Hey!

I've been suffering from disabilitating fatigue since birth along with a hundred other symptoms like fainting if I stand up still for more than 10 minutes, have PMDS, constant candida infections, cant concentrate and my short term memory suck plus pretty much 100 other things going on.

The common care cant help me, Im unable to work or going to school and its always been like that. Ive been to three (or is it four?) natural docs and tried homeopathy, detoxing and what not. My money supply is limited due to this fukn shit Im stuck with so keep that in mind.

The fatigue is so disabilitating that I can sleep 23 hours a bad day. (Im NOT kidding) I wanna travel and do loads of shit so this is messing my whole life up.

The only time I was well was after a treatment for adenal fatigue. However it stopped working. Tried it for three years after that and nothing.

Wtf is going on? I have three other friends with the same thing but theyre not bad enough to not being able to work...yet. (Looks like its going there for them though)

Its not depression or anything mental since that doesnt fit my profile.

Sry for any typo's. Having a hard time keeping my eyes open.
I know something that may work, though I recommend it I do so with caution, because it can be addictive. KRATOM. Kratom (mitragynine speciosa) is a Southeast Asian herb with the active alkaloid Mitragynine. It helps me with getting more energy.

The best strains to take for energy are white vein and green vein, while red vein is more sedating. If you get this product, start out small with dosage, because if you take too much it will have a sedative effect. I take ~3 grams per dose. Most peoples dosage is between 1 gram and 4 grams for energizing effects. There are ~2 to 2.2 grams in one teaspoon of kratom. Find your right dosage and do not increase it, because your tolerance will go up if you do.

I have to warn you that kratom can be addictive, though many kratom users will deny this. I think for some people it is and for some it isn't. Some scientists have come out with studies saying that about 1/3 people have a gene that makes them more likely to be addicted to substances. I have that gene, but I hope you don't.

You can buy kratom at gas stations and head shops, but is cheaper to order it on the interwebs. I get my kratom from Stan David (go to standavidbotanicals.com), whose Kratom is good, but not too expensive. If you live in the US it is legal except in Alabama, Arkansas, Vermont, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Sarasota County Florida. In Tennessee you must 21 years old to order it. It is illegal in the UK and Australia, and you need a prescription in New Zealand.

I hope this can help you and I wish you to get well soon! :) <3

Had my answer this week. My autoimmune disease is back. Theyre reffering me to a specialist.
Ouch.
I think I have an autoimmune something. Get dry skin type flare ups in colder months.

Thanks Dalit.

I am infertile, (lately I dont menstruate anymore either, TMI perhaps, sorry..) I have osteoporosis, my back is broken bc of the osteoporosis, that's why it's been hurting since I was 20, my eyesight will never return (I have half vision and astigmatism plus inflamed muscles behind the eyes) my heart can go into cardiac arrest and I can have a stroke plus and loads of other chronic symptoms. It even explains why I loose so much hair and why I've lost toenails. (They flipped right of the nailbed)

I have to live with this so I'm dealing with it now. Theyre also putting me on thyreostatics to kill my thyroid since my immune system is attacking it. They say that it's possible the immune system will attack other organs once my blood levels are in place again. We don't know.

They also checked my liver and it's strained bc of all the natural medicines I've been taking to they told me to quit them and only take vitamin D for the osteoporosis.

I DO appretiate all of your kind help in here. None of you could know this! I am very grafteful for you guys. And for the doctors who discovered this and didnt tell me about everything that can happen with this disease, I will yell at soon when my docs appointment's coming up. They have alot to answer to.
You poor thing! I understand the perimenopause thing. It doesn't mean you're totally infertile. You'd have to not have had your menstrual cycle for a year or more. Plus a lady i know who had been in premature menopause in her 20s had a child. It's not too late if you trust God and are married to a God-loving, God-fearing man. Feel free to PM me if you need to.

Me, too. Wouldn't think it was autoimmune though unless it's really, really bad.
I think mine is moderate. Idk. Doesn't necessarily interfere. The worst is I get rash patches on the inside crease of my arms and my knuckles and top hands get so dry my skin cracks. My doc said eczema I think? It's been awhile since I've gotten the condition looked it cause it's an annoyance at best.

My health aside from that is great. But I've always wondered why cold weather makes my skin all dry and evil

Hot damn it mayne!
Only thing I can say is get better soon Ms. Vixy. Have you tried going off the meds? Maybe side effects.

Make sure the liver and stuff is up to function first, then try a clean diet that your budget allows.

This is just my opinion/personal experience. But I found giving up alcohol, soda and minimal sugars helped me a lot.

I also eat a lot of protein, fruits, veggies and only supplement with a multi vitamin, fish oil daily and creatine.

I do take bcaa's and pre workouts too. But do not recommend.

Anywhore, for the most part I found my immune system and stuff ok. Yes I struggle with dry skin despite the moisturizers I use frequently. That's only a winter issue for I

What meds do you mean? Thyrostatics? I havent begun yet this time around but this is an autoimmune disease, meaning my immune system doesnt recognize my organs so it attacks it like it would a virus. The only treatment is thyrostatics which is a form of cell toxins (similar to what u get when u have cancer) to kill my organ. I will go on the clean diet though. Im pretty much allergic to most foods now too so might aswell try something else.
Oh ok gotcha.

Nevermind. I thought your doc prescribed you something that you're currently on.

Regardless, anything you consume whether food or diet. See how you feel.

It takes a lot of attention/time/effort. But you'll notice that some stuff probably causes flare ups etc.

I cannot eat straight pasta. I need a protein source, otherwise the straight carbs make me really moody the next day.

Same with bread. If I don't consume organic bread. I get really moody. Carbs mess with my blood sugar levels big time. No I'm not diabetic lol. Doc check up awhile back and I'm quiete healthy. But I do pay attention to foods

Thanks for your thought Maes but Im pretty much allergic to everything due to my immunesystem working the wrong way. yesterday I was allergic to a VEGAN stew. See my point?

And Ive been to the regular docs office but not the specialist yet, it takes months for an appoint ment to them, you cant just get an appoint ment the same day in this country, can you in the states? I got a sooner appointment though bc they respect my doctor. But usually one has to wait for 5-6 months, doesnt matter if u have a heart condition.

Sounds like you have pretty good care in the states, there, M!
Appointments can take months. Just depends when the doc feels the next best check up I'd say yeah 5 months is about right. Unless it's an emergency. The best course is to try to lead a healthy lifestyle. I aim for physical fitness daily, even with the constant grind of work and family; I still de-stress. That's probably the key is a healthy mindset.

Yes I see your point. Now that's something you know to avoid

I came in after 2 weeks. So saw the specialist last Monday but havent had the energy to update. I'm seeing him again next week.

I cant workout anymore, Maes. I get fainty by just walking up the stairs bc my heart isnt coping. Havent been to the gym for a while either bc at best I get there and then I sit and catch my breath for an hour and then I'm too tirede to even train..
And destressing would be great but in this apartment with my crazy neighbour? But yeah, I REEEEEALLY need destressing, my soul has been screaming for that for years and years..

Sorry if I can sound a bit bitter but this is too much. I really dont want to have surgery. I've seen patients before and after that and you get dependant on a medication for life and most gain tons of weight bc its likely to get the other way arounf and get a too slow metabolism which brings other symptoms.

FUCK MY LIFE
I'm so sorry, girl. I know you do everything you can to take care of yourself with more natural methods. You're wise to want to avoid unnecessary surgery. (((Hugs)))

Will be praying.
