So I ran a little experiment in regards to food. As I’m getting older I’m cutting out fast food.
But I wanted to tinker with the affects to see how my body would respond to eating junk the night prior.
When I was younger I used to like to booze, eat gummies which helped with my glycogen stores for the next days workout. So I consumed a beer and had gummies last night.
I also drank a glass of milk to have some slow digesting casein and hope the aminos counteract the negative affects of the alcohol.
Conclusion I set my alarm early and felt sluggish to wake up. I slept in an extra two hours today. I feel fine now but I know which foods make me sluggish
