I used to use crystal deodorant but then read this from Dr. Mercola ...I think it's important to vaccinate animals, can't have a rabid dog running about in the streets
I cannot advise people enough to use aluminium free deodorant. I had my lymph nodes swell and was in pain for about a month. I eventually listened to my mum's advice and started to use an aluminium free deodorant. Literally the swelling disappeared in a day or so. I went to the doctor and they just palmed me off and said I probably had a chest infection.
They will never admit aluminium deodorants cause lymph node swellings which can be quite dangerous over a prolonged usage of these cancerous deodorants so please refrain from buying them!

dump it. ideally try for a magnesium oil deodorant, as youll absorb mg2+ through your skin as an extra bonus. if you cant find that, go for a cocoa butter based one or something like toms of maine aluminum free.

I stay healthy by trying to be mindful with each meal. I try to get proteins/healthy fats/carbs each meal.
I drink a lot of water. Sometimes coconut water.
Supplements are orange triad multivitamin with joint support, norwegian salmon oil, turmeric and garlic tabs and my finaflex stimul8 pre workout drink.
Cut out all alcohol & soda. I'm still an energy drink person. Something I try to ween off
I go low carb and ultra zero(both monster energy).
I work under the sun most of the day, so if my shirts have salty residue, I drink pickle juice or gatorade to balance out lost sodium and electrolytes.
All that regularly has made a ton of difference in my life.

dump those energy drinks. theyre not helping your body. there is no nutrition there. just caffeine.
those pre-workout drinks are probably bad-- youll need to examine the ingredients. if it has any kind of hydrolyzed protein, i would get rid of it.
the coconut water is good-- have you tried the harmless harvest-- that refrigerated brand? its light years ahead of the other stuff. pricey, but youll see why. it taste like it really should, since the other has been pasteurized. i dont bother drinking anything pasteurized. its dead food.
that multivitamin isnt horrible, but its got a lot of fillers. the Mg in it should be as citrate or malate. its also got soy in it (i dont like) and i think the iodine is also in the wrong form. you want nascent iodine. i think you could find something better. and i hope your multivitamin is iron free (if youre a guy).
the gatorade is completely fucked up. dont drink it. sauerkraut or pickle juice is great in moderation, but not for what you think-- its great for the fermentation factor. tons of probiotics. stick with the coconut water or get yourself some distilled and spike it with concentrace (brand) minerals.
let me be straight-- if you are going for muscle mass and want to take some pre-workout formula, you cant be super healthy. youre OD on glutamic acid as an amino acid. its just too much. a better alternative would probably be raw organic eggs, but i doubt youd get the mass you might be desiring. if you are just working out for workout sake, then the eggs are probably best.
i dont believe heavy cardio is good for people. light weightlifting for toning is fine. heavy weightlifting ends up damaging your body and joints. the human body was not made to be hulk-ish. the bone frame isnt meant to handle it. additionally, all of those "shakes" will get revenge on you, sooner or later.
i am not a nutritionist. this is only my opinion. so take it with a grain of himalayan salt.
As do I. I rub coconut oil everywhere and I mean everywhere.I use straight coconut oil as a deodorant. Sometimes I add lavender essential oil. It works really well for me, but I live in an extremely dry climate, and also after changing my diet and addressing some digestive issues my body odor doesn't really smell that bad anymore. I used to add baking soda which a lot of homemade deodorant recipes call for but then I realized that baking soda is alkaline and our skin is supposed to be somewhat acidic.

As for caffeine. Not sure I experience any ill effects. Although somewhat of an addiction, which I am weening off of. I used to do three monsters a day. Now I'm down to 2 on tuesday and 2 on thursday. Not feeling the need for one everyday is a small step I'm proud of.
