So how many police killings were there by "beatings and stranglings"? And of those, how many were unjustified? Armed cannot include driving your car away from police, but it can include using your car as a weapon, a not so subtle difference. Police all have body cameras now, so I assure you they arent shooting people because theyre sitting on a chair, and if they did it would obviously lead to prosecutions. The great thing about how after the police had to all wear body cams, is we found out pretty much all of their shootings are completely justified.

How many were unarmed and shot and survived? Why don't you find that number. I'm going to guess if 13 were shot and killed, this etherial and theoretical number that you want to tack on to that it probably lower. Regardless, again, if police shoot an unarmed person who is not attacking them, its obviously not justified and they will be prosecuted, like the 3 instances that happened in 2019.
