Eternals movie

I just watched the Eternals movie and I found it has a lot in common with another movie : Jupiter Ascending

(Spoilers)

In both movies, :
- humans are merely cattle : they serve as food for other beings.
- once the planet has reached the desired population, it's harvest time !
- they contain a lot of historical and mythological references

I also had a feeling that it was inspired by the apocalypse

Anyone else had the same feeling ?

ps : I can't find the VC article about "Jupiter Ascending" it seems it's gone, is it still somewhere out there ?

The OG Eternals were an invention of Jack "King" Kirby, a prolific comic book artists and story crafter. His stuff was pretty ground breaking on a lot of levels, but it wasnt whats being presented in the movie. Marvel (along with ABC/ESPN/UFC/Lucasfilms/Nat Geo/Miss America/etc) is now part of Disney... so you know the agenda is in full swing there regardless of what the source material was like.
