Love this video he discusses how stoicism can help entrepreneurs and intrapeneurs.

Check the 13 minute mark with points number 7 and 8 regarding the 'freedom to think' and being 'overly protective of their environment.' Not only could I relate but it had me laughing.:):)

Yes, fasting is good!

I do intermittent fasting (16 hours a day) and I lost some weight on it that definitely needed to go. Easy enough, I just eat what I normally eat within a smaller time frame and voila still lose weight!
Fasting is definitely easy and I recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight or become healthier. The 3 meals a day thing is just a commercial idea pushed to make more money, it is not necessary to survive at all.
