Go to sauce for everything, especially oysters.

Love the oaky sweetness.

Love this one. It's like chopped peppers in a bottle.

Liked it. Want to try the full line.

Personal favorite. More of a dipping sauce chicken nuggs etc. Think Datil-Do-It, but better.

A traditional cheap standby in my neck of the woods. I have a friend who markets his own hot sauces but to share would give away too much about where I actually live. Huy Fong Sriracha works too.

When I lived in NM, I learned that some people put their green peppers in the freezer because it actually makes them hotter. :p
Yea I grew up in Southern Colorado just a few miles from NM, I’ve heard of that too.

I miss people roasting hatch chilles outside, greatest smell in the world.

The classic.

As far as I'm concerned, most Asian food is just a conveyor for sriracha.

My favourite. Not as vinegary as Frank's or Tabasco. Just awesome and flavourful hotness.

It could also look like this, which is basically the kid's version.

Seriously, it's what our five-year-old uses.
