Why would he stash evidence in a location, and then (via Twitter, a social media source that everyone knows has been corrupted/taken over by the PTB!) why would he tell the entire world he has a stash, and give away the location? That make NO SENSE whatsoever.
This is obviously a feint, to take the attention away from the actual location(s) and/or individuals in play.
Whether it's them effing with him, or him, posthumously effing with them, we can't say yet. Dollar to donuts, he really does have a stash of digital dirt somewhere, else they would have taken him out far sooner, but it's nowhere near Miami Beach.

This is John McAfee we're talking about. He had more drugs in his system than my old computer system had viruses which his antivirus software couldn't get rid off.

That tweet appears to be fake.
Besides, if you wanted to destroy hard drives collapsing a building probably isn't the best idea. Instead, one would use fire, or more specifically a huge inferno.
