You trust the person carrying out the autopsy?

Just something I found on the interwebs. It's interesting. Take it for what it's worth....
Personally, I think he's dead. If that WAS him on the gurney, then it looked like somebody choked him out. Purple face and all. The ear patterns seemed to match up, even though in the gurney photo it was swollen and distended. And now this:
Personally, iam leaning heavily toward “alive”. If the Elite really wanted to kill him, they wouldn’t have gone this far. This far means: in 5 weeks there’s [a charade that is] an arrest, attempted suicide and a successful “suicide”. They had an array of means to silence him before an arrest. His plane could have been blown from the sky, he could have mysteriously fallen off his boat and drowned, his car could have been remotely taken over thus dying in a car crash (think: journalist Michael Hastings). He could have plummeted to his death from a 20-story hotel window at midnight, poisoning, etc.
Being high profile, he was obviously running a high profile intelligence-sex operation. In killing him, it kinda jeopardizes the whole operation. So, either; the entire network is dismantled and another takes its place or the network remains in place but with another helming it because at the end of the day, the ruling elite cannot survive without these intelligence-sex outfits. As
@polymoog said, he wasn’t stupid. If he knew that he’d be taken out some day (as is common in these cases) he’d have some sort of switch to exact some kind of posthumous revenge on the people he was working for. So far, we are yet to see a treasure trove dump implicating the higher-ups.
Also, since it was an intelligence-sex operation, iam going to quote from the DC Madam article I linked to earlier, for comparison and in order to highlight the implications.
“If the [Wilkes] operation was an intelligence-connected sex ring, elements of the Justice Department may have been involved in protecting it.”
Which, in this case, explains why he got off light over a decade ago. Which would also beg the question: why would the elements that protected his operation the whole time throw him under the bus now?
“That Epstein was perceived as being intelligence-linked was made clear in Acosta’s comments when being cleared by the Trump transition team. He was asked “Is the Epstein case going to cause a problem [for confirmation hearings]?” … “Acosta had explained, breezily, apparently, that back in the day he’d had just one meeting on the Epstein case. He’d cut the non-prosecution deal with one of Epstein’s attorneys because he had ‘been told’ to back off, that Epstein was above his pay grade. ‘I was told Epstein belonged to intelligence and to leave it alone.’”

I just think that something else was about to blow and inorder to cover it up, Epstein “had to go”…and quickly.
