personally I think it's so there is more Peoples fighting when the time
comes for shtf
it will make it easier for tptb slip out to their bunkers while We fight
each other for whatever We need for survival

they're making sure to make it so
the Peoples that were born and raised in the country hate those
immigrating to it and getting the Help that they're told constantly
doesn't exit for the Peoples in the country suffering already
