I work a lot. And when I am not: I work on my goals.

God forced me recently to take a lot of downtime-- almost five days. It was very difficult for me as a workaholic. Incidentally, it led me to have many spiritual awakenings and to be way more outgoing and friendly than I was two weeks ago.

outgoing and friendly
I have high standards in conversation. People with whom I disagree on political, philosophical and religious issues don't help my loneliness. Otherwise, I become avoidant and nervous. That is, all the time.

I expect from every person I meet: "We will unite in a higher spiritual dimension and together we will fight the world." I can't get over it.

I think it's just mentality, there's a big difference between being lonely and being alone or in solitude.

A shift in your mindset may help.

I know The Creator is with me likewise I know there are people I can count on or reach out to, even if we're not together.

I tried antidepressants once just to see if they got me high they didn't so I stopped taking them. I also noticed Pfizer made them. I avoid anything made by them including centrum vitamins. It is natural to get depressed. In fact if someone doesn't get depressed sometimes they might be dangerous. People got brainwashed into taking antidepressants and they just another way the evil pharmaceutical makes money. Plus antidepressants are designed to slowly drive people insane and make people fat. Lot of crime you see in the news are from people who have gone over the edge because of antidepressants. Why would anyone trust Pfizer or anyone else that makes them especially after the plandemic and poisonous experimental gene therapy vaccines?

Ask yourself what your loneliness is? It's not having something meaningful filling your time in some way. Make an effort to find it. The best thing would be to make a commitment with your time. Get up every day at a certain time and spend an hour doing something to overcome loneliness. If you have something you can find it in like art, do that. Otherwise spend time searching for God. Why don't you get up and spend an hour reflecting on a holy verse for an hour or praying and trying to connect with God. Or get up and go for a walk for an hour and see what you find. Don't waste your life, put value on it

I have frens of all types. Most of my closest friends now are basically truthers.

I have had friends who agree with me “politically and socially “ and you know what: it’s crazy boring. I thought it was a good idea, but it’s boring. It’s okay to not agree with my friends.

My goal is to be around people who continue to grow and develop spiritually.

Edit: I have one friend for example that I agree with on many things. I listened to him recently and realized that he hasn’t grown that much. I thought to myself: I don’t want to be that angry at his age.

i prefer being alone since i hate people in general. why deal with normies in their fantasy world? strangely enough, i am great at dealing with customers at work. random people often start talking to me. i dont know why.

id much rather be with my plants and my pets than have to deal with people. have you considered getting a pet? @thursdayafternoon in any case, you have friends here on this forum. :)

the key to not being depressed is to keep active at all time. by active i mean mentally and physically. idleness is a killer. if you wake up, get out of bed. never lie in bed awake. thats when your mind starts creating scenarios to worry you that never happen. just get up and get moving. accomplish everything you can each day and you will feel like you put a nice dent in your obstacles.

creating art or just being creative is very understated. write a story, draw, play an instrument, sing... these help give you something to look forward to every day and something to work on (rather than your mind working on you), and youll get a great feeling of accomplishment when it is complete.

if things dont seem to go your way and its simply horrible, remind yourself that everyone dies at some point and then its all over. since the inevitable time clock is ticking, enjoy your time here in the face of all of your obstacles. enjoy the struggle and the obstacles! they are part of life.

If I get depressed I remember all the homeless people I see living in tents or doorways everyday and it puts things in perspective. Refrigerator of carefully chosen food helps too. MSM playing mind games 24/7. Avoid all MSM.
good points, and i forgot to mention that ones diet is also important. proper nutrition can solve some dietary deficiencies that could cause depression. there are foods that also raise endorphin levels.

My family forced me to the doctor and I became addicted. I was 13. I can't quit. This is the personal reason for my hatred of the pharmaceutical industry and modern medicine.

Well..some of these drugs- when taken over a long period of time-
shuts down activity\connections between frontal lobe and other parts of thy brain,
basically leaving leaving you numb 'n' dumb as the years pile on.

Honestly, anybody taking that shit has given up on both themselves and god.

We are already punished on earth with the hell of addiction and side effects. Sometimes the sin and the punishment happen at the same time. We can even say that punishment is sin itself.

I was wondering what you were doing, but I think you'll want to remain anonymous :/
i do, but ill tell you anyway. i have an off the grid farm. i have fruit trees. i suppose i 'collect' different types of fruit trees. i get a great amount of joy growing small plants into trees and getting different fruit. is it an art form? not really, but it gives me something to look forward to. thats the key, i think-- looking forward to something.

with respect to art, i have learned how to draw myself in my spare time, many years ago when i was influenced by the great artist, r. crumb. being able to express myself through art (not that modern art crap, but pen and ink crosshatch drawings) is very fulfilling. it is like writing a wonderful story but with a sharper dimension of imagery for the viewer. the viewer sees exactly what you are trying to convey rather than forming an image in his/her head through your words.

having 6 dogs is really nice-- all of their personalities and interactions with one another make me smile. theyre excellent companions that love you no matter who or what you are.

What an excellent thread.

Ughhh
I can’t get away from people. I can not get away from them.
I have often wished I could live in a cave, ALONE. I am starting to get over the idea of anyone giving a damn about my thoughts.
I think I’ll be done with those feelings completely, by the time I’m 50.
I’ll just be a complete bitch by then.
Life is going pretty good at the moment, as I need for nothing, just like a Laodicean from the Bible

Hobbies.
I personally like to workout and do stuff like crossword puzzles, sudoko, tetris, sometimes ps5.

Aside. I have a wife and two kids who occupy my time. I really don’t seek approval from strangers in terms of my interest. I find a lot of people want approval and acceptance to feel some type of acknowledgment. Depending on others to determine your pride/principles leads to loneliness and negative feelings cause you’re depending on others for happiness.

like the saying goes. “Do you” and that couldn’t be anymore true

Any mind altering substance whether prescribed or leisure is going to lead to problems eventually. The brain is a fragile organ. My hunch is a lot of these prescriptions and recreational use is creating the mental breakdowns we see today.

Explain people identifying as the opposite gender, suicide and depression rates. These drugs are a form of stress relief/containment or curiosity and wanting to get high. In turn their brain is chemically altered and more than likely damaged.

You are spot on with your post

Enjoy the outdoors. Go for a stroll at the park, beach or just the corner of your neighborhood.

I don't have many friends in person. It's hard to trust people thanks to bad friendships. The last time I hung out with my close friends, I felt exhausted. I realized I've become very introverted, which is fine.
