope it gets released in English, but Google Translate does a pretty good job.
One photo answered my query of why didn't Lentz tell Bieber to put his shirt back on.
Lentz has no problem with going shirtless in public either.

If it was a hot day he could have worn a singlet - "Pastor" Lentz should be seeking to set the boys a Godly example, not just be one of them. That man from the photos looks like he's going through a early mid-life crisis.

We have a church like that here where I live. Elevation. They sing the songs.

The "owner" is a married man w no kids, yet needed to build a 15 bedroom house w the churches money. All tax deductible, of course.

I suppose. I just didn't think it was normal or appropriate behavior. Crackhead behavior, yeah.

Steven Furtick has become infamous in Christian discernment circles.
Just in case you're interested, the late Ken Silva was warning about Furtick in great detail. http://apprising.org/category/steven-furtick/
Pulpit and Pen has sort of taken over his role, but not as much detail.

And that house sounds very nice. http://www.charlotteobserver.com/latest-news/article9092012.html

Can anybody do some research on these guys post some links on the "church" or spread some truth about this maybe list some other celebrities who do this
I remember Rich Wilkerson having a connection to the Kardashians. I found this:

Rich Wilkerson is pastor of Vous [Rendevous] Church and friends with Carl Lentz; both of them have counselled Justin Bieber.
http://www.esquire.com/news-politics/a48039/rich-wilkerson-pastor-kanye-west-kim-kardashian/

I wouldn't read the article, it's way too long. Here's a few quotes:

Usually the church comes first, then TV. For most of televangelicalism's history, that's how it's worked. But when Vous Church was born last fall, its arrival was documented on an Oxygen reality show called Rich in Faith, and even then, the titular Rich, Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr., was already almost famous, having officiated the wedding of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, guested on Kourtney and Khloé Take the Hamptons, and attended to the soul, such as it is, of Justin Bieber.

We live in the age of hipster Christianity, a time of multiplying ministries with one-word names, such as Status, Mosaic, Reality, and, most famously, Hillsong, an Australian Pentecostal megachurch whose New York City branch is led by Rich's friend and fellow pastor to the stars Carl Lentz.

Rich is also heir to the spiritual legacy of his father's even more famous cousin, David Wilkerson, who in 1962 published one of the most celebrated fundamentalist memoirs of all time: The Cross and the Switchblade, about ministering to gangs and addicts in New York City.
