In John 3:16, Scripture says that Jesus said, "For God so loved the world...…………….". In John 3:15, Christ already says, "That whosoever believeth in Him (Christ), should not perish, but have eternal life." But in the whole Book of John, Christ speaks of the world as not part of us and that it is a bad place (Especially John Chapters 16-17), and Christ makes it clear that, this is not His world (The principles it is governed under). In fact, he is going to destroy the world (Revelation) and He had condemned this world and what He created, except for His grace on Noah. (Gen. 6:3-8). This world is cursed (Rom. 8:18-21). Any Thoughts?

This is a great epic concerning God angels and mankind.

God is the author and we play our part.

There will be pain and pleasure.

At the end the villains will vanish and the saints will stay.

Together with God forever and ever.

As any good story ought to end.

Those who are Christ's, aren't part of this world . Interesting how you say world isn't part of us, can it be?
He promised that flood will never happen again...Here is that too.
By saying cursed you mean subjected to vanity? But it says right away to hope also.
World will be destroyed and there will be new world.
You sure are the "glass always half empty" type of person :)

The world is cursed because of the result of sin. God himself doesn’t curse anything. But God will redeem and reconcile all to him eventually. Romans 11, Colossians 1:15-22, 2 Corinthians 5:18-21, Ephesians 1:3-10

I'm not sure what you're asking... John 3:17 tells us that He did not send Jesus to condemn the world-- or more precisely-- the inhabitants of the world.

When in doubt...

KOSMOS

... I always go to the interlinear first to see if something was lost in translation. In all of these verses, the words used for 'world' are kosmo and ge... both of which include the world's inhabitants in their definitions.

Maybe you're asking something else, though?

God gave Adam dominion of the earth (Gen. Chapter 2). Adam looses dominion by the guile of Satan. (Gen. Chapter3). Satan is the prince of the power of the air (The principles of this world under Satan) (The curse Gen. 3:16-17; Dt. 11:26; Gal. 3:10-12; Rev. 22:3; Rom. 8:18-25). Christ (As the son of man) defeated Satan, (John 16:33) and again will bring the Earth to it's intended state.

Christians or true followers of Christ are not part of the world. True Christians will not take part in any paganism, evil deeds, dishonesty or disobedience to God. Since the ruler of this world is satan and he promotes everything God-defiant, defilement, immorality, death, hate, vile acts etc. True Christians do not do the things satan promotes, because then that would be being part of the world, practicing what the devil loves and what God hates. That is why God will destroy this world or system because it's filled with the things of satan, therefore true Christians do not partake in worldly things and remain obedient to Pure and Holy Yahweh.

Well, God/Yahweh will not share His glory with another so satan has to go.

The only thing I would add is that we do not do that by self will, but by the indwelling Holy Spirit....self will is weak to the Adamic nature. It is disgusting to the born again believer that this world is turning into a Sodom and Gomorrah, and God will judge them outside the Church. But we are to judge sin in the Church and separate the sinner from us that Satan may have him (praying for his repentance) and accepting him back upon his confession and sorrow. Just being sorry for sin is not repentance, but being sorry for sin can lead to repentance. Judas was sorry for what he did, but only because he was rejected...he never repented!.
