Good question. The articles don't give that information. There are always guidelines about how employe s can use company provided internet services. Most companies limit the expression of personal political or religious views. The company provided internet is typically limited to company related usage. This isn’t really anything shocking.. why didn’t this person just post this stuff on Facebook?
Speculating here: maybe he was asked by fellow employees/ employer for his viewpoint on the actual intranet, he gave it and then he was fired. If this happened in the USA, wouldn't there be a good case for unfair dismissal?
I think we are in agreement here. Here’s the deal... I agree there is an agenda to sexualize children and even short of that I definately believe how society is set up is sexualizing children even if it’s not intentional (it probably is), however, the knowledge that gay people exist and should be treated equally isn’t what’s doing it.
Have you seen cheerleading practice for little girls? It’s disturbing.[/
Have you looked in the store for shorts for toddler girls that don’t expose the bottoms of their bums? I have, pretty much nonexistent...
Have you listened to the songs schools play at dances/events? I almost complained this school year the music was so inappropriate for the age group..
Have you seen the children’s television shows marketed to older grade school age kids? They introduce dating and crushes way too early and the clothing choices are not ok etc
We have a million things negatively impacting our children in this area (and plenty of others) and instead of looking at it comprehensively most people are choosing this ONE specific thing to latch on to and complain about when it’s probably at the bottom of the barrel of things we should be complaining/worried about, if at all.
In Australia the sexualisation of little girls' clothes, obsession with female image (must be successful, popular AND sexually attractive) is way worse than in the 80s when I was a teenager.
It is so bad I have repeatedly said to my boys I am happy that I had sons, not daughters.
The above is what is expected these days and even tolerated by CHRISTIANS these days. The first battleground against alternative sexuality RE woman's role (etc.) to the viewpoint in the bible was lost thanks to extreme feminists' ideologies in the 70s and 80s.
The second battle RE LGBT+ was almost won around same timeslot ... then the AIDS epidemic came along and halted the LGBT+ movement's success somewhat. Slow erosion of the renewed revulsion via constant positive portrayals of homosexuals and negative stereotypes of Christians who believe homosexuality is a sin has made the LGBT+ win the right to gay marriage etc.
Christians who dare to still teach the bible's position are becoming rarer and rarer.
In Australia only very fundamentalist churches will say upfront what they still believe. Even Hillsong is resorting to word-gaming and evasion despite their official position being marriage only between man and woman.
The unthinking support of anyone who believes themselves to be a transsexual/ condemnation of those who are anti-transsexual is the third phase. It makes me shudder to what is going to be supported next.
If I had heard in pre-school - middle primary school that my tendency to only like boy games, boy clothes, and occasional wishing I was a boy (because girls' stuff and interests were so boring IMO and boys seemed to have more fun), my constant feeling of being an outsider to girls' friendship group proved I really WAS a boy inside, and so I should embrace my true sexual identity as a boy....Knowledge that gay people exist isnt going to make someone gay. Learning that they should be treated equally like everyone else is not going to make them gay.
Would it have made you gay?
Do you remember why or when you started thinking about relationships? About sex? Do you remember what the influences were in your life around that time?
yes I could have become a transsexual thanks to today's constant pro LGBT+ now pro-transsexual movement.
So many young people will miss out on normal relationships and kids of their own that I have thanks to the pressure to everyone to listen to little kids' saying they really feel like a boy/ girl inside.
In coming decades there will be so many people who regret the decision they made way too young purely on personal feelings, not reality and everyone now too scared to state the obvious. . It is tragic. it really is.
