And no... multiple eyewitness reports state that they started shooting immediately, did not announce themselves, were in unmarked suvs etc. MULTIPLE. The president just said “they didn’t want to arrest him” which confirmed the eyewitness accounts if you aren’t brain dead. I don’t care what you think he did - he claimed it was self defense - every American citizen is entitled to innocence until proven guilty and a fair trial. We do not have death squad executions in this country under the law. The government is supposed to follow their own laws. Here you are excusing them not doing so yet again..

It says right in the article you posted a bullet discharge from his gun was found beside him in his car, so he did not only pull a gun, but shot at the police.
